立地は良く、メトロの駅、バス停も近く便利です。 アプリでのチェックインからデジタルキーの受け取り、入室は大変スムーズで大満足です。 施設はプライバシーが保護されたホステルです。 スタッフの皆様が衛生的に保つよう清掃して下さっていますか、それには限界があり、設備投資が必要な部分がたくさん見受けられました。 例えばシャワールームのホースからの水漏れ、排水が悪いシャワーブースなど。 経営者の方は、スタッフの皆さんの努力に応える、投資をすべきです。

Great concept and location. It has a shared kitchen and rooftop area. However, the corridors did smell, especially in the 100 room areas. Maybe it was another guest but it was noticeable. Perhaps instal a plug in air freshener or something to make the air smell fresh. It’s reasonably priced for Singapore. Considering staying here again for my next trip to Singapore.

A really good place to stay if you are solo-travelling. The facilities are very much like in a hotel, and the shared bath and toilet are in a very good condition, clean and it was not crowded at all during my stay. The showers are gender-segregated, and i liked that there are both common toilets, but also ones that are in a women-shower rooms. A big plus is Dyson hairdryers, I really liked it! The kitchen areas was fine, but the coffee machines made very bad coffee:( There is self check-in, but the staf is there to help you. The hotel is in a very good area, a lot of good food options around! Overall, a very good experience and worth the money, I really recommend it!

It is an amazing hotel and I have stayed there many times. I noticed that the windows for the bathrooms on 3rd floor are sealed so it can be stuffy if hot water is used.

Great location, the room is small but okay. Check in and out goes smooth. Slight let down for me personally is that the woman showers are quiet dark and the steps to get in the bunk bed are not as convenient. But overall enjoyed my stay.

Really enjoyed this property. Everything was spotless and clean. Room was small so as long as ur not planning on spending too much time in the room, it’s fine. Bathrooms and showers were also very clean and never had to wait in line to use one. Nice looking bar on the rooftop, didn’t try anything there but it’s worth a look

The location is super convenient. Close to MRT, Close to the street, where you can have good restaurants and pub! One more! I suppose it’s self service. I’m lucky that the staff help me a lots! The only point should be noticed is the slippery floor of the shared bathroom.

The rail to climb up the bunk in the single pod rooms were broke in multiple rooms. General mould and no deep clean looked like it had been done in a while. General bathrooms etc were tidy and clean but just the building itself was tired.

The hotel location was convenient, surrounding of eatery options, and 4-5 mins walk to train station or bus stop. Overall stay was good, just a bit surprised that they don't provide toothbrush & toothpaste, the cleanliness to be improved, hairs on the floor when i checked-in the room. Also, the fabric blind at shower area just half length from the ceiling, i don't get it why not go for full length blinds to prevent the shower water splash and wet the WC >.<

Stayed in solo room. Air circulation is not great and because of the layout you can tell it is hard to clean the room well. More dust than expecting but comfortable space and private. Affordable and great alternative for solo travellers not wanting to stay in hostels

I stay here almost every month for business trip. I like this place because the 2nd floor is generally quiet and safe. since the past 3 trips, I noticed visible black mold I think? stuck in the grout lines of the shower room floors that came off when I blew water on the floor... obviously no brushing done for many months. Kindly of disturbing. Room is generally clean, no complains

Staff are helpful and friendly, and the room and shared amenities, such as the toilet, are clean. The location is also near many dining places, such as 2 food centers to try out local delights and multiple Michelin-starred restaurants. Also, a 5-minute to 10-minute walk to a train station, which can take you all over Singapore.

The shared toiletts were Not so clean and a Little Bit run down. The windows are really thin, when I entered the room for the First time I thought the are open. The hotel is Not far away from a couple of MRT stations and there is a hawker Center Nest by.

Der Check-in hat gut funktioniert und das Zimmer war wie beschrieben. Negativ war, dass das ganze Bettzeug leicht feucht und das Kissen zu dick und hart war. Zudem waren die Gemeinschaftstoiletten nicht wirklich sauber.

Perfect location, I had a private room, super clean and cosy. It’s a contactless check in, which I hate. You have to download an app and find your booking reference, which after a whole day travelling and a phone at almost full storage is incredibly infuriating. Your phone is also your key so you need to make sure your phone is always charged. Just bring back the standard way of checking in and giving a normal key card! There was also construction right outside the room I was not told about, the windows were quite thin so I could hear all of it unfortunately. I’d also recommend providing a washing machine and tumble dryers. Other than that, I did really like this stay.

I loved this stay and would highly reccomend it to anyone looking to stay a night in Singapore, particularly solo travelers. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfy, I genuinely felt like I was back home in my own bed. The check in process was really simple and it was nice to see a member of staff at the desk to welcome everyone despite it being an online check in. The bathrooms were clean and the shower was absolutely brilliant - after a few nights before my stay here of not so great showers the one here helped me feel genuinely clean. My only issue was that my room did not have a hair dryer and I was too late to request one as staff had gone home. The location was also great with lots of Korean/Japanese restaurants nearby which opened late

3泊しました。部屋は最小限の大きさで、隣の部屋のTVや会話が聞こえます。快適に暮らすにはいろいろと工夫が必要です。共用のバスルーム内にはフックが一つあるだけなのでバスタオルや着替えを濡らさずにシャワーを浴びるが難しかったです。ビーチサンダルや着替えを入れておく袋、足を拭くためのタオルがあると便利。部屋のカギはスマホのアプリ経由で解錠します。開けるときも閉めるときも大きなビープ音がします。個室内にトイレはないので誰かが夜中にトイレに行けば一緒に起きることになります。静かさを求める人にはお勧めしません。MRTの駅やバス停までは微妙に距離があります。シェアサイクルの駐輪場が近くにあるのでお天気が良ければ便利に使えます。

Located in a trendy part of singapore and easily accessible by public transport and plenty of amenities and attractions, but that means to expect rowdiness and the bar noises are licensed to operate until midnight, followed by construction noise the next morning at 8am. Clean premise but maintenance could be improved - visible wear and tear in the sink and corners of the rooms/bath. As a petite human, it was already very tiny (especially bathroom) so recommended for solo travellers. Bed was cosy and comfortable but the a/c was kinda warm even at the lowest setting. Corridor was much cooler than the room itself. Lighting design/mapping could be better! A lot of unnecessary, inappropriate lights or switch toggles that arent intuitive but thats a story for another time as it is still functional overall. Private cabins may have top bunks so remember to request for lower bunks if climbing into bed is a problem for you! Staff was very helpful via whatsapp and in-person but i guess they cant help with the noise and provisions within the compound. App use for check in and key use was a bit buggy and ill-explained/non-intuitive - crashes and digital key doesnt open the doors as easily or seamlessly, although pre-registration was convenient here. The original design is excellent. But it needs maintenance. The facilites is bit wore down and the phone lock (open the door by ur phone) is TERRIBLE. Somehow that u go for a shower, u have to be careful that u dont wet ur phone. And after I restarted my phone. The phone key is gone. I need to do the check in all over again and the worst part is. When u typed a back date (because u have in fact checked in) The system doesnt accept it. It is kinda stupid for me. 👎

Have to seperate between two things: 1st the stay itself: Didnt expect too much as its a low level budget hostel. So it was ok. Could sleep most of the night, as long as everyone in the hostel kept quiet (could hear every sound as the walls are super thin). The rooms are super tiny but thats ok. The floor is clean. The rest wasnt. The towels smell terrible, the room was smelly as well. You have to share the bathroom not only with the whole floor, but also with the local restaurant. The shower is in the same place with the toilets. Additional the shower was somewhat broken, so that the water couldnt run off properly. So i was standing in a mixture of shower and toilet water. not very pleasant. 2nd The service. It was my last day in Singapore. Tbh I didnt see that their check in time is at 15.00. I arrived with my whole luggage at 13.00, nobody was there. I installed the required check in app and followed the steps. However, an early check in wasnt possible. Once in 30 min a young lady showed up (apparently staff member. but didnt offer any help). At 14.00 we were already 4 people waiting in the lobby when she came and checked in the chinese couple that came last. However she didnt even bother looking at us other. So basically 0 staff that cared about us others. Spending more than 2h in a hotel lobby on my last day was not really what i was expecting when i booked that place. Plus "low budget" is still very expensive. But thats Singapore standard.

Cleaner started doing room cleaning in the block early in the morning which is kind of annoying. The noise level is unbearable and unpleasant experience during the stay. Would suggest the hotel to standardlise the cleaning hours.

The location is absolutely perfect—right on the MRT line to the airport and within walking distance of the city’s most interesting sites. I highly recommend checking out the Urbanist House nearby, where a short 3-minute show provides a fascinating insight into the city's challenges and successes. However, there was a small issue with my booking. Despite being computer literate, I did not receive the proper booking ID, and I am unsure whether this was due to Hotels.com or the hotel itself. Thankfully, the hotel provided a quick response via WhatsApp, and the issue was resolved in minutes—great customer service! For a short stay (like my two-night visit), the compact, windowless room was fine, but I’m not sure I would spend an entire week in such a small space. Overall, a fantastic location and great service, with just a minor booking hiccup.

The location is super convenient. Close to MRT, Close to the street, where you can have good restaurants and pub! One more! I suppose it’s self service. I’m lucky that the staff help me a lots! The only point should be noticed is the slippery floor of the shared bathroom.

Last minute addition to the trip. Would have preferred a room with my own bathroom as getting up in the night and having to take my phone was a bit tiresome. Small but functional room. Comfy bed. Sadly they will not let you check in before 3pm

Service was very good, field staff and online staff were efficient and easy to deal with. Location is excellent. The room is not very well maintained, there are stains on the desks, in the steps to climb to the bed, the lead of the toilet broken, molds in the shower. Very noisy, there is a restaurant across the street open 24hours they leave their music on outside until 1am. 5am starts the bip bip from trucks dropping off / picking up workers, delivering goods to the restaurants around.

Great concept and location. It has a shared kitchen and rooftop area. However, the corridors did smell, especially in the 100 room areas. Maybe it was another guest but it was noticeable. Perhaps instal a plug in air freshener or something to make the air smell fresh. It’s reasonably priced for Singapore. Considering staying here again for my next trip to Singapore.

A really good place to stay if you are solo-travelling. The facilities are very much like in a hotel, and the shared bath and toilet are in a very good condition, clean and it was not crowded at all during my stay. The showers are gender-segregated, and i liked that there are both common toilets, but also ones that are in a women-shower rooms. A big plus is Dyson hairdryers, I really liked it! The kitchen areas was fine, but the coffee machines made very bad coffee:( There is self check-in, but the staf is there to help you. The hotel is in a very good area, a lot of good food options around! Overall, a very good experience and worth the money, I really recommend it!

Really good for solo travelers if you're looking for a single room. The pantry is great and well stocked with plates and pots, and the place is a 5 min walk from a 24-hr supermarket with everything stocked. Would recommend male travelers to stay on the 3/F and female travelers to stay on the 2/F because that is where the showers are, even though the bathrooms on each floor are unisex. Noisy outside on Saturday nights (not sure about Friday nights) because quite a few people go to that area to party at that hour. Otherwise would highly recommend!

Really enjoyed this property. Everything was spotless and clean. Room was small so as long as ur not planning on spending too much time in the room, it’s fine. Bathrooms and showers were also very clean and never had to wait in line to use one. Nice looking bar on the rooftop, didn’t try anything there but it’s worth a look

Just dusty, but a part that, it's a good option for the Singapore area. I choosed the private bathroom and it was ok. Nice large bed Not suitable for people that doesn't like to climb to go to bed. Quite quiet even if the area is busy with night clubs
