This place has an incredible staff, front desk was welcoming, kind, understanding. First floor there is coffee options, first floor there is restaurant and bar that is open for breakfast lunch and dinner. 14th floor there is a rooftop pool with a bar, the design of the room was unique, the location of the hotel is further from Broadway st, but close enough for an Uber ride. I swear this is a GEM in Nashville, me and wife LOVED this hotel and all the accommodations for us! Must try this hotel out when in Nashville, yes there are many options, but you will not be disappointed in fact you will be VERY SATISFIED!!

I travel a lot and was impressed by this hotel. It was my first time staying at a Virgin hotel and it was such a cool property. Well appointed, all the visuals very carefully crafted to give it that Nashville vibe but never campy. The staff were all extremely helpful to us and friendly. They seemed genuine and like they enjoyed their jobs and enjoyed helping us. This spot has a great bar and lounge with live music, we saw a custom hat bar set up on Sunday while we were there, plus they have a great rooftop area. The rooms were spacious and well laid out. Comfy beds and pillows, nice selection of options in the mini bar if you want to pay for those, and again- really well decorated in a way that felt like it flowed and fit with the rest of the hotel. It felt like a premium stay without the premium price tag of a hotel in the heart of Broadway. We never had an issue getting an uber and they were all pretty cheap no matter the time of day. I highly recommend this property to those visiting Nashville!
