Everything was fine without being awesome. I wouldn't have a problem staying again but nothing made me think this is the only place in Canberra I would stay at. Rooms fine in size. Mattress was on the older side. Pillows great. Tv had no fox channels, only std digital channels. Hotel breakfast was only ok. Close to lots of restaurants. Parking additional $20 per night.

This is a very good hotel for solo business travelers, but for a couple, we found the room to be a little small. The lap pool area was freezing and not terribly inviting, and we found the breakie options a little underwhelming (yet expensive) and opted for a nice coffee house down the street. We were really fans of the room windows looking out into other rooms, too. A bit disappointed, but an ok option if you want to be in that part of Canberra.

Great Bed, great shower, nice room. Need to get the little things right though to call them a top hotel. Parking gate broken, do not accept digital credit cards, slow check in and lack of signs etc. but they get the comfort things right.

The hotel room was great - nice & clean; & the rain shower was appreciated as well as the high quality products (body wash, shampoo, moisturiser etc). Opportunities for improvement: Signage out the front of the hotel to indicate car parking area when checking-in; & exit signage to get out of the basement car park.

Fantastic hotel! Rooms were lovely, clean and have everything you need. Great amenities in a great location. Centrally located and easily walkable to shops, cafes and restaurants.The hotel bar and restaurant were excellent. Highly recommend staying here if looking for accommodation in Canberra. 5 stars! Good hotel in a great location, about a 10-15 min walk to the centre. Concierge were kind but average service. Daily room cleaning service is very delayed, we returned back to our room around 2-2:30pm and it wasn't cleaned by then. We left the room again, they cleaned the room by the evening but they didnt fill our mini bar. We called concierge and they came up about 1 hour later. Another time, my partner fainted and hit his head on the floor and so we asked for ice twice however they were very very slow and they said to come down to reception instead and get it ourselves. My partner's head was injured so I couldn't leave him alone. They didnt have a first aid officer nor ice packs, which i found unusual. They eventually came up, about 1 hour later. They didnt care for this emergency.

The Midnight hotel is a cool hotel in an upcoming suburb of Canberra. The trims are well equipped but very small and if you have a large suitcase there is not really much space to put it out of the way and little closet space. The bar and breakfast were good but service at breakfast very slow. The pool is excellent

I loved this hotel. The room was excellent with a comfortable bed and plenty of storage. The bathroom was spacious and stylish. Location was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. We checked in and could not believe the size of the room. So small and very dark with no natural light as all the hotel rooms face into a central courtyard, - limited closet space - no hooks in the bathroom for towels etc. BUT The staff were excellent and moved us into a bigger room. The rooms were very clean and I could not fault the service. The small room would be okay if you were in for one night only

The rooms themselves are nice and roomy, bathroom had plenty of room and the free mini-bar was good to have and the lollies at front desk was a nice touch. Main issue is limited breakfast options. Be good to have a simple cereal or toast option as most hotels have, had to resort to going to a supermarket to get a simple breakfast. The rooms themselves are quite dark with no natural light which gives you no idea of sunrise or what the weather is outside. Doesn't help the TV is right in the way of where you open the curtains... And minor things such as 4g/5g is minimal, though that's was a Canberra wide issue, minibar should have extra food options, and the car park had issues accepting the multi pass ticket on exit which got annoying.

Clean, new, comfortable room and bathroom. The only downside was that there was no breakfast buffet (however lots of great cafes around)and lifts were too small and very busy. Otherwise it is a great hotel to stay
