部屋やフロント、その他は全般的に清潔で新しく良かった。シャワールームが少ないので混みあう時間はかなり待たされているのに1個故障しており、修理の様子も無かった。トイレはペーパーを流せないタイプで、多くの人が使うので掃除はこまめにしているようではあったが日本人には使いにくいかも。部屋はやはり遅い時間に入ってくる他の客もあり落ち着かず眠れなかった。

This is a fantastic little hostel right in Taoyuan Airport, pretty much exactly what you'd want for an early morning flight or layover. It's clean and organized, with neat little touches like free earplugs, eye masks, and a small bag of tea. I only had a backpack so space wasn't as much of an issue, but if you have luggage, there is no locked area to leave it. Further, you have almost no room in your pod to open up your bags (assuming it even fits in your pod). It would be nice to have individual locked cubbies for valuables. The other thing is if you're on the top level pods, it's pretty hard to get in and out. You are at a height that requires use of the ladder, and if you have a heavy backpack or need to hold things, you kind of have to maneuver down with everything while still holding the ladder. I recommend this place but it might be better to try and book a room if you have lots of items.

I have stayed at several capsule hotels in Asia. CHO in Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport Terminal 2 is by far the nicest, cleanest and modern I have experienced so far. The shower facilities are impeccable. The convenience to wake up and walk to Departue Hall for your next flight is so time saving vs taxi from external hotel to the airport. You just expect door noise and snoring while bunking with 12 other travelers. The time savings and costs saving is totally worth the price. There is Family Mart on the same level so you can grab food, drinks, toiletries if needed. Family Mart has wonderful boiled tea eggs. Directions: exit the baggage and customs area. Go up to 3rd floor departure area. Walk straight towards Departure area NUMBER 22. Keep going . . . Take escalator to level 5. You’re there!

深夜便に乗るために利用しました。桃園国際空港の第2ターミナルにあるカプセルホテルでチェックインチェックアウトは24時間可能です。設備がとても新しく清潔だと感じました。ホテル入り口には、空港の展望室やファミリーマート、フードコートがあり夜も明るい雰囲気で女性のひとり旅でも安心できました。ホテルのスタッフは若い女性でとても親切にしていただきお土産にお茶をもらいました！カードキーを渡され、ホテルスペースに入る時やお部屋に入る時、シャワー室に入るときにカードキーが必要なためセキュリティも安心できました。私の部屋は、部屋内に10個のカプセルがあり、荷物は同室者みんなの共用スペースに置きます。日本のカプセルホテルとは違い、シングルのマットレスひとつ分くらいの広さがあり快適でした。カプセルについているカーテンを閉めるとカプセル内がしっかり暗くなるためよく眠れました。夜間に同室の方が出入りしている様子はありましたがみなさん物凄く静かにしてくださっていました。また、綺麗なシャワールームもついています。(タオルはレンタルでしたので、必要だったら持参したほうがいいかなと思います。) 飛行機は第1ターミナルからの出発でしたが、夜間でもターミナル間の移動は無人のスカイトレインがあるため、とても便利でした。

It is a capsule hotel, clean and comfy however what it makes a difference is the people you share the room with and in my case it was a bit of a nightmare as one person kept his alarm going at 4am for 15 min and then he started to get ready inside the room making a lot of noise. People should not use a capsule hotel if they dont know how.

あまりお勧めしません。鍵付きドアのある室内に20程度のカプセルがある構造で、ドアに近いカプセルだと開閉音がうるさいです。ロックがかかるドアなので、音がしないように気を付けて閉めてもかなり大きな音がします。今回一番ドアに近いカプセルだったので、うるさくてなかなか寝られませんでした。 Not recommended. The structure has about 20 capsules in a room with a locked door, and if the capsule is close to the door, the opening and closing noise is loud. The door is locked, so even if you are careful to close it without making noise, the noise is quite loud. This time I was in the capsule closest to the door, so it was too noisy and I could not sleep well. It was so noisy that I could not sleep well.

Super cute & extremely clean. I think its important to note that unlike other capsule hotels, your capsule doesnt have a proper door, its more like a blind that comes down so you shouldnt leave belongings here while you are away. Otherwise though, SUPER nice staff and very cozy

The property was very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would have given them 5 stars, but it was hard to sleep overnight as other patrons were quite loud and were in their suitcases inside the capsule rooms. It would have been good if the staff was monitoring that and asked them to be quiet.

Extremely convenient stay for an overnight layover at TPE. Walls are very TBI so any little noise is heard by all. Not much sink space in the bathrooms but wasn’t a big deal. We landed at terminal 1 and the directions to the hotel are not super clear from there and airport staff was not terribly knowledgeable about the location but we eventually got there. Key is to exit via customs/immigration first then take train to terminal 2.

I love small cozy spaces. Perfect for my layover because I didn’t have to leave airport. You do have to go through immigrations than the arrival area. Find the escalator to the 3rd floor where check in counters are. Then walk down past counter 22, go up a second escalator and you are there. In the morning you just go down to 3rd level for check in and security. Very convenient, much better than sleeping on floor at gate.

早朝便のため、利用しました。ホテルは第二ターミナルのチェックインカウンターからとても近くロケーションは良いです！　私は復路便が第一ターミナルでしたが、ターミナルの移動のスカイトレインの乗り場からも近いため、早朝でしたが安心して宿泊できました。また、レセプションのスタッフの男性がとても丁寧に利用方法や注意点を教えてくれました。室内はコンパクトですが、寝心地がよいマットです。　しいといえば、シャワールームが脱衣場のスペースがないので　着替えを入れる防水BAGが設置されてますが少し使用しづらいのと足元が濡れているので　着替える時に濡れやすいです。(海の家などのシャワー室の感じ) 綺麗ですし、スタッフの方々も親切で何より場所が良いので　また早朝便利用の際は利用したいと思います。

Very cute, clean, and safe hotel. First time in pod-like accommodations. Everyone was kind and helpful. Major plus that it's right inside the airport so you don't have to worry about getting to the airport on time if you stay and have a flight the next day. Very awesome that there's showers and places to eat on the same floor which is a different floor that's away from the bustle of the main airport. Loved it.

第2ターミナルの5階(3階で降りて、端まで移動してから5階)なので、少し迷いそうになりますが、コンビニも同じフロアにあり、かなり便利でした。お茶のサービスもあり、わざわざ茶器で淹れてもらえるのは台湾の雰囲気を感じられて良かったです。小さいタオルの貸し出し無料サービスも良かったです。ドミトリー部屋内での飲食は原則、禁止なのでその点は注意が必要です。

Clean and very convenient. Be aware that the restaurants in this section on the airport close at around 6pm, and it's a long walk to the ones that are open later (and not easy to find). But the facilities are great. If you’re a light sleeper or find it hard to fall asleep, be aware that people will be coming and going. But the front desk and all the signage emphasize the need to be quiet. However youll still hear the door closing and people zipping and unzipping their bags, so bear that in mind. I enjoyed my time there and got some nice quiet work done.

A nice place to stay for an overnight layover. Very clean and people did their best to keep quiet for the most part but earplugs are also provided. There is a convenience store right outside and lots of places to sit and eat which was great especially since eating is not allowed inside. Not sure how late the store stays open but I arrived late and was able to get a snack and drink after 12am.
