Ein sehr sauberes und ordentlich geführtes Hotel in perfekter Lage sowohl zur Messe (fußläufig), als auch für den Besuch in der Stadt (S-Bahn 5 Minuten - 3 Haltestellen oder PKW ca. 15 Minuten bis Hauptwache). Achtung: Parken mit 43 EUR je Nacht teuer - Tiefgarage allerdings angenehm zu befahren, große Parklücken. CheckIn und CheckOut sachlich freundlich, zügig und unkompliziert. Modernes und schnelles Aufzugsystem, das Freude macht - nie über 1 Minute Wartezeit trotz der Stockwerkzahl. Sauber und gepflegt, mit recht großzügigen sehr ruhigen Zimmern. Leichte technische Mängel (Lichter flackern, Toilettenspülung lief nach, Türöffner teils defekt). Betten mit ordentlicher eher fester Matratze, gute Kissenauswahl, sehr einfache Bettdecke. Fittnessraum sehr einfach mit professionellen (TechnoGym), aber nur ausgewählten Geräten, nur kleine Kurzhanteln als Freigewichte. Sauna-Bereich leider ohne hinreichende Aufsicht, daher zeitweise faktisch unbenutzbar: Im konkreten Fall ein dutzend 16-20 jähriger Personen mit Fotohandy im Daueranschlag und Pausenhoflautstärke, die dem Aufenthalt leider jedwede Erholung nahmen - Personal auch auf Ansprache leider völlig desinteressiert. Anlage ansonsten aber in gutem Zustand. Ausblick aus den Zimmern beeindruckend (Fenster nicht zu öffnen, bodentief, dezente, sehr leistungsfähige Heizung / Klimaanlage), ebenso wie das - preislich gehobene - Restaurant im 15. Stock. After our original trip to Belfast got cancelled at the Airport; we booked alternative trip to Frankfurt on a wim ! Not sure the upgrade to the Level is worth the money anymore if I'm honest. Have stayed a numerous other locations but this felt a little 'timed' spirit drinks removed after certain time (can appreciate it) and then can have wine/beer soft drinks up til 10pm (not quickly replenished), no hot drinks available. Got the impression people abusing the nature of 'The Level' or even gaining access without staying in the upgraded rooms ? - For us just wanted to relax after long day walking with a glass of something cold ! stunning views though. Hotel is in amazing location, under 15 mins from airport and easy 25 mins stroll to the City; old and new buildings sitting in harmony, loved our visit.

Ich hatte dieses Hotel insbesondere wegen der beworbenen Sauna/Wellness gebucht. Diese war dann geschlossen/kaputt, ohne dass vorab darüber informiert wurde. Weder bei der Buchung noch vor Ort beim Checkin erfolgte eine Info. Expedia konnte nicht weiterhelfen. Das Hotel hat mir ein Zimmerupgrade angeboten, was die fehlende Sauna nicht ersetzen konnte. Sehr schade.

This is a very modern Spanish hotel. The lighting designs are exceptional. Breakfast was a delight. The sauna is good given it is a city hotel. I forgot that constant air conditioning noise and windows that can't be opened in 'modern' hotels, but still slept well after a busy day.

The room was ok but quite small....no good tastes for the decor and too many furnitures that are not required. Hard to open the lighting system and the AC/Heathing. I will never gp again .

The hotel did a lot well, but a few things could be done to match the standards of other international hotel brands. What we liked - the foyer was clean and tidy - the breakfast was excellent as was the breakfast staff - the room had a great view of the city - the room was well proportioned, and airy, - the hotel was modern - the rooms were well sound proofed - the hotel was walkable from the city centre - the left luggage service which we used at the end of our trip was safe and secure Things I felt which could have been better - as we needed to use their bag drop / left luggage service we opted for a 'in person ' checkout. The queues were quite long for this and it took a little time to check out - the complementary water bottle in the room was well received, but was only given on the first day of our trip - although the hotel was perhaps aimed at business travellers, as leisure travellers we would have liked some sort of concierge service. Although the team at the front desk did try to help, and were pleasant, it was clear that providing such a service was not really in their remit - the hotel bar was felt more like a reception than a bar to relax at the end of the day

Mixed feelings. Odd location. Beautiful hotel. Staff a bit abrupt. Lovely room except for flickering lights in the room and unable to connect to the TV streaming service despite trying for nearly an hour. Very clean. Room service expensive but delicious.

Meget lækkert hotel, men rigtig dårlig oplevelse af adgang til WIFI og anvendelse at AppleTV. Skulle ringe til receptionen for at få koden til WIFI. Der var kun 30 SLOTS til AppleTV hvorfor vi skulle vente på at andre gæster ikke anvendte denne service. Da vi endelig kom på kunne vi ikke anvende Netflix fordi WIFI har med fælleskode og ikke bruger specifikt. Fustrende da vi brugte mere end 30 minutter på dette der normalt bare skal fungere

I had a room under the lounge and restaurant level floor, so 14th floor. I had noise fro moving chairs until 1:15am, and could not sleep. Early at 8am in the morning I had house keeping knocking my door. Very terrible stY.

AC was broken in the first room, we were then moved to another room after a few phone calls and the staff trying to fix it, in the next room AC was great but unfortunately the door lock was broken, The staff are very friendly, helpful, Damir is wonderful, he is very thorough, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond!! The night I was leaving though, someone by the name Mario was helping me and I found him to be very rude - he basically said ‘I printed your invoice, what more do you want when I was trying to confirm when my deposit will be refunded. Area is not central - seems ok but I wasn’t feeling very comfortable walking alone in the evening, hence made sure I’m back before dark. The hotel is a few steps away by subway. For dining, the food in the hotel was the best bet quality wise - not much around that area.

This was my first stay at this hotel. I arrived at 1:15 PM and asked if the room was ready. I was told that I needed to pay an additional €40 for early check-in. I’ve stayed in hotels all my life, and this is the first time I’ve ever been asked to pay extra for arriving just two hours early. In every other hotel, if the room is ready, they simply provide it , and if not, you wait. It’s a pity, because everything else was very good. Next time I stay in Frankfurt, I’ll return to the hotels I’m familiar

All in all a nice stay However, we were disappointed by the hotel's attitude with regards to guests arriving earlier than check-in time. Upon our early arrival, just a few hours before check-in time, we were told that our room was ready but that if we wanted to use it we would need to pay extra. We didn't expect to have our room ready, so we wouldn't have been disappointed if we were told it wasn't. However the room was ready and it's a pity that an extra charge was requested. We've stayed in many hotels in many countries, and we obviously don't expect to be able to access our room before check-in time, however there were many cases in which our rooms were ready before check-in time and we were offered to use them with no extra charge - just as a show of going beyond the customer's expectations.

They charged us EUR 40 for an earlier check in which is ridiculous… the staff are untrained and very rude, did not want to see the issue with it and another EUR 45 for parking?! Also, they don’t reply to customer requests.

Pesimo Servicio! El almuerzo solo buffet Y sino deseas, debes esperar hasta las 14:30 y nadie te atiende bien, uno tiene que pedirles El Menu, pedi una carne por 36 euros y fue la carne más seca y simple que he comido, en el desayuno te pasan viendo como si fueras alguien raro a cada rato, le pides huevos revuelzos frescos y dicen eso hay en el buffet. Mmmm te cobran el buffet antes de entrar, primera vez que lo veo, y la avena Bircher fue la peor que he comido en mi vida, en un Hotel como esos. Lo único Bueno fue el cuarto porque fue junior suite.
