There was a staff waiting at the lift to usher us to the reception followed by friendly greetings. Early check-in was allowed and Within minutes we were in our room. The room is in excellent condition and comfortable. The room also offers an excellent view of aircraft taxing, but surprisingly, there was virtually no noise. The hotel is inside the airport and thus is suitable for those who have early flight out of New Chitose Airport. I look forward to staying in this hotel again.

This was meant to be a quick rest after a lot of traveling but became a highlight to our trip. The breakfast was amazing, the staff was incredible and the late night onsen was refreshing. The walk to get to the hotel was really far but otherwise this place is perfect.

The hotel was amazing, clean & very comfortable. Due to late flight, the staff was kind & committed to extend the checkout by 1 hour. However, when I confirmed the next day, this arrangement was not done. Overall the stay was good
