Fräsch och modern inredning. Familjerummen har två dubbelsängar som är jättesköna. Toppen med minikök och kyl/frys. Balkong eller uteplats med möbler mot en liten trädgård. Smidig incheckning i en automat. Stort gym i huset. Parkering under tak under huset. Nära och bra. Smidigt att komma till boendet från motorvägen med bil. Lidl och McDonalds i närheten. 15 min körning till Bergenz. Dåligt städat. Golven var inte rengjorda. Spindelväv i taken med fullt av andra djur. Det var lätt att få tag på kundservice via telefon och en trevlig man hjälpte oss att byta rum. Andra rummet vi tittade på såg likadant ut. Tredje var bättre. Vi träffade även managern som var trevlig och hjälpsam.

Parken ist am Hotel gut möglich, größtenteils sogar überdacht. Der Checkin war problematisch, weil mein Login nicht erkannt wurde. Ein freundlicher Mitarbeiter kam aber gerade rechtzeitig um zu helfen. Das Apartment selbst war nett eingerichtet, stank aber furchtbar nach Zigarettenrauch. Ein Schneidebrett war in der Schublade regelrecht festgeschimmelt, und der Schlauch zur Handbrause der ansonsten schönen Dusche war so undicht, dass die Brause nicht mehr nutzbar war. Die ebenerdige Dusche flutete bei normaler Nutzung das komplette Bad, weil der Boden nicht ausreichend Gefälle zum Abfluss hat. Ich muss ehrlicherweise sagen, dass der Vermieter mir ein anderes Zimmer angeboten hat. Da ich nur zwei Nächte da war, habe ich das aber nicht wahrgenommen. Ich war vom Gesamtzustand des Apartments sehr enttäuscht.

We loved this place! It was remodeled, very clean and modern, at least in the apartment. The bistro area was a little dirty, but we didn't stay and eat there. What I loved about the place: how quiet and safe the area was; how easy check-in was. I was worried about how to check in since there is no front desk on site. But there is a screen that you check in on, and that issues your keys. We loved the sauna, with the amazing views; there was a nice fitness center on site too. Lidl was a 2- minute drive. Really perfect!

Rigtig godt og velfungerende hotel med virkelig gode senge, også til teenage-børn. Ikke bare en træls sovesofa. Vi undrede os dog over skiltet i elevatoren til rooftop pool på 4. Sal. Der var ingen ting, da vi kom op.

Très bel appartement dans un endroit très calme, parking privé de l'établissement couvert avec toutes les places à l'ombre, très confortable, très bonne literie, chambre très bien isolée phoniquement, stores électriques, idéal pour une famille de 4 personnes avec 2 chambres, 1 télévision par chambre, appareil à café, cuisine avec frigo et vaisselle, grand balcon/terrasse avec table et chaises, Très bon emplacement pour visiter la région, Bregenz à seulement 15 minutes en voiture, zoning commercial à 1 minute en voiture avec d'excellentes boulangeries pour prendre le petit déjeuner, Le seul défaut c'était la saleté du balcon/terrasse qui était catastrophique, ce qui est vraiment très dommage vu le potentiel du lieu

Struttura nuova, Check-in facile e veloce, contesto tranquillo e strategico. Supermercato a pochi passi. Ottima la qualità dei letti, bellissima la palestra e la, zona sauna. Abbiamo solo trovato il pavimento molto sporco rispetto al resto della camera che era pulitissima ed in ordine, come se si fossero proprio dimenticati di pulire per terra. Consiglio dotare le unità di scopa e mocio per tenere in ordine durante il soggiorno. Nel complesso siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti del rapporto qualità prezzo.

Leider war das Zimmer in keinem guten Zustand. Es war grundsätzlich sehr dreckig, die Dusche war extrem verkalkt und ist übergelaufen, der Wasserhahn im Bad ist fast auseinander gefallen, in Aschenbecher waren Zugarettenstummel von den Vormietern

Eigentlich große Zimmer und alles ziemlich modern, neu und ruhige Umgebung. Leider sehr, sehr dreckig: Mülltüten stehen auf dem Flur, Boden klebt, Oberflächen und Nachttische verdreckt und nicht abgewischt, Lichtschalter werden wohl nie gereinigt: Fingerabdrücke von früheren Gästen überall, Putzlappen liegt noch im Waschbecken. Sehr eklig, schade! Preis/Leistung passt hier überhaupt nicht. Wir kommen sicher nicht wieder.

Wir waren vor einem Jahr hier, als das Hotel noch relativ neu war. Ich habe noch nie ein Hotel gesehen, das innerhalb eines Jahres so heruntergekommen ist! Es ist dreckig, schmierig, ekelhaft…. Keine Empfehlung Bei Bedarf, sende ich gerne Photos

Enregistrement à l'arrivée et au départ sur borne HS Appart beau mais horriblement sale.. Sommes 4 pas assez de verres, de bols.. Douche moisie et lavabo idem ! Frigo écœurant ! Plaque de cuisson lamentable et la douchette cassée J'ai envoyé un message sur l'état de l'appartement pas de réponse ! En revanche pour signaler la non possibilité de s'enregistrer sur la borne nous avons pu échanger sur la messagerie

Unterkunft ist wirklich toll, aber dir Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Es wurde offensichtlich nicht gekehrt/gesaugt/gewischt...am Balkon hatten wir noch die Aschereste unserer Vormieter am Boden.

Super fedt koncept og lækre værelser! Ideelt til børnefamilier med et ekstra soveværelse, køkken og gåafstand til indkøb og restauranter. Vi oplevede dog at gulvet på vores værelse ikke var rent, mange store nullermænd, støv og lange sorte hår, hvilket især er ærgerligt med en baby der kravler. Herudover manglede vi virkelig en mikroovn. Men alt i alt god oplevelse og vi kunne godt finde på at booke hotellet igen.

Selfcheck-in am Tablet beim Eingang sehr kompliziert und aufwändig. Der erste Telefonsupporter war unhöflich und nicht willig zu Helfen. Die zweite Dame hat uns dann eingecheckt. Die Betten waren sauber, gut und bequem. Der Rest war sehr dreckig. Flecken an Wänden, Konfetti am Boden, Spülbecken verdreckt, dreckiges Besteck/Geschirr, keine Kehrichtsäcke im Eimer, keine Geschirrtücher. Lediglich 2 Badetücher für 4 Personen. Am Tag vor dem Check-out stand dann noch eine Angestellte ohne anzuklopfen im Zimmer und fragte, wann wir auschecken. Schade: So schöne Zimmer. Sehr schlechte Reinigung und schlechter Support.

Ein modernes Hotel, mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Eine Klimaanlage hat gefehlt! Dann wäre es perfekt. Bei offenen Fenster war es leider laut, abends hat der Nachbar in der ggü. liegenden Wohnung übertrieben laut telefoniert und morgens weckt der Hahn und später hatten wir die Lautstärke von den Bauarbeiten. Die Küche war sehr praktisch! Wir würden trotz der Lautstärke wieder kommen.
Ein modernes Hotel, mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Eine Klimaanlage hat gefehlt! Dann wäre es perfekt. Bei offenen Fenster war es leider laut, abends hat der Nachbar in der ggü. liegenden Wohnung übertrieben laut telefoniert und morgens weckt der Hahn und später hatten wir die Lautstärke von den Bauarbeiten. Die Küche war sehr praktisch! Wir würden trotz der Lautstärke wieder kommen.

Such a nice room! Seemed brand new, and they were still constructing other rooms. However, how do you not put A/C in such a nice, new place? It was 40°C that day, and no A//C. Luckily a brilliant thunderstorm went through and cooled it down enough to make it bearable. I had to go to the local hardware store and buy some fans, though. Great bed, nice location...

Veldig fin leilighet og god komfort. Enkel innsjekk og lett å finne frem. Siden det ikke var aircondition måtte vi ha vinduer åpne og det kom mye insekter inn i løpet av natten. Det lå en død fugl på verandaen da vi kom.

The apt is amazing. Bright and has two big comfortable beds. Kitchen is nice. Would be great to have an actual knife:-) Also spoons were a bit dirty, coffee machine doesn’t work. We tried but something wasn’t right. Maybe we just don’t know how to use it:-) And there is no dishwasher soap. The one we had is just for regular dishwashing.

Pros- beds were comfortable, it was quiet, full kitchen was great, self check-in went smoothly. Cons- some overlooked areas in cleaning- smears of something on walls and picture frames, a dirty cooking pot, etc. The main problem was the shower. While it looked very nice, it was poorly designed. All of the water ran to the end of the shower and out into the bathroom instead of to the drain. Even after a very short shower the water had flooded the bathroom almost to the door. We had to use all of the towels to mop and push the water back towards the shower, leaving us with no towels and no way to get more since there isn't a front desk or anyone to contact. Overall- it was a very nice place. Someone obviously put a lot of money into it, but some details need to be addressed before it can be great. There needs to be a way to contact someone in case if problems.

Appartement was nog redelijk nieuw en prachtig, maar erg basic ingericht. Geen kledingkast, geen garderobe, geen enkele haak om iets op te hangen. Slechts 1 pan (medium) om zelf te koken. Ons uitzicht was o.a. Een flatje aan de overzijde van een smalle straat. We konden bij overburen binnen kijken (en zij ook bij ons want er was geen vitrage, alleen grove luxaflex aan buitenzijde). Massage, welness en pool waren nog niet gereed; wel de fitness. Toen wij arriveerden werkte de contactloze check-in niet. Omdat er iemand voor ons was hebben we ongeveer een half uur buiten moeten wachten voordat we erin konden.

Didn’t work to get in the hotel: us and another family as well. Very difficult to find a phone contact. It took a long time to reach somebody to talk with that could open for us. Apartment not bad, but never again: check in must work and a phone number to communicate immediately available

Normal würd ich sagen Top Unterkunft, nur etwas gibt es zu sagen..das Housekeeping am Montag war alles andere als OK...seit wann kommt das Team abends um 18.30 Uhr? Simona macht eine super Arbeit und kaum ist sie nicht da, geht alles den Bach runter...diese Frau war unverschämt, frech und wollte nichts putzen wo ich gesagt habe...einfach unverschämt frech...ich bin schon länger Gast hier und das geht ja gar nicht

Leider hat der Check-in nicht funktioniert, dafür hat sich aber direkt jemand telefonisch drum gekümmert. Sauber war es nicht überall, im Nespresso Automat steckte noch die Kapsel. Auf dem Balkon lag noch Zigarettenasche auf dem Boden. Scharfe Messer gab es auch nicht. Sonst alles prima. Grüße, Gregor Maier

The room was great, but the check in process was awful. The machine did not have our reservation - And it wasn’t just us. It appeared to not work for anyone. We got in late and are from another country so when we couldn’t check in and couldn’t phone the service number, we don’t know what we were going to do. Luckily, another guest was able to call the service number and activate a room key card for us - But then they could not check in either! Vet stressful at the end of a long day :(

Unser Aufenthalt als Familie hat sehr gut funktioniert. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit den Räumlichkeiten (2 Zimmer, kleine Küche) sowie der Sauna. Lieder haben wir bei Abreise etwas vergessen, (sehr ungünstig bei kontaktlosem Check - in), dies wurde jedoch mit freundlichem Emailverkehr zügig gelöst.

Bin Dauergast hier seit 10 Monaten und fühl mich pudelwohl. Vorallem die super Extras wie Sauna, Fitness gibt's in Motels eher selten. Ein ganz riesiges Lob an Simona Housekeeping, flott, schaut wirklich für alle und alles, auch Extras kein Problem..eine wahre Perle !!!!

Check-in und Check-out gestalteten sich für uns leider recht kompliziert – hier wäre eine klarere Kommunikation im Vorfeld wünschenswert gewesen. Das Zimmer war grundsätzlich sauber, allerdings hätte der Boden gründlicher gereinigt werden können, und bei der Bettwäsche sollte verstärkt auf mögliche Motten geachtet werden. Positiv überrascht hat uns die Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals, als wir nach dem Check-out noch einmal ins Zimmer durften, da unsere Kinder etwas vergessen hatten. Selfcheck-in am Tablet beim Eingang sehr kompliziert und aufwändig. Der erste Telefonsupporter war unhöflich und nicht willig zu Helfen. Die zweite Dame hat uns dann eingecheckt. Die Betten waren sauber, gut und bequem. Der Rest war sehr dreckig. Flecken an Wänden, Konfetti am Boden, Spülbecken verdreckt, dreckiges Besteck/Geschirr, keine Kehrichtsäcke im Eimer, keine Geschirrtücher. Lediglich 2 Badetücher für 4 Personen. Am Tag vor dem Check-out stand dann noch eine Angestellte ohne anzuklopfen im Zimmer und fragte, wann wir auschecken. Schade: So schöne Zimmer. Sehr schlechte Reinigung und schlechter Support.

Das Aparthotel ist brandneu (teilweise noch nicht ganz beendet). Sehr gut gelegen und gut eingerichtet. Es gibt genügend Parkplätze, die Umgebung ist ruhig und es gibt ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ganz in der Nähe. Ausgezeichnet für einen kurzen oder auch längeren Aufenthalt. Die Anfahrt ist noch nicht beschriftet, deshalb etwas Geduld beim Finden ;-)

Fräsch och modern inredning. Familjerummen har två dubbelsängar som är jättesköna. Toppen med minikök och kyl/frys. Balkong eller uteplats med möbler mot en liten trädgård. Smidig incheckning i en automat. Stort gym i huset. Parkering under tak under huset. Nära och bra. Smidigt att komma till boendet från motorvägen med bil. Lidl och McDonalds i närheten. 15 min körning till Bergenz. Dåligt städat. Golven var inte rengjorda. Spindelväv i taken med fullt av andra djur. Det var lätt att få tag på kundservice via telefon och en trevlig man hjälpte oss att byta rum. Andra rummet vi tittade på såg likadant ut. Tredje var bättre. Vi träffade även managern som var trevlig och hjälpsam.

Die Unterkunft ist neu und bietet einen guten Standard, die Zimmer sind schön und geräumig, die Betten haben uns super gefallen, das Bad und die Dusche sind ausreichend groß. Leider sind einige Dinge, obwohl das Village neu ist, schon defekt (Stuhlbeine auf dem Balkon wackeln, Mischer am Wasserhahn ist ausgebrochen). Je nach Lage der Zimmer ist der Verkehr auch bis spät noch zu hören (am Wochenende ist in dieser Ecke wegen Cineplexx, McDo, Autobahn und Grenze zur Schweiz einiges los). Im großen und ganzen ist der Aufenthalt zu empfehlen, Preis/Leistung empfinde ich als sehr gut.

Angegeben war eine tägliche Zimmerreinigung, hat jedoch im Laufe meiner drei Übernachtungen nicht stattgefunden. Lage ist absolut zu empfehlen, Parkplatz direkt am Haus, Supermarkt in Fußweite.

We loved this place! It was remodeled, very clean and modern, at least in the apartment. The bistro area was a little dirty, but we didn't stay and eat there. What I loved about the place: how quiet and safe the area was; how easy check-in was. I was worried about how to check in since there is no front desk on site. But there is a screen that you check in on, and that issues your keys. We loved the sauna, with the amazing views; there was a nice fitness center on site too. Lidl was a 2- minute drive. Really perfect!

Such a nice room! Seemed brand new, and they were still constructing other rooms. However, how do you not put A/C in such a nice, new place? It was 40°C that day, and no A//C. Luckily a brilliant thunderstorm went through and cooled it down enough to make it bearable. I had to go to the local hardware store and buy some fans, though. Great bed, nice location...

Wir haben in dieser neuen Unterkunft ein paar Tage verbracht, um von Hohenems ins Skigebiet zu fahren. Die Lage ist dafür perfekt, weil sehr nah an der Autobahn. Die Unterkunft ist neu und teilweise noch nicht fertig (Wellness/Sauna waren noch nicht nutzbar), was uns aber nicht eingeschränkt hat. Das Gym ist mit hochwertigen Geräten ausgestattet. Die Unterkunft ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ein Kleiderschrank oder eine Kleiderstange im Appartement wäre gut gewesen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Leider war nicht alles so richtig sauber… Der kontaktlose Check In hat perfekt funktioniert, die Kontaktaufnahme im Notfall funktioniert auch. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt.

Très bel appartement dans un endroit très calme, parking privé de l'établissement couvert avec toutes les places à l'ombre, très confortable, très bonne literie, chambre très bien isolée phoniquement, stores électriques, idéal pour une famille de 4 personnes avec 2 chambres, 1 télévision par chambre, appareil à café, cuisine avec frigo et vaisselle, grand balcon/terrasse avec table et chaises, Très bon emplacement pour visiter la région, Bregenz à seulement 15 minutes en voiture, zoning commercial à 1 minute en voiture avec d'excellentes boulangeries pour prendre le petit déjeuner, Le seul défaut c'était la saleté du balcon/terrasse qui était catastrophique, ce qui est vraiment très dommage vu le potentiel du lieu

In der Nähe gibt es einige Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer, dies hat für 2 Erwachsene, 1 Teenager und ein Hund vollkommen ausgericht. Schön ist auch der Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheit.

Sehr unkompliziert zu buchen, neu renoviert und sauber. Die Küchenausstattung war extrem spärlich. In einem Apartment mit vier Schlafplätzen waren nur zwei Löffel und kein großer Topf. Angegeben war eine tägliche Zimmerreinigung, hat jedoch im Laufe meiner drei Übernachtungen nicht stattgefunden. Lage ist absolut zu empfehlen, Parkplatz direkt am Haus, Supermarkt in Fußweite.

We loved this place! It was remodeled, very clean and modern, at least in the apartment. The bistro area was a little dirty, but we didn't stay and eat there. What I loved about the place: how quiet and safe the area was; how easy check-in was. I was worried about how to check in since there is no front desk on site. But there is a screen that you check in on, and that issues your keys. We loved the sauna, with the amazing views; there was a nice fitness center on site too. Lidl was a 2- minute drive. Really perfect!

Wir haben in dieser neuen Unterkunft ein paar Tage verbracht, um von Hohenems ins Skigebiet zu fahren. Die Lage ist dafür perfekt, weil sehr nah an der Autobahn. Die Unterkunft ist neu und teilweise noch nicht fertig (Wellness/Sauna waren noch nicht nutzbar), was uns aber nicht eingeschränkt hat. Das Gym ist mit hochwertigen Geräten ausgestattet. Die Unterkunft ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ein Kleiderschrank oder eine Kleiderstange im Appartement wäre gut gewesen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Leider war nicht alles so richtig sauber… Der kontaktlose Check In hat perfekt funktioniert, die Kontaktaufnahme im Notfall funktioniert auch. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt.

Très bel appartement dans un endroit très calme, parking privé de l'établissement couvert avec toutes les places à l'ombre, très confortable, très bonne literie, chambre très bien isolée phoniquement, stores électriques, idéal pour une famille de 4 personnes avec 2 chambres, 1 télévision par chambre, appareil à café, cuisine avec frigo et vaisselle, grand balcon/terrasse avec table et chaises, Très bon emplacement pour visiter la région, Bregenz à seulement 15 minutes en voiture, zoning commercial à 1 minute en voiture avec d'excellentes boulangeries pour prendre le petit déjeuner, Le seul défaut c'était la saleté du balcon/terrasse qui était catastrophique, ce qui est vraiment très dommage vu le potentiel du lieu

Automat mit Süßkram und Softdrinks vorhanden. Kino, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke. Alles in allem hat es gepasst. Für nur schlafen würden wir wiederkommen.

Die Unterkunft ist neu, hat gute Parkmöglichkeiten und der Self Check In und Check Out sind einfach und perfekt. Das Appartement ist mit einer Küche ausgestattet. Leider gab es im Zimmer keinen Schrank oder Möglichkeiten Kleidung aufzuhängen. Auch die Reinigung der Zimmer könnte besser sein (Spinnenhäute).

The room was very spacious, and the location was excellent. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was extremely disappointing. It honestly felt like they only changed the bed linens and didn't clean anything else. The balcony was unusable because it was covered in old dirt and grime. The chairs and the kitchen table were so dirty that we couldn't use them. There were also dirty dishes left inside the dishwasher, and they smelled awful. It's a real shame because the apartment has great potential thanks to its size and location, but the lack of proper cleaning really affected our stay.

The room was great, but the check in process was awful. The machine did not have our reservation - And it wasn’t just us. It appeared to not work for anyone. We got in late and are from another country so when we couldn’t check in and couldn’t phone the service number, we don’t know what we were going to do. Luckily, another guest was able to call the service number and activate a room key card for us - But then they could not check in either! Vet stressful at the end of a long day :(
