I loved the location of this hotel. Insadong was right outside. Myung dong was in walking distance. Airport limo bus stop was a 5 min walk. Lots of good eats and historical sites within easy walking distance. Hotel seems new - rooms are super clean. Water dispense on every floor. The self check lockers in the hotel also made it easy to secure our luggage before the 3pm check in and spend a beautiful autumn day in Seoul.

Room was nice, breakfast was okay (not many sweet options though), service was great too. Only downside was it was very painful with the lifts. You had to take 2 lifts to exist the hotel because the reception is on floor 5 and the lift to the room goes from 5 up and the lift from the street goes up to 5 only. The area of the hotel was top too.

Well-located, within 5min distance to bus stop, train station, convenience store, connected to a mall and shopping street, a block away from Gyeongbokgung Palace. Facilities are modern, well maintained, super clean, beds are comfortable, water pressure great, with a Japanese toilet. They also have luggage lockers and a weighing scale which was so useful! Absolutely perfect and this will be the hotel I stay in every time I visit Seoul from now on.

Onsite coin laundry and drying. Breakfast starts at 7 but they allowed us to eat what was ready at 630 when we had to leave early. Very convenient and reasonable prices.

오랫만의 서울 여행으로 갔는데 주 여행지가 강북쪽이어서 위치와 서비스 고려하여 평일숙박이라 가성비 있게 투숙했어요. 위치면에서는 인사동,삼청동,광화문,종각,청계천,북촌 이 주변을 여행하기엔 최고의 위치라고 생각합니다. 셀프 락커룸이 있어서 체크인 전, 체크아웃 후 짐을 맡겨놓고 이동하기에도 너무 좋았습니다. 4성급이라 그런지 직원들도 친절하셨고 가습기 대여 서비스는 너무 잘 이용했구요 해당 호텔만의 특이점인 듯한 배게 선택 서비스도 너무 좋았네요. 피트니스도 규모는 작지만 고층에 위치해서 좋은 뷰 감상하며 운동할 수 있었습니다. 조금 아쉬웠던건 푸프탑바가 23시까지 운영한대서 야경도 볼겸 22시경에 부리나케 갔는데 일찍 마감하셨더라구요. 그래서 이용 못한게 좀 아쉬웠는데 다행이 2층에 편의점이 상시 운영되고 있어서 아쉬움을 달랬네요. 그리고 저는 조식포함 객실로 예약했는데 10분정도 일찍 얼리체크인할때 직원분이 식권을 지급안해주셔서(처음 이용이라 그때 제공하는지 몰라서 체크도 못했네요) 조식 먹으러 갔을때 당황했었네요. 결국 지급을 못받았던 건이라 조식은 잘 먹었습니다. 조식도 2만원 상당이었는데 가격대비 알맞는 구성이라고 생각합니다. 얼리체크인 할때 조계사뷰로 요청했는데 잘 처리해주셔서 객실에서 야경도 잘 봤어요 그리고 투숙객은 라운지9에서 무료커피 이용 가능해서 퇴실전 무료커피도 한잔했습니다.. 다음에 또 갈일이 있다면 이용하고 싶네요.

You can smell somone smoking in the room. This place is a non smoking hotel however there's a huge chance guests are ignoring the rule. Stayed for approx 4 days but half the days we smelled heavy smoke. Overall, bathroom was great, cleaniness was great, front staff were friendly, and great location.

ホテルの清掃は綺麗でしたし、造りもシンプルモダンで、快適でした。清掃されている方も朝お会いすると、とても気持ちの良いご挨拶をして頂き、対応も良かったです。フロントの方も良い対応で、拙い英語で伝えている途中、私が英語に悩んでいたら、「日本語も少しできますよ」と仰って頂き、こちらの言いたいことが伝わりありがたかったです。残念なのは、水回りでしょうか？洗面所の水が流れにくかったのと、シャワーの水圧が弱いです。これは滞在中、苦戦しました。それから、洗ってはあるのでしょうが何枚かのタオルにシミがあり、見た感じが良くないと思いました。ロケーションについては、最高で今話題のお店も徒歩圏内にあったりで、とても便利な立地にあるホテルでした。娘たちとも、とても楽しい旅行ができたと喜んでいます！

They shut off the air conditioning during the night. When the sun rises in the morning around 6am, the rooms heat up very quickly through the glass windows and the rooms are hotter than the sauna. Spoke to the front desk and management but no actions. 6 nights of literally a hell. Worst part is they turn on the air conditioning in the lobby on the 5th floor where front desk staff is working. Hmmm. If you need temperature controllable rooms with air conditioning, GO ELSEWHERE.

Three single beds in a room was rather cramped. Room was too hot as cooling turned off for winter. Resolved by opening window. In all other respects, excellent. Breakfast was very good for Korean food and OK for Western food. Good value with reduction if room booked.

Very good location. Property could use some updating including carpets in hallways & suites as they are dirty and worn. Furniture (couch in suite) also worn. Suites could use some proper glassware instead of paper cups. In suites that have a small kitchen bank, there is no cutlery, dishes or glassware. Would be nice if these items were provided. Would also recommend a coffee machine in the room as currently you have to go to the 5th floor to get a coffee.

We found the staff to be very off hand, seemed like we were an inconvenience. The only friendly team member was the chambermaid. Constant over powering smell of air freshener, in the lobby lift and corridors , this was throughout our stay. Scheduled building work we were not told of this prior to coming? Simply told there will be noise and there is nothing they can do about it We ordered a breakfast box as we were on an early trip, the evening before I tried to cancel as our trip was moved to a later time, was told no, meaning we could not even get a drink before we left

Staff's attention to detail was fantastic. Property location is perfect, within walking distance to all the main attractions in Insadong. Room size is great and the bed was excellent. Free lockers for luggage available on site and really easy to use. 12:00 PM check out is also a nice bonus. Nice ammenities with good selection of tea and coffee. Loved our stay there and will definitely book again next time in Seoul.

Loved this hotel! The location is central to everything and loved the all you can eat breakfast for about $15 USD. There is a laundry facility - the toilets are heated/bidet and it felt really luxurious for a very good price. Highly recommend!

立地が最高！安国駅よりすぐです。光化門、三清洞、仁寺洞、益善洞、鍾路などこの周辺を観光したい場合には本当に便利な場所にあります。明洞まで歩くこともできます。ホテルはまだ新しいので綺麗で清潔感があります。必要最低限のサービスに不満はありませんでした。 5階以上がホテルになっていて4階までは食事処やコンビニ、カフェなどが入るアンニョン仁寺洞というショッピングモールになっています。唯一、ホテルの朝食を提供しているレストランは本当にレベルが低いのでオススメしません。高い朝食代を出す価値がありません。ホテルを出れば食事処は周辺に沢山ありますので、外で食べることをお勧めします。

Good on-site amenities like luggage storage lockers. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast only okay with limited choices. Rooms are somewhat worn and could use a refresh/update.

Great location, near Temple and Palace on bus and subway, great breakfast! They give you a discount pass for breakfast when you check in. No need to prepurchase.

I wish I had more time here. The hotel is located right off the main insadong road. It’s very convenient if it is the main purpose of your trip. It seems like a new building since I have been to this area multiple times and this is the first time I have seen it. Booked a room with a free mini bar which was a plus. This is the first hotel that asked for a card for a deposit in South Korea but I get it since it is a popular tourist area. The bag lockers were convenient. Overall, I would stay here again depending on the price. I personally like to stay a little further from main insadong street and walking there instead of staying right on the street. But that’s a personal preference.

One elevator from ground floor to hotel lobby on the 5 th floor was disabled. It was not quickly fixed. Very slow and with groups of people too numerous to fit in the car. So, it took 2 or 3, trips to get upstairs to the lobby. This is more a reflection on the building owner rather than the hotel. Breakfast was well worth the cost. Good selection. Food presented well. Tons of selection.
