Don't stay here. The washer/dryer jammed on dry for 2 hours. I had to call maintenance to get my clothes. No hot water. The staff was polite. The living room and kitchen was nice.

Too expensive same apartment are way cheaper. And they charge you 2000 php (32 euro) if you stain one towel. Room completely empty no kitchen ware inside. If you wanna use the washing machine they charge you extra.

Sadly the shower didn’t have hot water and was slightly broken, we reported it but wasn’t really fixed. Location is decent and safe, pool was really good despite only getting 2 hours per day to use it

First off, they advertise they have a gym for use which is not true. It is only available to their long-term leases. The main reason I booked was because of the pictures and the advertisement for a gym. The spa is not available either. So I was not happy right away when I found this out at check in. The room was dirty, dated with ripped sheets and stained towels. No pots or pans for the kitchenette so I guess you’re supposed to bring your own. Comfortable bed and they had a washer in the unit so I could do laundry were the only saving graces. I didn’t even bother to check out the pool, I just went to the Hyatt down the street where my friends were staying and used their pool and gym. Very disappointing stay.

Don’t stay in this property is my advice… one of the worst properties I have ever stayed in and I travel regularly and only write a negative comment when deserved… I stayed at Savoy hotel Down the road a week later and that was excellent and highly recommended. Not the C Suites…

Cockroaches and ants in the room. Toilet didn’t work. Washing machine didn’t work. Water from shower was brown. WiFi was intermittent and incredibly slow. Cellular service in the rooms is equally poor on globe or smart networks. Highly suggest avoiding at all costs. Feels like a slum on Newtown Blvd. Surprised I didn’t get bed bugs.

I really like the area that the hotel is located. It appeared to be more Korean in spire restaurants near there so if you’re looking for that sale of food and opportunities to try while in Lapu-Lapu highly recommend. I did not know when booking that it’s going to be more of apartment style which I really really enjoyed. The showerhead does come with a filter. I would book again.

On the other hand, it felt a bit like the apartment was trying to be more luxurious than it was, but the cabinet doors were loose, the shower had no pressure and the kitchen utensils were worn. Everything was good. the person responsible for giving us the beach voucher was rude, unprofessional and argumentative towards me my wife the lady from Csuites refused us a pass ruined the entire stay. I would never stay in the hotel again and next time I'll go to Savoy. They should not have someone with such low intelligence talking to anyone about anything get him a helmet and keep idiots from behind the counter.

It was ok, but my fault for not checking on in house restaurant for breakfast or bar. None of this is provided or offered. Luckily there are nearby restaurants and bars at other hotels. Family oriented

We lived well and liked the view and the apartment. On the other hand, it felt a bit like the apartment was trying to be more luxurious than it was, but the cabinet doors were loose, the shower had no pressure and the kitchen utensils were worn. But with that said, we could imagine staying here again

Laundry was extra per day, not mentioned in the listing. A big disappointment for Mactan Newtown, but not a lit worse than Savoy or Mercure.
