The room was nice on the surface but our window didn't open and one of the beds had crumbs in it. I appreciate we checked in late, however the check-in process was very drawn out and laborious and it took us at least 15 minutes to do so because of all the unnecessary questions. We appreciateed parking but didn't know how to pay for it or if we even needed to. Didn't have breakfast so cannot comment there.

Alle Bereiche und das Zimmer in sehr gutem Zustand, freundliche Zimmereinrichtung. Ansprechendes Frühstück. Negativ, dass es im Bad keine Ablagemöglichkeiten gibt und dass der Hotelparkplatz nicht ausreicht (musste abseits im Schlamm parken).

Das Hotel ist preiswert und gut. Es sind (einige) Parkplätze verfügbar, die allerdings 8 Euro pro Nacht kosten. Direkt neben dem Hotel befindet sich ein unbefestigter Platz, auf dem man kostenlos parken kann. Bei Regenwetter ist es eine matschige Angelegenheit. Es gab ein Problem, dass das Fenster nicht geschlossen werden konnte. Es regnete stark. An Samstag nach 12 Uhr ist die Rezeption nicht besetzt. Ein Anruf bei der an der Rezeption ausgehängten Notfallnummer war erfolgreich. Innerhalb von wenigen Minuten kümmerte sich ein Mitarbeiter um die Behebung des Schadens. Sehr gut!! Ein Problem macht der Zugang zum Hotel außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten der Rezeption. Die Eingabe des Zugangscode in das Zahlenfeld führte oftmals nicht dazu, das sich die Tür öffnet. Gibt man die Zahlen zu schnell ein oder zu langsam = die Tür bleibt zu. Hier muss nachgebessert werden!! Das ist frustrierend! Die Eingabe des gleichen Zugangscode an der Zimmertür funktioniert.

The rooms were not always cleaned during the stay, even when it was requested. Some staff only spoke German, which is a little strange when 75% of guests were foreign. Staff was generally nice and helpful. Breakfast was basic but as expected in this type of hotel. Hotel was in very good condition.

Es war OK. Mein Zimmer war zweckmäßig. Viele Steckdosen. Der Teppichboden könnte mal gereinigt werden und Ecken im Bad, die langsam beginnen zu schimmeln. Mein Fenster ließ sich nur kippen. Die Klimaanlage war recht laut. Das Zimmer war mit 100€ ohne Frühstück sehr teuer. Das passte nicht zusammen. Der Parkplatz war noch kostenlos, wird aber wohl auch bald kostenpflichtig. Das Frühstück ist für 10€ richtig gut. Übernachten werde ich nur noch zu einem anderen Preis.

Cute little hotel. Very basic, but super clean and location is convenient. The room was small and only had the basics (no fridge or coffee maker). That said, the bed was comfortable, I could easily adjust the temperature, it was very quiet (and hotel was full). And the shower pressure was very good. I will definitely consider staying there on my next visit to Düsseldorf. The value for the money was excellent.

Parkplätze sind auf der Strasse, rückseitig oder auf dem hauseigenen Parkplatz vorhanden. die Zimmer sind sauber und das fast nicht vorhandene Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. mein Zimmer hatte einen eigenartigen Geruch, der mit Airfreshener und nonstop Lüften reguliert werden konnte. allerdings ist der Strassenlärm schon sehr dominierend. alles in allem eine gute Wahl, jedoch nicht noch einmal.

Good off city location hotel with the ubahn stop right outside plus a mcdonalds for emergency food & drink. Free parking, easy access & hotel check in, quick no check out departure. Rooms are quite basic but clean and comfortable. Noise level was not great with other guests making noise and children running round, the thudding noises can be very annoying. Otherwise a comfortable stay with excellent access to dusseldorf city centre.

This might have been my worst hotel-experience in my entire life. I book a room for 3 days a month in advance. I messaged the hotel that I will be arriving late for check-in. They answer me multiple times that their reception is closed at my arrival and I will have to use the check-in machine. The day before my arrival I respond to this message that I will arriving late so I will use the machine. I arrive at the hotel and try to check-in using the machine. For 45 minutes I try to check-in using the info I got sent from the hotel. I tried calling their phone# but they were closed. I had no choice but no book a completly new room. I wake up the next morning and go down to the reception. The person doesn’t speak english, not a word. For 30 minutes he tries to find my booking. This might have been my worst hotel-experience in my entire life. I book a room for 3 days a month in advance. I messaged the hotel that I will be arriving late for check-in. They answer me multiple times that their reception is closed at my arrival and I will have to use the check-in machine. The day before my arrival I respond to this message that I will arriving late so I will use the machine. I arrive at the hotel and try to check-in using the machine. For 45 minutes I try to check-in using the info I got sent from the hotel. I tried calling their phone# but they were closed. I had no choice but no book a completly new room. I wake up the next morning and go down to the reception. The person doesn’t speak english, not a word. For 30 minutes he tries to find my booking. The rooms were not always cleaned during the stay, even when it was requested. Some staff only spoke German, which is a little strange when 75% of guests were foreign. Staff was generally nice and helpful. Breakfast was basic but as expected in this type of hotel. Hotel was in very good condition.

Das Hotel ist preiswert und gut. Es sind (einige) Parkplätze verfügbar, die allerdings 8 Euro pro Nacht kosten. Direkt neben dem Hotel befindet sich ein unbefestigter Platz, auf dem man kostenlos parken kann. Bei Regenwetter ist es eine matschige Angelegenheit. Es gab ein Problem, dass das Fenster nicht geschlossen werden konnte. Es regnete stark. An Samstag nach 12 Uhr ist die Rezeption nicht besetzt. Ein Anruf bei der an der Rezeption ausgehängten Notfallnummer war erfolgreich. Innerhalb von wenigen Minuten kümmerte sich ein Mitarbeiter um die Behebung des Schadens. Sehr gut!! Ein Problem macht der Zugang zum Hotel außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten der Rezeption. Die Eingabe des Zugangscode in das Zahlenfeld führte oftmals nicht dazu, das sich die Tür öffnet. Gibt man die Zahlen zu schnell ein oder zu langsam = die Tür bleibt zu. Hier muss nachgebessert werden!! Das ist frustrierend! Die Eingabe des gleichen Zugangscode an der Zimmertür funktioniert.

Hotel is ideaal als je met OV naar Düsseldorf centrum wilt gaan (kleine 30min). Er is gratis parking en je kan gemakkelijk zelf inchecken op eender welk uur en uitchecken is niet nodig. Kamers zijn eenvoudig maar zeer schoon. Ze hechten een grote waarde aan duurzaamheid. De nacht voelde veilig en het was er stil ondanks de drukke kerstperiode.

Price/performance ratio was ok. Room could have been cleaner (urine stone under toilet seat). However, what was absolutely unacceptable was the visibly moldy toast (photos available). The breakfast was therefore not only absolutely overpriced, but also simply a health risk! As no one was available (not even at the reception), I couldn't address this directly as I was in a hurry to my busines meeting. Check-in with registration number at check-in machine didn't work, even after trying 10min. Shortly after I received a mail that the registration was canceled by B&B. Not sure if this was due to my late arival afte 6pm.

Alle Bereiche und das Zimmer in sehr gutem Zustand, freundliche Zimmereinrichtung. Ansprechendes Frühstück. Negativ, dass es im Bad keine Ablagemöglichkeiten gibt und dass der Hotelparkplatz nicht ausreicht (musste abseits im Schlamm parken).

Es war OK. Mein Zimmer war zweckmäßig. Viele Steckdosen. Der Teppichboden könnte mal gereinigt werden und Ecken im Bad, die langsam beginnen zu schimmeln. Mein Fenster ließ sich nur kippen. Die Klimaanlage war recht laut. Das Zimmer war mit 100€ ohne Frühstück sehr teuer. Das passte nicht zusammen. Der Parkplatz war noch kostenlos, wird aber wohl auch bald kostenpflichtig. Das Frühstück ist für 10€ richtig gut. Übernachten werde ich nur noch zu einem anderen Preis.
