Here’s a polished and professional version of your review: Beautiful hotel! Our suite was spotless and included a full kitchen, which made the stay even better. The price was amazing for the level of luxury we received. Breakfast was delicious as well. The pool wasn’t working during our visit, but everything else was truly excellent. Highly recommend!

Check in was fast and efficient. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We had our dog with us and there was plenty of green space and pet pick up stations. My only complaint was the breakfast options and service. Breakfast was advertised until 9:30. We got there at 8:50. Almost everything was out and when we asked if they’d be refilling some items, the staff was rude and bluntly said no breakfast ends at 9:30. It was 8:50 so 40 minutes before it ended. We left with no breakfast. I would stay again but plan to bring my own breakfast.

Everything was very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. Our only complaints were the pool was cold, 80 degrees is cold for a pool. The pillows were very soft, no firm pillows to be found. And the toilet paper...cheap Scott...sorry had to go buy better stuff. 😆. Everything else was great, had a fantastic stay.

We had a nice stay. The breakfast was OK. My only complaint would be that if the pool is going to be closed for scheduled maintenance, that it would be noted prior to booking. My four kids were bummed that they couldn't swim. Had we known before, we could have arranged for better plans.

The hotel is fairly new and our room was very clean. We had a well stocked kitchen, big tv and the bed was comfortable. Pool area was a bit small and would have enjoyed having a hot tub. Breakfast was a step up from continental, I wouldn’t call it a Buffet.

Room was spotless! What stood out to me was when I got to my room the guests above me may have been wrestling and/or running around their room with heavy feet. After about 20 minutes of hearing this I received a text from Logan, the gentleman who checked me in. I responded telling him about the noise above or else I would need a different room. He immediately went upstairs and ask the guests above me to quiet down a bit. They must have left for the evening because it stopped. Logan than texted me letting me know he went to the room to talk to the people and then told me to contact him again if I heard loud noises coming from the room upstairs! Customer service at it's best!!! Thank YOU Logan!!!

This is my 3rd stay here. Two of the three times the pool has been closed due to chemical treatment, which is fine since we didn’t have the time to swim, but one time we’d like to have that option. This visit, our garbage was full when we walked in, my bed sheets appeared dirty with dirt from shoes/feet-?, and the bathroom floor was sticky. Everything else seemed fine but now I’m wondering if it was completely cleaned. In the morning, I went to use the microwave, but it didn’t work. Upon checkout, I did voice my concerns and the front desk clerk was very apologetic, heated up my tea in their microwave, and gave me 25% off. I love the rooms here and the quiet/comfy bed, plus it’s dog friendly, so I hope to stay here again, and just had this one unfortunate experience

We have stayed here before. Overall the property was good. Some of the lights in our room didn’t work, the pillows were not good, and the bathroom was not as clean as expected. The smoke alarm blinked light all night and the air conditioner smelled like oil.

The entrance is in a weird spot. They have a ridiculous feud with the restaurant next door about parking. Staff was nice. Breakfast was nice. Room was clean except the bathroom vent and pull out table. Cant speak to the cooktop skillet rental for our room. HORRENDOUS bathroom door design. Slide style but leaves an inch gap so everyone can hear everything and see inside.

We stayed here for a family vacation, and overall had a pleasant experience. Traveling with children, we were looking forward to using the pool, which unfortunately was not open during our stay. While that was a bit disappointing, the hotel itself was very nice and exceptionally clean. We stayed in a suite that was spacious and comfortable. The only drawback was the bathroom door—it didn’t lock and, although it slid shut, it would gradually open again on its own.

Front desk staff was exceptional— one new team member being trained in and was being taught well with professionalism and patience. Everyone upbeat (even the coworkers who had just clocked out & were heading home). It was fun to see their positive interactions— a rare thing these days! :) Full transparency: walls are SO THIN. Definitely could hear conversations, etc. If you’re looking for quiet— this may not be your best choice. But if you’re looking for amazing service— this IS your place. :) I was also grateful I brought travel sized Clorox wipes- it wasn’t awful, but could have used a more thorough wipe down. Note: I was doing a stay-cation due to home renovations just a couple miles away, and I’m glad I just paid for one night as a test run, instead of all 5 days. I’ll be heading home tomorrow so I can catch up on sleep. :/ Staff WAS absolutely great, though!

Bed & pillows were clean & comfy. Room was huge! Had a kitchenette with a dishwasher & dishes & utensils — was like a little AB&B. Breakfast was pretty good. The only real issue we had was the bathroom door design — there was a huge gap at the door closure. Not real private.

It is a nice hotel. The beds were great, the breakfast was warm and tasty. The only real complaint I had is that the bathroom doors are barn door style, so they don't seal shut or lock, there are always gaps. When you're traveling with kids sharing what's in the bathroom with everyone outside the bathroom isn't super desireable

I checked in at this property and was told room was in 4th floor. After getting to the room it was a King Bed Room when I had booked a 2 Queen Room. Couldn’t login to EI-do. When I called front desk - I was informed they gave me the wrong room. Had to go all the way downstairs to grab the correct room keys which was in the 4th floor and do the whole check-in process again. Not a very good first impression.

2 incidents turned me off to the place In the evening my 40 year old wife who looks 40, took the teen kids to the exercise room to workout. A female staff member very surprisingly came in. Then she started questioning my wife about her age. saying if we had the kids in there they had to have someone with that that was 18. Nothing about my wife appearance would suggest that she is a teen. During breakfast the bus boy came out and yelled at me in open public for setting a bowl with milk and cereal in the wash tub. Apparently it supposed to be dumped into the trash can and not set in the plastic tub. Never in my years, would I considerate it common sense to dump a bowl of fluids in the trash can. When choosing a place, family friendliness is the number 1 factor we look for. All the ads for the pace make it look so. But the incompetent staff does not leave you feeling welcome.

This property cancelled my reservation because I chose “pay at the hotel”. They revealed that it was a busy weekend and the hotel had sold out, resulting in my two rooms being cancelled. We have stayed at this hotel several times and I am appalled that they would do this simple to make more money off of “surge pricing”. We were left scrambling to find a three hotel rooms at 9:00pm. We won’t be going back.

Close to mall so lots of shopping and eating options closeby. Front desk was friendly. Had an issue with the toilet tank overflowing and the gentleman from the front desk responded right away. Bed & pillows were clean & comfy. Room was huge! Had a kitchenette with a dishwasher & dishes & utensils — was like a little AB&B. Breakfast was pretty good. The only real issue we had was the bathroom door design — there was a huge gap at the door closure. Not real private.

This was a beautiful place. Rooms were very large and comfortable. I would stay here again. We did not get a chance to check out the pool. It was part of the mall area parking lot, which was mostly closed down on that side, so it felt like an empty area, but there was stuff closer by on the other side of the mall.

We travelled a lot this year and visited various hotels. This by far is the best we have been to. It is located in a mall. It is in a safe area. It is super clean and freshly renovated. The breakfast was above and beyond what one would expect anywhere else. The food is served in regular plates with regular silverware and actual glasses. The selection is excellent and fulfilling. The staff is exceptionally friendly. There is a super clean fitness room and a super clean pool. There are two elevators. We were beyond satisfied and will make the point of staying again.

Room was nice and big. Only draw back is their breakfast buffet. I have a gluten allergy and a big part and savings is having a nice breakfast. Everything but the waffles were pre-made. All the warm food was so cross contaminated, that all I was able to eat was yogurt and fruit. Other motels make things fresh so you have a idea what you are going to eat. No worth getting sick over.

I liked that it was close to the mall I didn’t like that we came down to breakfast at 9:10 and most of the food was gone and they didn’t make more. They just started shutting things off early and closing the curtains.

The property was nice, the rooms were comfortable. My biggest complaint is the breakfast in the morning has to be the worst i've ever had. Last week i was in LaCrosse and they had the same thing. It would be smart to go to the warmers with eggs and protein. If the sandwiches they make, or Omelets sit in the warmer too long they are hard as a rock or super dry. Overall nice stay, just got elsewhere for breakfast.

Check in was fast and efficient. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We had our dog with us and there was plenty of green space and pet pick up stations. My only complaint was the breakfast options and service. Breakfast was advertised until 9:30. We got there at 8:50. Almost everything was out and when we asked if they’d be refilling some items, the staff was rude and bluntly said no breakfast ends at 9:30. It was 8:50 so 40 minutes before it ended. We left with no breakfast. I would stay again but plan to bring my own breakfast.

This was our second time staying at this particular site. We had high expectations for a great stay! THis time we brought our pet for the first time at a hotel. The staff was great. The only thing we aren't hip on is the breakfast; we just odn't care for it compared to others. Also, the coffee is awful. Even the one in the room is not good.

Everything was very clean and comfortable, we had a suite and it was very spacious and had everything you would need for eating in. The breakfast was pretty good and kept well stocked. The only thing was they let dogs stay and in the room next to ours there were 2 or 3 dogs that started barking before 9 pm and barked continuously for almost 2 hours. Very annoying to say the least and definitely put a damper on our stay. We did notify the front desk and they had other complaints.
