The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly. The pool area was not really clean (floor appeared dirty) and there were limited restaurant options. The free breakfast in the morning was wonderful - lots of seating and fresh food. Overall, I’d stay here again with the kids. A bit of a drive from downtown, but good proximity to the airport.

Our room was very clean and quiet! Easy check in with cookie’s and coffee to great you! Very friendly staff! Breakfast was excellent! Eggs, sausages, hash browns as well as cereal, juice, waffles.. the list goes on. Definitely worth it!

Front desk cannot provide invoice or how much I paid for the room due to booking through Expedia but the next hotel we stayed manage to provide when ask. Fdesk was alone during peak time of checking out - feel sorry for her. I work with hskp for 28yrs. Our room was spotless n ‘no hair’.

Nice rooms, comfortable beds, nice showers, but room quite dark during the day. Not much for view. Facing street view. Didn’t care for their choice of the cutlery in the breakfast buffets (disposable wooden) but the continental breakfasts were wonderful with lots of selection Front desk staff (Diane) very friendly and accommodating.

At check in as per hotel policy i request for shuttle service for 11am next day i was told by Ryan i didn’t need to. I approached another employee at the counter after Ryan left and she it needs to be scheduled and she did it for me. Seems like some team members know the policies of the hotel.

This is an exceptional place to stay. No details have been missed. Fantastic staff, well appointed rooms. Great breakfast. Staff went out of their way to take care of any requests with a genuine smile. The service here is on another level, I have stayed in hotels at twice the cost and none have matched the service we received here.

I saw that Kelowna did have some higher crime rates, so l wanted to stay in a place that appeared to be exceptionally respectable. This safe hotel got great ratings, and while it was expensive, I had an outstanding stay. There was plenty of free parking on this property. There was a shuttle for the adjacent airport, but it had no impact on me. This hotel had an elevator, there were six (6) stories, and I really enjoyed my usages of the heated pool and of the hot tub. This gym had some weight machines, some free weights, and some cardio machines, and I really enjoyed my usages of them. This hotel had an amazing breakfast, and it included: omelettes, potatoes, English muffins, waffles, bagels, breads, cereals, muffins, fruits, and an assortment of beverages. My room was very clean and it was well-decorated, and it had: a television set, a desk with a chair, a couch, a safe, a big bed, some night tables, a toilet, a hot-water shower, and a sink. This room had heat and air-conditioning, and the Wi-Fi worked very well. While this hotel appeared to be very busy, it was also quite quiet. The staff was friendly and accommodating. It probably took me about fifteen (15) minutes to get to downtown Kelowna and to the vineyards. Also, this hotel had many restaurants, gasoline stations, and stores right next to it, but I never used any of them.

A very clean hotel with ready access to restaurant facilities in the associated Sheridan hotel next door. You will be choosing this hotel for its proximity to the airport and its excellent shuttle service to/from the airport, so don’t expect a lot of nearby walkable attractions.

Good that it is close to the airport. Probably the district is still fairly new and the bus service may not be too convenient. I would say it takes time to further develop. Overall the hotel and the places nearby provide a comfortable environment.

Very nice hotel one complaint, the “hot breakfast” was not celiac friendly. The eggs were the only thing I could have. Neither the sausage or hashbrowns were safe. ( Kudos to the lady that knew)

Room was clean and comfortable, staff was friendly. Did like the added touch of the breakfast bag to go though for us leaving early for the airport. Would suggest though having the water separate so that we can grab IF we want it. Since we go through security at the airport right away, we didn't have a chance to drink the water and it had to be thrown away.

We thought it would be nicer for the price. The coffee was terrible, worst I've ever had. One counter staff was very nice after the other just ignored us. The stale bagel was not an acceptable breakfast. Though handy to the airport, I would not stay here again, I would pay the extra $10 to stay in the neighboring hotel.

Everything was great. They even had bag breakfast to go. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The entire property was very clean. We had a connecting flight to Cabo and the location to the airport was great. Definitely try the Gulfstream restaurant. It is very good.
