Good location for catching a train to visit Berlin attractions. The Biergarten and park nearby was a highlight. The rooms are small but well designed for luggage storage under bed. Amamos nos hospedar neste hotel design! Ele é lindo, muito bem decorado no estilo urbano e com móveis de design, conseguindo traduzir perfeitamente a vibe especial de Berlim. A localização é excelente, praticamente ao lado de uma estação de metrô, o que facilita muito para visitar os inúmeros pontos turísticos da cidade (dica: usamos o app Citymapper para transitar pela cidade, a pé ou de transporte público, foi ótimo! Para as passagens, é só usar o app oficial de transporte público, tudo muito prático). O pessoal da recepção é muito simpático e o check-in foi rápido. Há um café/bar na recepção com muitas opções de bebidas e lanches, que funciona 24 horas por dia. A cafeteria é Starbucks. Há também no térreo um ótimo restaurante italiano, o Acucina. Há também máquina de lanches e bebidas no subsolo, ao lado do salão de jogos. Nosso quarto era espaçoso e muito confortável, nos atendeu plenamente. A decoração do quarto é moderna e aconchegante, e o chão do banheiro é aquecido - uma delícia no inverno! Nossa janela dava para o jardim interno, muito silencioso. Um hotel super limpo e organizado, excelente custo/benefício. Nossa estadia começou na véspera de Natal e fomos surpreendidos com mimos de natal no nosso quarto quando chegamos (2 marmeladas deliciosas!). Tivemos uma excelente experiência - voltaremos!

Das Hotelzimmer war ausreichend groß und sauber. Vor der Tür gab es ein paar kostenfreie Parkplätze und die U-Bahn-Station war ebenfalls direkt vor der Tür. Es gab eine Dachterrasse, die wir ebenfalls genutzt haben. Wir würden das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Stimmiges Preis/Leistungsverhältnis, kleine geschmackvolle funktionale Zimmer, sehr gute Matratze, Hotel mit neuwertiger und stylischer Ausstattung, sehr gutes Frühstück, das auf der schönen Terrasse in Ruhe vertilgt werden kann. Super gelegen am Gleisdreieck. Ubahn in direkter Nähe. Nette Cafés, Restaurants um die Ecke. Auch im Hotel gibt es eine schöne Bar und Starbucks Kaffee. Hoteleigener Garten mit Schaukeln für kids. Große Terrasse zum Sitzen und bspw auch Frühstücken. Zimmer auch sehr gut für einen Städtetrip. Klein, aber funktional eingerichtet und sehr sauber.

Das Hotelbhat eine gut Lage, ruhig und dicht an der U-Bahnlinie 2, 1 und 3. Dadurch alles gut ohne Auto zu erreichen. Unser Zimmer war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Personal sehr freundfich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück hat ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Badezimmer war leider nicht richtig sauber und der dreck der da war, war sehr auffällig sowas sollte man nicht übersehen. Zb ein Büschel Haare welches einem direkt ins Auge fiel wenn man ins Bad ging. Das Frühstück ist sehr zu empfehlen und alle sind sehr zuvorkommend

We stayed for one night as a family. Room and the building is clean. Most probably because of the folding bunker, we noticed that one of the sheets was not clean. When we informed it, it is changed immidiately. The location is very close to the technical museum and a metro station. I should also add that the isolation is really good and we didn't hear the passing trains or the construction on the road. The entrance can be a little bit confusing since the cafe's name is more noticable and you need to pass inside of it.

Die Matratzenschoner waren mit diversen Haaren übersäht. Total ekelhaft. Wurde aber schnellstens behoben. Eine Entschuldigung wäre angebracht gewesen! Einige Mitarbeiter der Rezeption könnten gerne mal lächeln und nicht so kalt und desinteressiert erscheinen.

Good spot for a few nights. Staff was quite nice and even accommodated a room change when the AC didn’t seem to work in ours. That said, if you run hot, be aware that AC is not great (was set to 19 with the fan on high and barely got below 23). Otherwise, clean rooms, great use of space, and a beautiful building very close to the metro. Would recommend to everyone (unless you are sensitive to heat). Thanks for accommodating us!

Das Hotel ist sehr hübsch und perfekt gelegen, direkt an der U-Bahn. Das Personal ist freundlich, allerdings hatten wir einen Kritikpunkt am Ende, den wir mitteilen wollten. Das hat sie nicht interessiert. Der Kritikpunkt ist das Gitter des Hochbettes. Für Kinder einfach nicht geeignet. Es wackelt und wenn man sich festhält zum Hochklettern, kann man es einfach abziehen. Nicht schön. Die Zimmer sind ordentlich aber für 4 Personen wahnsinnig klein, das ist im Internet gut fotografiert. Aber im Ganzen ist das Hotel empfehlenswert.

The unit was very clean, but it felt quite small, especially if you have two large suitcases. While the room could benefit from being a bit larger and having better amenities like a proper table or at least a refrigerator, our overall stay was smooth. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, which added to the positive experience. The location is convenient, witha metro station just a 1-minute walk away. Although major tourist destinations aren't within walking distance, the well-distributed transportation system in Berlin makes getting around incredibly easy and efficient.

Hotel is about a 15 minute walking distance to Potsdamer Platz and it is right across the U-Bahn station "Gleisdreieck". The hotel was very modern (looked to be newly remodeled). Our family room (1 standard bed, 1 bunk bed) was very clean and quiet. It is very small, so if you have a lot of luggage, you might have some issues storing everything and still be able to move around in your room. There were a lot of groups of teens (possibly school classes) hanging out around the hotel, but it was still very quiet. We decided to take advantage of the breakfast buffet (addtl. cost). It was well worth it. Large and fresh selection.

Há um café/bar na recepção com muitas opções de bebidas e lanches, que funciona 24 horas por dia. A cafeteria é Starbucks. Há também no térreo um ótimo restaurante italiano, o Acucina. Very nice accommodations!! The staff was super friendly and helpful. Called for a taxi on our way out of town. Spacious. Decent breakfast. Would definitely stay at this hotel again and would look up others by this name if they’re just as good. Our room was very quiet and you could close the blinds to make it really dark.

We stayed for one night as a family. Room and the building is clean. Most probably because of the folding bunker, we noticed that one of the sheets was not clean. When we informed it, it is changed immidiately. The location is very close to the technical museum and a metro station. I should also add that the isolation is really good and we didn't hear the passing trains or the construction on the road. The entrance can be a little bit confusing since the cafe's name is more noticable and you need to pass inside of it.

Management lied about how they deal with Expedia. I tried to make a change in the front desk upon my arrival to shorten my stay by one night and from 4 travelers to 2 due to a family emergency. But the staff said it was up to Expedia and the could not do anything. I called Expedia and confirmed they will support/approve and if the hotel management approves then Expedia would be happy to make the change. Expedia then called the hotel and the hotel just denied the request. When I talked to the manager he just gave me the runaround and offered "free breakfast". We ended up having to pay for the extra night without being able to stay there (could have easily booked it to someone else) and being stuck in a 4 person more expensive room while it was only two traveling. Look, I understand there are business processes but customer service is also very important. 5 stars to Expedia for being flexible and trying to help me out, 1 star to Aletto for being untruthful and inflexible to a customer in need. Gave two overall stars because the younger general staff was OK. Hotel location is a bit iffy and it’s geared towards younger crowds. Sort of like a hotel/hostel vibe. Not recommended for business travel.

Der Check In war leider sehr unglücklich. Laut Buchung sollte ein Check In ab 15 Uhr möglich sein. Um 15:45 (Ankunft im Hotel) war das Zimmer jedoch noch nicht bezugsbereit. Wir wurden nur mit dem Hinweis vertröstet, dass man aktuell nichts machen könne und wir in der Lobby warten sollen. Nach einer halben Stunde warten habe ich nochmal freundlich nach dem Stand gefragt, da wir einen Termin in Berlin hatten, jedoch wurden wir erneut vertröstet zu warten. Eine Umbuchung auf ein anderes Zimmer war leider nicht möglich. Als Entgegenkommen haben wir einen Gutschein für 2 Freigetränke erhalten. Bei der Bestellung dieser waren die bestellten Getränke nicht in dem Gutschein „inkludiert“. Nach dem Bezug der Zimmer mit 1,5 Stunden Verspätung war die Sauberkeit des Zimmers auch nur mittelmäßig. Vielleicht handelte es sich einfach um eine Paarung unglücklicher Ereignisse die nicht grundsätzlich so vorkommen, diese Erfahrung haben wir jedoch gemacht.

Der Wahnsinn ist, dass in den Fenstern elektrische Jalousie eingebaut sind. Endlich ein Zimmer das man besser abdunkeln kann. Das das Gleisdreieck (U2 Bahnhaltestelle) war auch sehr praktisch. Ein Park zum spazieren und Chillen ist auch in der Nähe.

Very, very close to the subway. Clean, AC, and a small cafe within. Nothing really to be found in the immediate area aside from BRLO Bier Garten, but this makes the area very quiet and safe. So a great stay if you don’t mind traveling a short distance to get to meals and sites

Das Hotel liegt direkt in der Nähe des Technikmuseumsund ist mit ÖPNV sehr gut erreichbar. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Gut strukturiert. Zimmer geräumig und sehr sauber. Frühstück wird angeboten. Habe ich aber nicht in Anspruch genommen.

Hotel is about a 15 minute walking distance to Potsdamer Platz and it is right across the U-Bahn station "Gleisdreieck". The hotel was very modern (looked to be newly remodeled). Our family room (1 standard bed, 1 bunk bed) was very clean and quiet. It is very small, so if you have a lot of luggage, you might have some issues storing everything and still be able to move around in your room. There were a lot of groups of teens (possibly school classes) hanging out around the hotel, but it was still very quiet. We decided to take advantage of the breakfast buffet (addtl. cost). It was well worth it. Large and fresh selection.

I spend 3 nights in the hotel. Everything was excellent - clean and comfortable room (absolutely the same as the pictures), excellent service, very friendly staff. The location is also great - U-lines station are just to the hotel and convections with main landmarks and the airport are easy and fast Strongly recommend!

We really couldn't have asked for more -- Both our room and the hotel were clean. There's a nice communal terrace on the 6th floor. AC didn't blast but it was enough to take the edge off Berlin's humidity. The front desk was helpful and efficient. It's affordable. And there's a great left luggage locker room. The hotel name includes Potsdamer Platz but in reality it's a long walk to get there, and the location was in a quiet area and not near much action. That said, it's a very short walk from the Gleisdreieck U-Bahn station, which gave us easy access to wherever in the city we wanted to go. So don't let that stop you from staying here. All in all - perfect. Didn't eat in the hotel, but the breakfast looked good. If there is any downside, and this is not on the hotel, there isn't much in the way of places to eat in the area. We did find a good breakfast spot a few blocks away. But again, a short and easy train ride will get you to any kind of food you seek. If/when we return to Berlin, we'll stay here again.

Really handy location with train station on next corner. When we arrived on the Friday night the bar/reception area was very busy with quite a young crowd and we were worried we would have a noisy night ahead but no disturbances at all. Very small compact room but was fine for our needs. Great shower and our older children reported that the bunk beds were comfy.We opted for breakfast and it was delicious and fresh with plenty of choice from the continental buffet style. It very generously goes on until 12 but some of the sweeter things didn’t seem to get replaced so you may have less options if you eat later. They were really attentive in ensuring everything was kept clean and refreshed otherwise though.

The room was very small, no space to hang any clothes or even open your suitcase....who'd have thought about that. The bed was good, though I was cold as the duvet is very thin. I asked for an extra one, which they provided. The breakfast was ok, but just basic stuff...plenty of much nicer options elsewhere in a city. So not worth paying the extra really. There was a problem with the electrics in the room, which made the shutters open in the middle of the night, the lights not working, etc....annoying stuff, yet you still pay the same. The location is good, very close to a U bahn and beer garden and generally a quiet and nice area. But would I come back? Probably not.

Family friendly hotel, very close to train station, good restaurant and bar in lobby, rooms were very nice staff was very friendly. Sonny at the desk gave us great tips were to go shopping. Thank you.
