Nice, well maintained hotel with good location and parking - just make sure you pre-book the parking, otherwise its a 10 minute walk to the nearest garage. The hotel doesn't have its own restaurant and bar, there is an adjoining restaurant you can make a purchase in and take to the hotel lounge. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were TERRIBLE, either one tiny pillow or a huge overstuffed square pillow. I can't stand this trend for square pillows. Looked nice on the bed but made for an awful nights sleep, either virtually no pillow or neck at 45 degrees. Aircon was odd. I followed the instructions in the room and it just kept pumping out heat, even when set to the lowest setting - range was +/- 3, not temperature. Even when turned off it kept coming on with heat. Had to sleep with the window open which was freezing. If I had to I would stay here again but given a choice I will try an alternative.

Bel’établissement que je recommande sur Frankfurt. Une terrasse sympathique au dernier étage. Très bien insonorisé et excellemment bien conçu. Une belle réussite. Personnel sympathique excepté un membre du personnel dans la salle des petits déjeuner. De retour en fin d’après-midi pour après une première nuit nous avons constaté que la chambre n’avait pas été faite. Nous y retournerons toutefois si l’occasion se présente sans hésitation.

Excellent service from start to finish. Well appointed room, stylish design and spotlessly clean! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble. The bed was very comfortable and the Nespresso machine was great in the morning. Would highly recommend this hotel. There is a nice sized gym and a large comfortable lounge to relax in.

The mattresses are too soft and definitely need to be replaced for a while. Be aware that Room cleaning is only every three days. They only let you do early check-in when you pay extra, even if rooms are cleaned already. Location is very convenient.

Aus den Abflüssen riecht es nach Gulli, dass verwindet erst wenn man lange das Wasser laufen lässt. Der Geruch im Zimmer verfliegt dann nur sehr langsam trotz geöffnetem Fenster.

Everything worked except: 1- Upon arrival we were informed that there is no daily cleaning service. Only once every 3 days. This was never mentioned on the site. 2- We never got the toilet paper we requested and when we complained about it at check-out, the girl told us: “The guy that was in charge of the reception las night is new”. Other than that, great location and nice property.

Alt for hard seng. Har aldrig opplevd et hotell med så dårlig madrass i senga. Litt rart at dusjen var midt i rommet bak en glassvegg slik at andre i rommet kan se på at du dusjer. Det var heller ikke noen ordentlig dør til toalettet.. Bra frokost med hyggelig personal. Nytt, rent og pent.

Nicely renovated rooms. If you're used to controlling air conditioning (and run hot like I do), you'll find the automatic air conditioning you can barely affect (especially automatic shutoff at night) pretty infuriating.

De mini-keuken was ook een plus met het koffiezetapparaat en de waterkoker. Ik miste alleen roerstaafjes en bestek. Het hotel is op loopafstand van Alte Oper (het operahuis) en goed te bereiken met het OV (S-Bahn en U-Bahn). Je bent zo op het centraal station en in het centrum. De buurt was rustig en veilig; een verademing. Ook het personeel was professioneel, vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. Heel veel dank voor een fijn verblijf.

The room was lovely, however if you like your room really cold the air conditioning will not be to your liking. They didn’t have parking available for our stay but the staff was friendly (except the last day at breakfast). I would stay here again with lower expectations.

The wifi here was TERRIBLE I could barely work on my laptop it kept cutting out. The shower didn’t drain properly and would fill up while showering and leak into the room. The AC kept turning off after an hour. The bed squeaked very loud anytime I moved and was uncomfortable. The pillows were flat as ever. Had a bad sleep. I wouldn’t ever book here again.

Service an der Rezeption war super - sowohl beim Check-in wie beim Check-out. Zimmer waren funktionell, modern und sauber. Frühstück war eine Enttäuschung. Kaffee von der Siebträgermaschine gab es nur "für eine Gesellschaft", die Gäste mussten mit schlechtem Automatenkaffee vorlieb nehmen - das Ganze garniert mit unfreundlichen Antworten von dem Servicemitarbeiter. Auswahl am Buffet auch eher überschaubar.

Sink in the tea kitchen is clogged. No way to turn off the fan in the bathroom, which makes a irritating sound. My boyfriend went down to the reception earlier this night for questions regarding food service. The guy at the front desk wasn't service minded at all - answered only with yes/no, seemed like he got super bothered by the questions. One would thought that he really hated his job and customers. Too bad, it makes us not feel welcome at all. I don't look forward to breakfast tomorrow. Positive stuff, fresh looking and bright rooms. Wall between shower and room is see trough, which would be very awkward if you are traveling with family or friend since you don't get any privacy. Should have read and listened to the other reviews here. Unfortunately, I feel the same like many other guests that also left reviews with less than 3 stars.

Leider dieses Mal ein Flop. Im Zimmer scheint geraucht worden zu sein, Klimaanlage war kaputt und im Schrank waren nur zwei Kleiderbügel. Die Rezeption war leider telefonisch nicht zu erreichen. Nicht gut.

This hotel was very conveniently located and the rooms were a god size and well kept. The staff was friendly but not super efficient. However, I found the beds not super comfortable. Also I made a reservation with breakfast included and upon arrival was told that in fact it was included but was charged breakfast, for some reason, the last two days of my stay. The hotel employee insisted that it was not included in my reservation. I think all in all it was an expensive hotel for what it offered.

My stay at The Flag West M. was everything I hoped that it would be: easy to get to from the airport after taking the S-Bahn, safe and quiet neighborhood, and conveniently located in terms of getting to the city center and restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only complaint I had is that the person staying in the room next door was very loud - it sounded like they were moving furniture and stomping around late into the night. I'm not sure if it is because of thin walls or I was just unlucky.

Excellent place and attentive staff. Places to improve: get actual ACs not the vent that can only minimally cool the air. Also - more diversity at breakfast. I stayed 5 days and the breakfast was exactly the same each day

No bathrobe and an ice cold room is a bad comination. You can only change the temp 3 degrees +/- and it was ok for sleeping but not getting up! Comfortable bed but terrible pillows. Breakfast is very nice with everything one can wish for and over all the service from the personell is outstanding. The hotel is located very convenient close to Ubahn station and very close to "innenstad". Nice, quiet area and safe to walk even at night.

Ich war hier schon mehrmals zu Gast. Sehr gute Lage und gut eingerichtete Zimmer. Leider dieses Mal kein gutes Frühstück. Kaffee im Gegensatz zu sonst nur aus dem Automaten, keine Eier und auch sonst ein ziemlich abgeräumtes Buffet um 8.15, das nicht mehr aufgefüllt wurde. Bei dem Preis geht das gar nicht.

Havde 2 overnatninger ifbm. Frankfurt Marathon. Alene det at morgenmaden var rykket 1 time frem, for at imødekomme maratonløberne får i sgu 5 stjerner for. Dejlig morgenbuffet. Værelset var pænt og rent og vi kunne bare gå i receptionen og hente flere brikker til kaffemaskinen. Helt klart et hotel jeg vil anbefale
