The deck was huge and awesome!!! Need fans in each bedroom as the apartment was very hot and open windows and doors were not sufficient. Fridge door did not stay properly shut. The 3 bedroom apartment was great. Lots of room

The apartment is located at an excellent location, center of all activities of Svolvaer, great view. We have the two bedrooms and two baths apartment which is very comfortable for two people. Kitchenette has very basic stuff but not for the serious cooking. There is no air-conditioning in the apartment. Due to many windows of the apartment, so summer time the rooms are very warm. We asked for a electrical fan, staff responded very quick but only providing one small fan which is not enough to get rid of heat for one room. Asking for a big electrical fan of summer time visit is a must.

We did not receive check-in details. We had to ask a waiter in the adjoining restaurant for help. The info about the place said the front desk was available from 8am to 9pm - there is no front desk. The info also said luggage storage was available - it was not. The restaurant allowed us to store our luggage under its open stairway. The kitchen was poorly equipped - 2 pots, no skillet. We were informed that a standard breakfast couldn' t be provided just the day of arrival when all shops and almost all restaurants were closed due to public holidays. We got a completely inadequate compensation for breakfast for 4 people for 2 days. Moreover, machine grinding of the floors took place in the building from morning to evening every day throughout our stay. Surprisingly, the operator did not close the the hotel and charged full price during such a reconstruction. The reception was closed

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold her. På grunn av covid-19 var ikke frokostsalen åpen, men det gjorde ingenting- verten dukket opp på døra med en kurv fylt med mat. Rommene var moderne og rene, med sjøutsikt. Kommer garantert tilbake hit!

The Nordis Apartments were a fantastic place to start our Lofoten vacation. You are in the heart of Svolvaer and right on the water with amazing views and people watching. The weather cooperated and we were able to enjoy some challenging hikes nearby!

We used the Nordis Apts as a jumping off point for a Backroads hiking trip with 2 of our adult kids. There was a living room that was comfortable as well as two bedrooms. It was perfect for our needs and we wouldn’t hesitate to use it again. Very preferable to staying in a hotel when traveling with family.

They gave us an AirBNB which was huge and comfortable, what we did not understand was, why breakfast had to be delivered in the evening instead of the usual buffet, meaning we did not have a choice on what to eat in the morning. The front desk man we felt did not want to talk to us, instead he spoke thru a restaurant worker to relay our concern, and he was just a couple of meters from us... We did not feel welcome

We had one night in rainy Svolvær so we didn't have much time to really hang at Nordis but the rooms are massive and the hotel is modern and surrounded by dining options. We first got to the room that has a large living, dining and kitchen and noticed there was another locked room. At first we thought it shared the other living space with ours but asked the front desk and they informed us that it's empty and used when there are larger parties. If we were there longer it would have been great to use all of the room but we were in and out. The breakfast is wonderful and the staff was lovely. Recommend!

The unit is excellent and deserves 10/10. Very clean, very spacy, overlooking beautiful Svolvaer harbor. However, service was terrible. When we arrived at the property, no reception was available. We asked for help at Nordis Restaurant. A good man there contacted Nordis Apartments and gave us a key. Until now, we received an email from Nordis Apartments to use KEYCODE to enter the unit. But there was NO KEYCODE. We used the key to enter the unit. So overall rating is 5/10 while property is 10/10. If the Apartments management improves the service, Nordis shall receive overall excellent rating 10/10.

Vi hadde et kjempefint opphold, og kan anbefale Nordis suites på det varmeste. Litt mangelfullt utstyrt på kjøkkenet ved ankomst, men det ordnet seg fort ved kontakt med personalet. Dette skyldes nok også sesongoppstart etter en rolig periode. Frokost stod ferdig i kjøleskapet, og personalet som betjente både restauranten og tok i mot oss var svært hyggelige og imøtekommende!!
Vi hadde et kjempefint opphold, og kan anbefale Nordis suites på det varmeste. Litt mangelfullt utstyrt på kjøkkenet ved ankomst, men det ordnet seg fort ved kontakt med personalet. Dette skyldes nok også sesongoppstart etter en rolig periode. Frokost stod ferdig i kjøleskapet, og personalet som betjente både restauranten og tok i mot oss var svært hyggelige og imøtekommende!!

They gave us an AirBNB which was huge and comfortable, what we did not understand was, why breakfast had to be delivered in the evening instead of the usual buffet, meaning we did not have a choice on what to eat in the morning. The front desk man we felt did not want to talk to us, instead he spoke thru a restaurant worker to relay our concern, and he was just a couple of meters from us... We did not feel welcome

Nydelig opphold, manglet vesentlig kjøkkenutstyr for et opphold med frokosten var utav det minimale. Fikset frokost selv, da svett/hard ost, tørre brødskiver og vassene tomater og agurker ikke fristet mye.

Vennetur med 11 personer i 2 leiligheter med 3 rom med eget bad pr leilighet. Flotte leiligheter. Litt skuffende at det ble opplyst at vi ikke kunne kjøpe frokost, når det allikevel var mulig i restauranten. Spiste frokost på Thon hotell i stedet.

We had one night in rainy Svolvær so we didn't have much time to really hang at Nordis but the rooms are massive and the hotel is modern and surrounded by dining options. We first got to the room that has a large living, dining and kitchen and noticed there was another locked room. At first we thought it shared the other living space with ours but asked the front desk and they informed us that it's empty and used when there are larger parties. If we were there longer it would have been great to use all of the room but we were in and out. The breakfast is wonderful and the staff was lovely. Recommend!

Vi hadde et kjempefint opphold, og kan anbefale Nordis suites på det varmeste. Litt mangelfullt utstyrt på kjøkkenet ved ankomst, men det ordnet seg fort ved kontakt med personalet. Dette skyldes nok også sesongoppstart etter en rolig periode. Frokost stod ferdig i kjøleskapet, og personalet som betjente både restauranten og tok i mot oss var svært hyggelige og imøtekommende!!

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold her. På grunn av covid-19 var ikke frokostsalen åpen, men det gjorde ingenting- verten dukket opp på døra med en kurv fylt med mat. Rommene var moderne og rene, med sjøutsikt. Kommer garantert tilbake hit!

We were informed that a standard breakfast couldn' t be provided just the day of arrival when all shops and almost all restaurants were closed due to public holidays. We got a completely inadequate compensation for breakfast for 4 people for 2 days. Moreover, machine grinding of the floors took place in the building from morning to evening every day throughout our stay. Surprisingly, the operator did not close the the hotel and charged full price during such a reconstruction. The reception was closed

We used the Nordis Apts as a jumping off point for a Backroads hiking trip with 2 of our adult kids. There was a living room that was comfortable as well as two bedrooms. It was perfect for our needs and we wouldn’t hesitate to use it again. Very preferable to staying in a hotel when traveling with family.
