A lovely hotel that I have stayed in a few times but the piool area is not functional at all it is not private from the glasshouse area..one has to walk out the front of the hotel and then there is no real sun lounge space. Should be advertised as a small lap pool only. It's hot out that way!

Sehr saubere Zimmer und neu, tolles Frühstück im Fiddler (neben dem Hotel in 10 Metern Entfernung), absolut hervorragend. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Viele Parkplätze vorhanden. Der Pool ist sehr klein, eher für Kinder, wird fast nicht von Gästen benutzt.

Superior King Room was clean enough and good enough for a couple of nights but nothing spectacular. The bed was a bit lumpy in the middle too. We were also oddly told we were being upgraded on checking in but the room was the same as we had booked so not sure what happened there.

We had a lovely overnight stay here. The thing I loved was it was quiet unlike other hotels where you can hear doors slamming and the tv next door. The beds were a bit soft where I prefer a firm bed. Pillows very high where I prefer a flatter pillow. We did ask and got one that was a bit flatter.

In The Mean Fiddler Hotel CarPark with all the amenities you would need on a business or a couples timeout. Clean and tidy rooms. Close to all the takeaways or restaurants you could require. The concierge with Tahlia in attendance was always attentive and quick with solutions. Friendly service and an attended desk 24/7. My pick if staying in the Hills area.

Appalling check in. Staff member was rude and officious towards my husband when he tried to check in on my behalf. Staff member ignored my husband's request not to ring me during a conference I was attending. If her actions are in line with hotel policy, then policy or at least its implementation, needs to be reviewed. Unfortunately this incident coloured our view of our two day stay.

Super Hotel, sehr zu empfehlen, werde ich für März 2026 wieder buchen. Es liegt direkt neben dem The Fiddler, welches 6 verschiedene Themenbereiche zum Essen und Trinken anbietet, von der Sportsbar über Irish Pub bis hin zum Italiener ist dort alles vorhanden und richtig gut.

We had a fantastic experience at Mercure Rouse Hill. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and welcoming. The rooms were modern, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. One of the highlights was the convenience of the location. It’s close to everything we needed, with shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby, and easy access to local attractions. Hotel was nice and new. Beds were uncomfortable and when I ordered breakfast they only brought 1 half and the time the 2nd half arrived it was cold and was not nice. Overall an average hotel nothing to rave about.

The venue itself was quite good however we felt that the staff were not quite up to the standard of the hotel. Check in was not a breeze due to communication issues including the strong accent combined with softly spoken instructions. We left the room quite early and cleaners were on our floor but had not cleaned our room when we returned many hours later though they had clearly left our floor. The area around the hotel is very busy with a huge pub with plenty of bars and decent food. A major shopping centre is also within a short distance. I suspect that we will have no reason to revisit this area but would consider other options first.
