It was my favorite accommodation among the accommodations I stayed in Chiang Mai and I intend to visit again. It was suitable for a quiet rest, it was close to the old town, the landscaping was nice and green, it was well maintained, and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was satisfactory enough, the fruits were fresh, the roti baked on site was good, and the outdoor pool was also relaxing. A post-breakfast stroll in the walkable Nong Buak Haad Public Park brought peace of mind. Recommended for those looking for a quiet getaway in northern LANNA style accommodation.

8年前在清邁，住過羅望鄉村，這次看到微笑蘭納，就很想當作我們在20251023抵達清邁入住的第一家酒店。整體的建築圍繞著泳池很美，有免費下午茶點，早上在泳池畔還有串珠體驗，服務人員都很用心親切，下次去清邁會想要再回去住。在古城區南邊，走路進古城區用餐按摩都不會很遠。這次入住一樓109，打開門就是泳池，房間很美，美中不足的地方就是淋浴間只有布簾隔開，不是玻璃隔水拉門。早餐有芒果糯米飯，種類不多但很好吃。

We stayed at the hotel during the holiday season. They had a free street fair with free food and massages. the staff was very accommodating. The breakfast was amazing. A great place to stay in Chang Mai. Convent location within walking distance to the old city.

No alcohol served at property as it is a well being kind of vibe hotel but free to bring in your own. Would stay again .

Nicest property we stayed at over a month\'s traveling. Quiet and lovely gardens but just across the road from the moat enclosing the old city, opposite a city park. Very walkable and red-pickup taxi cabs available to hail on the street. Super clean, nice pool, we had dinner there and it was very good. It is a "dry" hotel so just buy a few beers at the nearby 7-11 and put then in your minibar to enjoy at your leisure. We even had free snacks and pop that were replenished in our superior room. Very clean, quiet and good internet. Great pool and gardens and walking distance to most sites - would certainly return next time in Chiang Mai.

We were there with our baby & all the staff were amazing with him & the staff went above and beyond to entertain him during breakfast times for us. We absolutely loved Smile Lana. The beds were beyond comfortable and the room and hotel was very clean. We absolutely loved the morning breakfast and enjoyed all the perks included in your stay. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We have to say Smile Lanna was one of the best hotels my wife and I ever had the pleasure of staying. What made our stay so extraordinary was the employees, everyone helped make our stay so comfortable and inviting Our room was impeccable and the breakfast was amazing. We stayed there 5 days and within those 5 days everyone felt more like family and frankly we were sad to leave. Thank you everyone at Smile Lanna for all that you do for your quest, everyone there is truly amazing!!

After reading reviews of hotels in Chiang Mai, I chose 'Smile Lanna'. I think it was a really good choice. During our stay, this place was peaceful itself!. Everything was well-equipped, and friendly staffs, eco-friendly atmosphere, delicious and healthy meals, etc… The location of the hotel is just close to the Old City. Walking along the moat wall was one of our pleasures here, If I visit Chiang Mai again, I would like to stay in "Smile Lanna Hotel"

Property is beautiful- though our room air conditioner would not work properly so it was hot when we slept. The beds were very thin mattresses so were pretty uncomfortable but the service and staff at the resort were excellent.

We have to say Smile Lanna was one of the best hotels my wife and I ever had the pleasure of staying. What made our stay so extraordinary was the employees, everyone helped make our stay so comfortable and inviting Our room was impeccable and the breakfast was amazing. We stayed there 5 days and within those 5 days everyone felt more like family and frankly we were sad to leave. Thank you everyone at Smile Lanna for all that you do for your quest, everyone there is truly amazing!!

It was my favorite accommodation among the accommodations I stayed in Chiang Mai and I intend to visit again. Nicest property we stayed at over a month\'s traveling. Quiet and lovely gardens but just across the road from the moat enclosing the old city, opposite a city park. Very walkable and red-pickup taxi cabs available to hail on the street. Super clean, nice pool, we had dinner there and it was very good. It is a "dry" hotel so just buy a few beers at the nearby 7-11 and put then in your minibar to enjoy at your leisure. We even had free snacks and pop that were replenished in our superior room. The Smile Lanna served as a good resting point in Chiang Mai. There are no shortage of hotels in the area, but this one provides a nice, slow pace. The breakfast was exceptional, but dinner and the in-room dining options were...standard. Two things that stand out about this property: (1) THEY DO NOT SERVE ANY ALCOHOL ON SITE. Just something to be aware of. (2) It seems as if everywhere you look, there's a sign telling you that you can't do something. Remove some of the signs and tell customers upon check-in your expectations versus having 'no-no' plaques all over the property.

I stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel was beautiful! Clean and well maintained. The staff were extraordinarily helpful and kind. The breakfast was a wonderful start each day - they did assist me in having a vegan option too. The pool looked lovely, but I didn’t use it. The rooms were comfortable. My first two nights had a balcony overlooking the pool and it was wonderful. The hotel is walking distance to the old city (be careful crossing the roads to get there). They have a free shuttle to the airport - just be sure to book in advance. Beds are comfortable, showers are fabulous. There is a small gym that I used the treadmill in. Free snacks in reception and your room, and free drinks in your room fridge, along with tea and coffee. Kettle, hairdryer in the room. Really recommend staying here!
