TownePlace Suites was the perfect place to stop during our travels. Excellent value. Nice studio room, large bathroom and very quiet location. Pet friendly, there were plenty of nice grassy areas outside with dog stations to dispose of any waste. Will be staying here again for sure!

The room is wonderful. Full size fridge; kitchenette; spacious; clean, quiet & modern decor. The property is perfect. 24 hour fitness room; fire pit & outdoor grill. Breakfast is great for hotel breakfast. The bed & bedding were extremely comfortable. My only recommendation would be to do something with the flashing light from the smoke alarm-it is very aggressive; bring a sleep mask. Would absolutely stay again. Thank you.

Great hotel for the family. The room size and layout is fantastic! The location right off the interstate was a bit questionable but the room was lovely. Really nice breakfast offered in a nice lobby area. The pool was great but water was actually too warm. Gym was small and elliptical was stuck in an incline position but it was clean.

This is a beautiful new hotel! The room was wonderful! Well equipped with dishes, dishwasher, hot plate cook too, microwave, pots and pans etc. The pool area was wonderful. We used the hot tub and it was great. Breakfast was very good!

This property is only two years old and in excellent condition. The rooms are nicely laid out and the beds and bed linens are excellent- I loved the brightly lit parking area and the availability of grassy areas for walking dogs and trash cans and poop bag stations for disposing of poop from dogs- This hotel is near I-40 but at the back of the area off the frontage road so not so hectic noise or traffic-wise

The room was great, clean and comfortable. The pool area however, be careful! When we first walked into the pool area we slipped several times each. The tile is way to slick for a water area. Then, while swimming with my daughters, as soon as a guest walked in, slipped and fell, got a really bad cut and was bleeding all over the floor.

The room was very spacious and nice, especially for the price. Staff was friendly. Pool and hot tub were nice. The outdoor seating area was nice with the fire pit and grills. Only complaint was the front of the building faces a sketchy looking hotel, but we didn’t see anyone sketchy looking.

Booked this reservation on a road trip with my family. At 11 pm got a message saying they have no rooms and had no way of contacting me (despite providing my phone number). This place was so clean to the point that it was sparkling. The cleaning staff doesnt mess around. The check in was smooth and friendly. You can tell they *actually* clean because it smells CLEAN. Highly recommend for families!

The receptionist was great and very welcoming. However, we could not adjust the AC/Heat and the receptionist did not know how and there was no one else on duty or available. The bathroom water took a long time to get hot. There was no "to-go" cups in the room. Since we were leaving earlier than breakfast (5:00am) and we didn't want to have to get cups dirty, we would have liked to have something to take our coffee with us in the morning. Pillows were uncomfortable. We have enjoyed our previous stay with this hotel chain and likely will in the future also, yet, this was not the most confortable stay.

They put us on the first floor right on the parking lot, and Cars and Trucks arriving and leaving all night long. So, we could not sleep. that was terrible since we were traveling from Denver - CO to Austin - TX, and we were really looking for a good night of sleep.

Great response when we needed maintenance to stop a squeaky bathroom door. He was onsite even though it was around 9:30 pm. Staff at the front desk welcomed us as soon as we walked in, We will stay here again.

I was a frequent costumer I used to stay in this hotel every month due to my work. The manager is v nice and professional. However this time the new front desk lady her name is Bridget was v unprofessional, rude and lack communication skills. Inconvenience during check in, check out. Also I stayed 1 week had 2 times room service when they just did the bed and picked up trash, no cleaning otherwise.

The property itself is nice. It’s clean and smells great. My issue was that I paid through Expedia and was prepared to pay a deposit but instead of paying for a deposit the charged me for the room at the property two times! Once I called them they said they didn’t know that I had prepaid. It’s almost been a week after I stayed and I have not received my refund.

For the most part we enjoyed our visit. It was a very clean hotel. The breakfast was really good and it was kept stocked all the way up until it was supposed to close. We asked for no housekeeping (we stayed 4 nights) and they were gracious when we exchanged out dirty towels for clean towels. We only had 2 mishaps that prevented us from giving a full 5 stars. When I walked into the lobby to check in, the desk clerk asked in a very curt voice, "Checking in?" I said yes and she immediately said, "I need your ID." I had only walked two steps into the lobby. I was really far away from the desk, so if I did get out my ID when she asked, I would be holding it while walking the distance from the door to the desk. One of the days we stayed it snowed, so we turned the temperature up on the thermostat. The heater did not turn on. We called the front desk and were told someone would come up. No one ever came up. I mentioned it to the desk clerk when I checked out. Instead of apologizing, she asked, "Did you push both buttons?" I said yes and she just shrugged her shoulders. I was expecting at least an apology for no one coming up to our room, but I just got the shrugged shoulders.

Perhaps not about the property but about the front desk woman who was near the end of her shift when I arrived. I presented my driver's license and she informed me that in my haste before leaving my home in south Texas, I had indeed booked a room BUT it was for the following weekend. She located another room for me for that night. Luckily I had paid for the reservation using my debit card and she informed me that that made it a lot easier. I was lucky. Lucky I'd paid for the room with mt debit card and luckier because of her understanding and helpfulness. She represents you well. I'll be staying at a Marriott property again when I travel.

The hotel itself was clean and well kept. Our problem came during check in. I was told that Expedia overbooked their rooms, so we were being upgradred to a suite. This sounded nice until we learned that it was just an extra sitting room, but with a queen size bed. When I made the reservation months ago, I specifically chose a king size bed. I didn't make a big deal about it, though. We were issued our room key. When we went to the assigned room, someone already had their personal items in the room. The front desk staff seemed surprised when we went down and told them, but saw where they accidently shared the room. Annoying, but not a big deal. We were issued another room and the same thing happened. Someone had their items already in the room. The shocked front desk staff said that it was the cleaning crew, who hadn't finished the room yet. We checked in after 3 p.m., so we were not early. We had to wait 10-15 minutes to be issued another room key, which finally worked for us. It was close to 4 p.m. before we were able to go to our room and we had things planned to go to immediately after check in. The staff were kind about the entire situation, but it was still a frustrating experience.

This is my second stay at this hotel. I really like - the front desk is friendly and responsive, the rooms are clean, the lobby is beautiful, and the free breakfast is delicious. The little kitchen in the room has all the necessary cookware - it’s just perfect. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Hotel rooms are so well-equipped! Great for extended stays. Room has a near full-size refrigerator, microwave, “kitchen sink” and even a dishwasher! Bathroom shower was a beautiful large walk-in shower design. We will choose this hotel again when in Amarillo! Be careful on arrival - 3 different hotels are all clustered together, and it’s difficult to tell which is which. The signage could be better, especially since it is offset back from the main road.

The room was comfortable and what you would expect from this tier of hotel. My biggest gripe for this hotel is the location. This property is a newer property surrounded by run down motels. There were loiterers constantly around the area. The parking lot was very well lit and ample. Thankfully nothing happened to our vehicle but we were worried about it.

We enjoyed our quiet, peaceful stay. The room and bathroom were both spotless and very spacious and the beds were comfy. We loved the shampoo/soap dispensers. The kitchenette was a definite perk. We were also extremely impressed with the vegan breakfast options. Our family being vegan appreciated the vegan cereal and plant based oat milk options! We will absolutely stay here again!

This hotel was clean spacious and the breakfast buffet was awesome! They had an incredible oatmeal bar with dried fruit/nut/granola options and most importantly for my family they had oatmilk which is a must when you have a kid with a nut allergy and another with a dairy allergy. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom was clean and modern. Will most definitely stay here again next time we’re in Amarillo!

Great newer hotel. Very clean. Fabulous breakfast! Eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, waffles, bagels, muffins, jimmy dean breakfast biscuits, fruit, yogurt and more! The only minor complaint I had was the beds are super hard and the bathroom lighting is very dim for us ladies trying to put on makeup. It could use an overhead light for sure. I would stay here again for sure though,

Excellent stay. Rooms are spacious and loved the kitchen with plates, pans, etc. A previous stay at a nearby hotel with kitchen did not have any amenities with their kitchen. Impressed with the hotel overall, pool, welcome pizza/beer/wine. Looking forward to breakfast. Stayed here with my 2 kids and felt safe in and outside the hotel as well as going to the restaurants nearby. I would stay here again for multiple days.

The front desk put us in the worst room-the nearest one to I-40 the first night. Lots lots of road noise. We requested the refund for the second night but they refused. Instead they gave us another room. Better. Breakfast tastes bad. The way into the hotel there's a deep pit.
