A great place to stay !!! Check in was smooth and easy. The accomodation is very central in Melbourne's northern suburbs and a short walk to Preston Markets. The room is very comfortable and clean and the property is easy to access including the underground car park. The external cafe at the front of the building is fabulous with exceptional coffee. I Highly recommend the Quest Preston and will definately stay there again.

The Balcony Room was lovely and worth the extra Just felt more spacious and relaxing. The staff were very accommodating with a one or 2 special requests (late check out for example). Car Parking was brilliant and secure. Highly Recommend a stay here

Pretty average. Overpriced for what you get as studio apt is quite small. Lovely and clean. Comfy bed. Fluffy towels. Very odd lay out - designed for someone who is 2m tall as tv, microwave and kitchen cupboards are really high. Had to stand on a chair to get things out of cupboards and I’m average height! Don’t bother paying extra for parking as there is ample free parking on the street.

Have stayed many times in different rooms. Always clean and check in is efficient. Parking fees seem to differ! I was charged $30 for Two nights when in the past only $10 a night has been charged. Haven’t ever stayed longer than 3 nights in a row. I was told the $10 fee only applies to stays of 7 nights or more. Other than that, all good.

Quest Preston is a convenient location for shopping, easy access to M31 and many eateries. Studio unit is spacious with a balcony with nice views of the suburbia. Pleasant vibe and ambience gives a homely feel. We paid for parking and worked well for us. Great hospitality. Friendly staff.

This hotel was conveniently located for my business trip. The receptionist at check in was extremely helpful, efficient and polite. The room was excellent with everything that I needed for a 2 night stay. Car parking is also convenient. A variety of nice restaurants nearby is a bonus.

The Quest Preston apartment unit is huge and clean and I really enjoyed my 4 day stay here when I am on business trip. It is fully equipped apartment with washing machine, dryer, full kitchen, living room. Next time I can bring my family for vacation

Front counter staff were friendly and accommodating if you needed anything. The rooms were clean very well set up. Housekeeping team were great. We didn’t need our room clean, but they assisted us with things that we need replenishing.

This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel, its location is great and the onsite parking fee is resonable. Rooms have always been very clean and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Unfortunately this time our room was across from the laundry so very noisy when we arrived with the dryer going constantly and then early Sunday morning again so hard to have a sleep in with the noise of the dryer banging around. Other then that its a great hotel and usually quite.

Quest Preston was easy to get to, nice spot to park while I stayed there and check in was a breeze. Staff were very, very helpful and the room was clean and quiet as well which I appreciated. When I next come to Preston I will stay at Quest again.

Lovely service upon check in. Room was noisy and trio hazards in the hallways. Not a wink of sleep was had. Brought this up with staff only to be lied to. Wouldn't recommend and they had better refund my money today in full

Enjoyed our stay in a 2 bedroom apartment which was conveniently located on the Main Street in Preston. The apartment was presented in a clean and tidy state and the only drawback was that it was facing the main road and some traffic noise intruded, but minimised by the double glazed windows. Highly recommended.

This is a really nice, modern and well equipped apartment block, great facilities and very convenient for the train line straight into Flinders Street centre of Melbourne. The staff are extremely professional and helpful and the apartment clean and well equipped. Perfect for a stay in north Melbourne.

3 of us enjoyed the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment which was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to plenty of restaurants and cafes too. It’s also very close to the wonderful Preston Markets which is great for fresh delicious foods, fruits and vegetables
