It is close to the entrance 2 to the Plitvice national park. The owner couple was very friendly and it was nice to chat with them. If you want, you can get dinner and breakfast at extra costs. The owner lady cooked everything herself and it was exceptional. The dinner consists of a starter, a soup, a main dish and a desert. Everything tasted great and you can enjoy traditional Croatian dish from fresh local ingredients. For breakfast, there were a variety of things to choose. From fresh fruits to fresh-baked Croissants. She also prepared home-made marmalades. They also had a small hut next to the house, where they had a sauna and a jacuzzi. It was really relaxing to sit in the sauna after hours of hiking in the national park. We really enjoyed the stay at this place.

We had such a nice time here. The owners are so kind, friendly and helpful. They will try to accommodate you as much as possible. We left early one morning to go explore and they gave us to go coffee and a croissant. We chose to have dinner there both nights and so glad we did. They will prepare a four course menu while you sit outside looking at the beautiful countryside. The location is perfect if you are going to the Plitvice Lakes National Park. It is only about 10 minutes away. Our room was comfy and the bathroom had a big shower. We would definitely stay here again.

Staying at Tesla’s was a dream for us! We were greeted by the owners with a very warm welcome making us feel right at home from the first moment. Their hospitality was generous throughout our entire stay, they were very helpful with providing info for the park as well as making sure we had all the comforts you could desire during your stay. The property is beautiful, and there are many spaces for peace and relaxation including outdoor sitting areas, sauna and hot tub. They also have a full bar and kitchen/dining space. You should definitely take advantage of choosing the meal package as the food was excellent; wholesome freshly homemade top quality food served with a smile. Much better than most restaurants around. The hosts make this place truly 5 star, you will not regret choosing Tesla’s Gastro!

One of the best places we have stayed! The hosts were amazing and so helpful! It was such a nice, peaceful place to stay. The jacuzzi and sauna were so nice after a day of hiking in the national park close by. Their food was great and their service was incredible.

If you are going to visit Plitvice, this is THE place to stay. Period. The owners of this charming property are TRUE hoteliers that are impossible to find anymore. They actually care and take PRIDE in all they do. They dont just show up, they are there to make your stay perfect. MUST DO TIP: They offer a meal service for dinner that I HIGHLY recommend. It is not just a meal. This is an experience. A well done, home made 4 course meal and they have a professionally stocked craft bar as well that is hardly mentioned. (They do request cash for the meal service) They are eager to mix up any cocktail you dream up. The meal actually rivaled any I had in all the major cities in Croatia - and I only travel 5⭐️. Bear in mind that there is relatively NOTHING around Plitvice so if you dont opt for the meal - you are likely on your own. Yes the rooms feature a modern and clean kitchen but why in the hell would you do that when you have the amazing meal offered downstairs???? AC was amazing, Netflix was available as well as other streaming services for a nice movie. Spotlessly clean and also used the jacuzzi and sauna after my day. Can’t say enough. The owners, an elderly couple, were overly friendly and most importantly, we ordered dinner and it was so delicious. We had no trouble finding the place because we rented it, and it was so clean and friendly. It's a shame we only stayed for one night, because we wanted to get up in the morning and walk around, but the weather prevented us from doing so. The place is very clean and pretty, and the kindness of the owners is impressive.

This is an absolutely beautiful small hotel located in a scenic valley between forested mountains just 10 minutes from Plitvicke National Park. Modern, clean, well-designed. The host and hostess were welcoming and very friendly. Food was excellent - both the breakfast and the amazing 4-course dinner prepared by the hostess, a mix of Croatian specialties. A quiet countryside location that adults will like, but plenty of room for kids to run around. You definitely need a car to come and go, but that's true for most of the places in this region of Croatia.

Such a nice place to stay, the apartment was so well appointed and comfortable. The owners were really lovely, so welcoming and friendly with lots of help and advice on offer for things to do in the area.

What a great find! Duch a cute place and the hosts Visnja and Davorin were extremely nice and hospitable. Visnja home cooked dinner and breakfast and it was delicious. The room was comfortable and nice and setting and views were very pretty. Great location to the National Park

We had such a nice time here. The owners are so kind, friendly and helpful. They will try to accommodate you as much as possible. We left early one morning to go explore and they gave us to go coffee and a croissant. We chose to have dinner there both nights and so glad we did. They will prepare a four course menu while you sit outside looking at the beautiful countryside. The location is perfect if you are going to the Plitvice Lakes National Park. It is only about 10 minutes away. Our room was comfy and the bathroom had a big shower. We would definitely stay here again.

Staying at Tesla’s was a dream for us! We were greeted by the owners with a very warm welcome making us feel right at home from the first moment. Their hospitality was generous throughout our entire stay, they were very helpful with providing info for the park as well as making sure we had all the comforts you could desire during your stay. The property is beautiful, and there are many spaces for peace and relaxation including outdoor sitting areas, sauna and hot tub. They also have a full bar and kitchen/dining space. You should definitely take advantage of choosing the meal package as the food was excellent; wholesome freshly homemade top quality food served with a smile. Much better than most restaurants around. The hosts make this place truly 5 star, you will not regret choosing Tesla’s Gastro!

We stayed 2 nights here & we had a truly wonderful, relaxing time. The area is extremely peaceful and the owners go out of their way to assist in any way they can. The food is also excellent, if you get the chance to book, do so, you will not be disappointed.

This place is amazing but what makes it really special is the lovely couple that own it. They make you feel so welcome and it feels like they are friends welcoming you into their home. The food is also amazing. Make sure you make dinner reservations and enjoy. You wont be disappointed.

It is close to the entrance 2 to the Plitvice national park. The owner couple was very friendly and it was nice to chat with them. If you want, you can get dinner and breakfast at extra costs. The owner lady cooked everything herself and it was exceptional. The dinner consists of a starter, a soup, a main dish and a desert. Everything tasted great and you can enjoy traditional Croatian dish from fresh local ingredients. For breakfast, there were a variety of things to choose. From fresh fruits to fresh-baked Croissants. She also prepared home-made marmalades. They also had a small hut next to the house, where they had a sauna and a jacuzzi. It was really relaxing to sit in the sauna after hours of hiking in the national park. We really enjoyed the stay at this place.

This is an absolutely beautiful small hotel located in a scenic valley between forested mountains just 10 minutes from Plitvicke National Park. Modern, clean, well-designed. The host and hostess were welcoming and very friendly. Food was excellent - both the breakfast and the amazing 4-course dinner prepared by the hostess, a mix of Croatian specialties. A quiet countryside location that adults will like, but plenty of room for kids to run around. You definitely need a car to come and go, but that's true for most of the places in this region of Croatia.

Tesla’s Gastro House is a beautiful place! Like new accommodations and amazing hosts. Beautiful property, very close to Plitvice National Park. It was ok experience for the money, but their breakfast and dinner offer was very pricy for the food served. 16euro for the breakfast and 37euro for dinner. Breakfast was basically from packaged foods and dinner was similar way. Not from scratch home made meal. We wanted to experience the local home made food. Tesla’s Gastro House is a beautiful place! Like new accommodations and amazing hosts. Beautiful property, very close to Plitvice National Park. Four course dinner and very nice breakfast were homemade and delicious. Many extra touches and the hosts go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing but what makes it really special is the lovely couple that own it. They make you feel so welcome and it feels like they are friends welcoming you into their home. The food is also amazing. Make sure you make dinner reservations and enjoy. You wont be disappointed.

Visnja and Davo are wonderful hosts. Visnja’s dinners are delicious and plentiful, and the breakfast buffet is great as well. Davo’s drinks, as well as his coffee’s in the morning are great. They provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere, with clean rooms and everything you could need. The Sauna and hot tub are a nice addition. The house is in a lovely, peaceful area only a few minutes from Plitvice entrance 2. Highly recommend.

This is a real find! Tesla’s Gastro House is an endearing inn run by the charming Vishna and her equally charming son, Philip. The inn is set in a bucolic setting off the main road offering beautiful views and tranquility. The hot tub and sauna were a welcome relief after a day of hiking. The homemade dinner and breakfast were incredibly delicious and the servings were very generous. Our bedroom and bathroom were comfortable and clean.

I really wish we had had more time to spend here, because it is so calm and quiet and rural. We had to leave very early in the morning so we didn't get a chance to have their breakfast, but the coffee was very good, the only disappointing part was that the hot tub was not hot, but they did have a sauna so all was not lost
