Tucked away in a very handsome courtyard this hotel is fabulous a towel to refresh as you enter, rooms with kettles and coffee machines a fridge leaving they gave us a goodby bag with snacks for the onward journey. Brilliant. The only downside is if you have a room on the Main Street it is noisy in the mornings

This was a wonderful hotel, with every detail thought through, from the amenities (slippers, robes, razors, etc.) to the candy jars at check-in from which we could serve ourselves to the goodie bag at checkout. I loved the hotel and the staff were very helpful, even with suggestions on where to run. The only things to keep in mind are logistical (and beyond the control of the hotel): 1) it's in the city center and taxis can't go there, so you'll have to walk at least part of the way (at least, that was my experience); and 2) Google Maps does not seem to have a good sense of where the hotel is, so it took me a roundabout way there and then told me to go back and retrace my steps when I was practically in front of the hotel. But I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Room was nicely set up and, again, really just lovely.

Nous avons passé une à l'hôtel "The Collector". Il est situé dans une zone piétonne et ne peut pas être rejoint en voiture. Toutefois la réception propose plusieurs parkings situés à quelques minutes à pied. Le personnel est accueillant et efficace. L'hôtel et les chambres sont décorés avec goût. Elles sont toutefois petites et il manque un emplacement pour ouvrir une valise.

Nice cozy entrance and lobby, I liked that there is an elevator rooms are good. I love the hairdryer in the room. It was of very good quality. The staff was very nice and helpfull. Overall a great place to stay when visiting the hague. Only thing is I would not recommend bringing a car. It’s very close to tram 17 and it will save you alot in parking costs.

Outstanding in every way !! From the second you arrive till when you leave you are made to feel special and appreciated. Lots and lots of different things that I’ve never seen in any hotel; candy jars at reception, snacks and beverages, unique toilettry items (even a shaving set). So clean ! Location is right in the middle of everything. Parking is down the block and you cannot unload your luggage at the door. But once you enter the hotel you forget the schlep with the bags and you’re transported to ‘vacation’. Wonderful wonderful hotel ! And very strong wifi.

Great location and nice mid century pieces. Lovely touches from the hot towels on arrival to the bikes to the nice shower products. Great shower. The bar has nice atmosphere and breakfast was v popular. Large windows that I think open. We even got a little snack bag on check-out.

Très bel emplacement pour marcher; cependant, pas de stationnement et situé dans une zone piétonnière, alors ’enfer garer l’auto et se déplacer avec les valises dans la rue pavée. La chambre est minuscule, à peine la place pour circuler. Pas beaucoup d’amenities. La salle de bains était très propre, mais avait un odeur d’humidité désagréable. Le déjeuner très bon.

Kamer was heel schoon, douchekop had aardig wat kalkaanslag en de handdouche zat los. Je krijgt een leuke goodiebag als je uitcheckt. Ontbijt was goed, je kan pancakes, frenchtoast en omelet bestellen.

Beds weren't very comfortable compared to other hotels and they also provided the world's largest pillow, which was useless for sleeping. However, aside from those minor details, the hotel, staff, and location were amazing.

Lovely hotel - I try to stay here if I’m in The Hague. The standard rooms are a bit small though well designed. If you can spring for a superior room/ a larger room, I would. Great location in the centre of town.

This is the most horrible experience we had from all those hotels we stayed! The had to change rooms 3 times, and the first one was at 1pm because the drain was block and water all over the place. We’ve been told someone will come to fix the next morning but unfortunately no one came! They called us in the middle of the day and ask if we can go back to pack in order to save the room to another customer (so we can also move to the same size room as we booked.) it’s rediculous and how can they sell the room before they fix the pipe/drain? And the manager kept saying that they couldn’t sell the room cuz we couldn’t come back to move during the day. No sincere apologies, no compensation as they promised!

It’s unfortunate that the person in the morning during breakfast had an attitude. It was a wonderful hotel until I had an encounter with this sour person. He came across very rude, stuck up, and not helpful. Because of this I would not recommend. So unfortunate

I was charged €12.50 per night for a baby cot and €40 per night for an extra bed for my three-year-old, which I find excessive. I have never stayed in a hotel that charges for a baby cot. Additionally, the hotel emailed me a total price that included breakfast, but this price was not honoured, despite it being their error. It’s also worth noting that the hotel does not disclose the additional charges for extra beds until the day before check-in, leaving no opportunity to cancel the booking and find more suitable accommodation at a reasonable price.

We stayed here for four nights and loved it. Great location and the staff were very helpful, polite and smiling. About 15 minutes walk from Den Haag Centraal, located in a quiet courtyard with a food hall across the hotel. It is in the city center near the shops, museums and some very nice restaurants. We had a lovely room on the 3rd floor overlooking the courtyard very tastefully decorated. The bar served a wide variety of cocktails, perfect for people watching and a night cap, we will definitely stay here again.

Fijn hotel in hartje centrum. Ik heb hier eerder verbleven en dat is me goed bevallen, ook dit keer. Nabij OV, winkels en musea. Het kaartje en kokoskoekjes op de kamer vond ik erg leuk om te krijgen, evenals de goodie bag bij het uitchecken (ik had geen ontbijt gekozen wegens tijdsgebrek). Aanrader!

Ik vond de overnachting erg goed, de kamertemperatuur was goed te regelen naar eigen behoefte. Wat ik iets minder vond was dat het ontbijt erg beperkt was in keuzes. Verder zal ik zeker nog een keer een keer een overnachting overwegen. De inrichting en design van de kamer was erg en uniek.

The hotel was beautifully decorated and designed with beautiful art pieces. In the middle of Den Haag. Close to het Mauritshuis and the Binnenhof. Lovely restaurants all around. We stayed Friday and Saturday night so it was a bit noisy around 10 and 11 but no troubles falling asleep. Breakfast was so delicious, with omelettes eggs or French toast and a large buffet. Coffee, tea any kind. It was an incredible experience and we could not have had better service. Thank you!

The hotel was nice and the staff were all great. It's right in the city center so shopping areas are right around the corner, and the tram is only a few minutes walk from the hotel. The breakfast they serve was quite good, just make sure you buy breakfast when you book the hotel or at least the day before. It's cheaper to do it ahead of time rather than the morning of.
