Beautiful property with an amazing low key bar atmosphere. Rooms are quaint loft Style but no microwave. Large shower. Front desk is super friendly as well as thd housekeeping staff. Bar had live music with pool table and games. Outside pool area is chic and open . It offers a nice fire pit and plenty of seating

The hotel was nice enough but on Friday night they have live music in their lobby/bar area. We cam back from dinner and all the parking places were taken and lobby was jam packed. After complaining about parking, an employee did go out and point us to a field area we could use. Music thumped until midnight. Buyers beware. We were told they have that Fri and Sat every weekend 😡

The building looks nice, clean and clean. The check o was easy and fast, the front desk lady makes the check in fast. The lobby was different but nice, there’s a big bar and entertainment and dj. The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. We had a good time. Thanks

Neat hotel with games downstairs and a cool bar. Room is decorated and layer out very well. They have live music at night. It is also a dog friendly hotel, but my dog was scared of going into the lobby to go outside because of the live music.

Services are very hospitality. The rooms are cleanness but the thermostat in the bedroom doesn't work. I tried to push the button to lower the cool 75 degrees, the hvac system doesn't work. Fix it in room 405.

we got to our room and there was a open bottle of water among the other condiments and i almost drank it when i realized it was used , tv didn’t work nor wi-fi and when i went to the desk no staff there and had to look for some to help me . The manager came out complaining to another staff member about calls were coming to her cellphone and when i asked about the room trouble her response was oh yes the wi-fi and telephone was not working in there so we had to change rm which would not have been a problem but we had already got all of our luggage in there and after a long trip it was annoying when they new the issue already . When we got there it was great. The atmosphere was upbeat clean and stylish. We played pool that was complementary with the hotel. The rooms were nice but wierdly decorated. If your Autistic you probably wont like thos place and we fo to bed early we went to our room and all you could hear was screaming and a band playing loud. We had to be moved to a different room in the middle of the night. Upstairs all we herd for about an hour was dogs barking. They finally settled down when the band stopped.

We loved the vibe and decor. The room was spacious and very clean. The area of Little Rock it is located in is truly amazing and very safe. The bar and lounge area was great. The only negative is how very loud it seemed. I could hear everything in the room next door, the halls seemed loud, and the lobby area was a madhouse at times.

Aloft is different in the way they arrange and furnish their rooms, and it loses comfort because of it. The only place to sit other than the bed is a very uncomfortable half-chair half-couch bench. It was hard, shallow, and had no back support. To use the table you had to lean forward. There is no desk or armchair.

Horrible experience. If you seek peace and quiet after midnight, DO NOT stay here. I stayed 3 nights and each night, my window vibrated to techno music playing ALL Night. I went to the front desk at 1 am and pleaded for relief. The desk attendant said “I forgot to turn off the patio music”. Mind you, it was 40 degrees and no one was on the patio. I went to bed and it never went off. The next morning at 7 am and went downstairs and begged, same story “I forgot.” The next day at lunch I went to get a room change. I was told “no” because the hotel was booked up. So I asked if I could get assurance that the music would be turned off at a “reasonable time, midnight-1?” The attendant said “no.” She said the hotel had a “policy to provide entertainment all night.” I said “yes, in the lobby til midnight-1, sure.” But the patio?? No one is out there at 1!! She said, “I can cancel your room and you can go elsewhere.” I said “what about the customer who paid for the ability to sleep and can’t?” She just looked at me like I was an alien. Like I was asking for sparkling water to pour out of my water faucet. I finally gave up and simply didn’t rest. I will never stay here again. It was in one word, “horrible”. Be forewarned.

The staff was not familiar with the rules and when I returned to check in at 1pm, the staff member at the desk, William, said I would have to pay $50 to check in early before 3pm. The breakfast was not free.

I like the contemporary look of this hotel and the front desk staff went out of the way to ensure that my stay was good and it was great. Oh the beds are so soft and the pillows and that is my concern when I stayed places: I am wondering if the beds are rock hard which affects my back in the worse way. The gentleman at the bar was the best that I have seen in a long time, since the integrity of excellent customer service went out the window with this generation. They have a happy hour that is the bomb.com.

I’m old, and I like amenities like a restaurant. It is a Marriott property, and I stay with them exclusively. It is edgy. The pubic spaces and rooms are ultra modern style. But there is no restaurant only pre-made bar food and a big pantry with a microwave. Won’t be staying at one again.
