Stayed 1 night

We stayed for one night with 5 adults and 2 children. We found the property is in urgent need of a lot of repair. The entry keypad was the first item in need of fixing and it continued throughout the house. The bathroom roof is mouldy and grubby, the towel hooks are at the top of a 2.4 m door out of reach for a normal height person) the toilet cistern was fully cracked and fixed with silicone (with a note written on toilet paper: wet silicone-do not touch), a rusty towel trolley, a bathroom window that does not shut, door handles on wardrobes and kitchen cupboards that need replacement were long screws were used to make them appear ok, wash basin taps that move instead of properly turning on and off, missing, broken, too short or too long window shades etc etcWe booked for 5 adults and 2 children but there were only 6 bath towels. The towels were unhygienic (smelly), the pillowcases appeared to have missed a wash in between guests. There was a jug and instant coffee, no coffee maker as advertised. Even though the property is conveniently located to shops, restaurants and marina, it is not a nice area of town. Foul mouth people were partying and screeming at various times of night and I truely regret having booked this place but am happy I only booked for one night!

Appartment is located a short walk into town and across the road from the shopping centre. Apartment was great size, air con in all the upstairs bedrooms, clean and tidy, comfortable beds, very much enjoyed our stay.
