2ngts in a one bedroom suite. Incredibly spacious. Large sofa bed in lounge area and fully equipped kitchen. Access to facilities at the Westin next door. Trails on tbe doorstep. Very nice stay

Big noisy fan outside our room, never shut off, hard to sleep. We complained, no compensation was offered. Beds were far too soft. No amenities, no gym, no pool. We were told we could go next door and pay to use their pool. We were paying Over 300$ a night! Also wanted money for their underground parking.

A beautiful resort however lacking in amenities and a total joke to be paying parking and for pool use! $47.00 for pool use what a joke? Should be included part of the hotel stay. Also include cutlery , dishes and bath robes in the room. Also when advertising contential breakfast have it available was minimal and have more than enough for the guests staying. Beautiful area but if you want to be in Victoria stay downtown!

We had a five night stay. We don’t expect our towels to be changed if we hang them up but we do expect some general housecleaning, but it was almost next to none. Bed got made but poorly done, the shower was never cleaned, and it had a very slow drain. Gross. Mirrors never wiped, toilet paper not restocked. Replaced towels daily. And one day no one came by.

Nice hotel at Bear Mountain Village. Little off the beaten path. Quiet and in a nice area. Large rooms with a kitchen. Clean and daily room service (though not a total clean-up of the room) Bad: 1st night we had no shampoo, soap or lotion in our room. for 2 nights of our stay, we had no water pressure in our room. No answer as to why.

Very nice place but their housekeeping staff need to be retrained they missed lots of things I’d expect they shouldn’t at this caliber of hotel. Front desk was amazing. Room was perfect. Area was nice. Great trails and classy neighborhood. Felt safe

This is our new favourite place to stay. It’s very clean, spacious and a great patio (pet room). Dining table and chairs need an update though. Chairs were worn down and table was wobbly. Day cleaning service needs to be a little more thorough. Overall, a great place to be to unwind. Thank you.

We enjoyed staying at Fairways. We stayed in a king suite and it was just as advertised. The only downfall of the property is that noise transfer is terrible in connecting rooms. We could hear our neighbours entire conversations, the beeps of the microwave and the opening and closing of doors, given that we were only there in the morning to get ready and the night to sleep it was fine but if you were spending any length of time there it might get very hard to listen to it all the time. If you are looking to be at a hotel that has easy access to walking places this not the hotel for you, however if you want quiet and serene you will enjoy it. It is quite high up Bear Mountain so lots of driving for sight seeing or going into Victoria but we didn’t mind that. It was nice to leave the busy city and come back to a quiet home base. All in all a great stay in a beautiful setting!

Hot water tap for the tub did not work, just spun around and did not open the valve. I told them that but they sent house keeping to to see if they could get it to work. Surprisingly it did not work. Next day I went back and then they were going to send maintenance when they arrived at 1, was the first stop they said. Never showed up and could not use the tub for the 5 day stay. No offer to change rooms or reduce rate.

The room was exceptional. The area is nice as well. Only cons was my shower didn’t work properly or drain and the air conditioning condense set exhaust right in your face if you were on your balcony.

We had the studio room on the first floor. Not much of a view from our patio as you are somewhat below ground level with a massive hedge directly in front. I suppose it’s to give you privacy. Would have liked to have been able to view more of the golf course as we are avid golfers but on this occasion we were not their go play golf we just wanted a different perspective of Victoria and the mountain does that for sure.

Definitely needs some updating. Small things you dont expect like chipped wood on the furniture, some kind of patching on the cupboards. The couch was super uncomfortable. The view was nice, it was fairly quiet, bed was comfy.

Everything was very nice. Clean, spacious room. Staff friendly. Just one small negative. We arrived one hour prior to check-in and was sent away. I do appreciate this policy but the hotel was almost empty and felt that was not necessary.

I booked this hotel for a work trip and was very satisfied with it. The location is great and was a beautiful drive in the morning and at night. It was a nice room to relax in and felt like I was on vacation after work (Don't tell my boss). The lady who checked me in was the most delightful person. It was a great laugh and really appreciated the connection after a long day.

This property doesn’t have much options when it comes to restaurants, coffee shops or even shops and you have to drive 10-15 minutes to get to Langford for that, that’s why I think the price is too high, but otherwise the property is beautiful!

Very nice hotel if your golfing ,but far from the centre of Victoria ,you really need a vehicle for this hotel ,there is one nice restaurant near by but every thing else is so far away. They charge for parking as well.

Located in a stunning area of Greater Victoria/Langford, on Bear Mountain. Very good reasonable restaurant/cafe Jacks across the road. Room was clean and comfortable. Additional parking charge was a surprise, as there is nowhere else to park other than in the underground. Add $10 additional per night to your rate. It is out of the way from downtown or the coastline, but worth the drive.

The drive up & down Bear Mountain is spectacular. The views overlooking Victoria & out to the ocean are breathtaking. Fairways on the Mountain is nestled amongst trees & rock & you feel as though you’ve entered a luxurious mountain resort while being less than an hour to the heart of Victoria harbour.

Weekend trip. Excellent restaurant next door and a great coffee/breakfast shop next door as well. Definitely at the top of the mountain with typical spring weather. Will definitely stay again

This hotel was very nice and very quiet. Located in a beautiful setting a few minutes out of Victoria. Staff was very accomodating. Our suite was very nice. Only thing that I think would be a great thing to add is a full continental breakfast as there is not much around this area for dining. Just one restaurant.

Wonderful room. Really comfortable bed. We had our family dog with us so really appreciated our Own little patio right outside ground floor room. Only negatives was black mould around the bottom of the shower and for such a high end inn, no food.

Beautiful setting. Close to golf. Comfortable room. Limited restaurants, only 2 nearby. Nice coffee and muffin in lobby in the morning. Description of “full kitchen” a bit embellished. Mis-matched silverware, ok knives, one soup ladle and one Teflon serving spoon, no measuring cups or measuring spoons, no pitcher, 4 small glasses, 2 coffee cups and 2 wine glasses. Not sure how you would cook or entertain with that.
