Convenient to the Austin hospital & self contained. Bed was comfortable but the curtains didn’t close properly letting light in. I pre advised our eta & requested disability parking as my husband is disabled, (with disability parking permit), which Melissa confirmed via email to use the disability parking bay with the bolard in place however when we arrived the Question courtesy bus was parked there & the manager had left with the keys. I was told “just park anywhere”, however no consideration was given for my husband with a disability. It was only later after settling my husband in our room & then return trips to the car to get our bags did the manager appear with the keys. No apology at all & we felt like an inconvenience.

A very nice place to stay. Only negative was odd room arrangement with the bathroom being away from the bedroom . Across the lounge meals area , through the kitchen area and along the entry corridor. But still a good place to stay. Well equips. Big balcony and easy parking.

Good rooms, and a convenient location. Shame the room keys don’t open all the doors to get in and out without having to use the lifts.
