The knot is a modern hotel with great staff to greet you at the 2nd level lobby. The location is superb with underground access to Susukino station. Tanukikoji shopping street is close by. Mega Don Quijote is opposite and the bus to airport is 2 mins walk. Lots of bars and restaurants to choose from. Odori park is 10 mins walk and Sapporo station is 20 mins walk. Each day 3 knot coins were given to a traveler and the coins can be exchanged to food and drinks at the hotel lounge from 4-11pm. We accumulated all the coins and exchanged 2 main courses, 1 nacho and drinks. The main course changes daily and we had Hokkaido beef cooked in wine sauce on top of mash potatoes. I recommend this hotel to other travelers. The superior twin room is spacious compared to standard twin room. I’ll will stay at the Knot again when I am in Sapporo.

立地がとても良く、とにかく便利、ランドリー施設もあって数百円で利用できました。部屋もコンパクトにまとまっていますがコーヒー等はありません。札幌駅から地下鉄を使わなくても地下道を歩けば着いてしまう距離です。すすきのも近いし、市電も目の前で止まるし、ロケーションは最高です。

Convenient location for shopping and dining as the hotel is on the main shopping street and accessible via the underground mall (Pole town). Easy access to Susukino and Odori stations and to the streetcar. Bus options are available and there is a taxi stand across the road too. Walkable to attractions in the city such as Nijo market, Odori Park, Sapporo clock tower, and Sapporo TV tower. Room was clean and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Guests were also given 3 Knot coins per guest per day and you can use it to redeem drinks, snacks and dessert at the restaurant at level 2.

Interesting complementary coin token system to redeem food and beverage from the hotel restaurant even though our stay does not include F&B. Staff are also very helpful and friendly when we were trying to recover our lost luggage from airport.

2泊しましたが、2日目のお部屋の掃除が最悪でした。ゴミを捨てて、タオルを変えて、シーツを整えただけのようで、洗面のコップは使ったままの状態。お風呂の浴槽には毛がついている。テーブルにはコップの跡が残っている。とても気分が悪かったです。

Room # 802 # 807 Stayed 3 nights Due to staying 3nights, I asked to skip cleaning room on 2nd day to consider Hotel's convenience. However in 3rd day, the cleaning status was not good. It looks they just made bed only. The cover of bed and pillows are still same. Very bed cleaning condition in bathroom. It seems they just changed new towel only. No cleaning. It looks matter of person. Generally the service at lobby was good. One lady who speaks Korean was really nice. Other condition such as location and bar were great.

Stayed 802 807 Room# for 3nights. Considering Hotel's convenience, I requested to skip cleaning room on 2nd day. But cleaning condition of 3rd day was not good. It seems just made bed only. Bath and bed were was still dirty and this was disappointed. Others are good. One lady who speak Korean was nice and kind. Location was excellent.

Just across the street from Donki, the main shopping areas, food and streetcar. The only thing that was bothersome was the sound coming from the steer below, which makes sense due to what I mentioned previously. Good thing I brought earplugs.

최상의 위치, 그렇기에 간간이 트램 및 폭주족 소음이 있음. 캐리어 두개를 펼치기엔 너무 좁은 방이지만 침대가 크고 편안해서 괜찮았음. 냉장고 냉기가 약해서 음료를 넣어놔도 크게 시원하진 않음. 그럭저럭 넓은 화장실, 다만 체크인 당시 욕조에 짧은 머리카락 세가닥이 떨어져 있었음. 조식을 아주 예쁘게 한상 차려주시는데, 생관자, 연어알, 소고기 구이, 우유푸딩 등이 나옴. 체크아웃 전 기분 좋은 대접 받는 것 같은 마무리가 아주 좋았음.

I would stay at the Knot again purely based on its location overlooking Susukino. It's easy to access from Pole Town in winter and the rooms are modern and clean, although ours was a bit small.

直近3年連続年間3泊以上宿泊しお世話になっていますが、ターゲット層が若者向けに方針転換された印象を持ちました。チェックインが機械に変わりフロントサービスが無くなり不便になりました。ただ、ホテル設備は良いホテルです。

Very conveniently located with easy access to Pole Town/ underground mall/ train stations. Excellent and polite service by all staff members from the moment we entered the hotel. Knot coins were a bonus to have. The desert plate and food were very enjoyable. Will definitely stay again.

Extremely convenient location with direct access to the underground walkway and shops. Susukino district is only a couple of blocks away with some amazing eateries. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful in holding our luggage for a couple of days as we did some out of town trips here and there.

공항에서 공항버스로 가기 좋았음. 바로 맞은편 메가동키나 기타 맛집들도 근처에 있어서 삿포로 시내 구경에는 좋았음. 삿포로 역이랑 거리가 좀 있어서 교외로 나갈 사람들에게는 불편할 수 있는데, 걸어서 15~20분 정도 거리고, 지하상가랑 바로 연결되어있기 때문에 날씨가 궂어도 오가는 데 불편한 건 없기 때문에 위치는 괜찮다고 봄. 직원들 친절했고, 금요일밤에 라이브 공연도 인상적이었음.

Good location and excellent breakfast. Room interior and level 2 was functional, well-decorated and clean at the start of the stay. However, housekeeping forgot to change pyjamas on the first night. This issue was resolved for the subsequent days once I feedbacked to the reception.

Centrally located next to Tanukikoji. Good for shopping and night life. The basement of the hotel has a door open to the underground shopping walkway that leads to JR Sapporo station. So it’s possible to walk all the way from JR Sapporo station to the hotel entirely underground. It’s a big plus during harsh winter conditions. The downside is that the room is quite small and the restaurant had limited menu and the breakfast is set menu.
