Check-in war sehr angenehm und entspannt. Zimmer schön groß. Eine Teebar ganztags zur freien Verfügung sogar mit veganer Milch-Option. Einen Wasserkocher bekam ich mit aufs Zimmer. Äpfel ebenfalls gratis an der Rezeption. Frühstück: Sekt, wechselndes warmes Buffet, vegane und glutenfreie Optionen - netter Service Vielen Dank - ich war rundum zufrieden.

Die Gestaltung der Hotellobby ist Geschmackssache. Das Zimmer hingegen traf voll meinen Geschmack. Das Frühstück lies keine Wünsche offen. Personal sehr freundlich. Parken war in der nahgelegenen Parkgarage möglich.

Prima hotel op loopafstand van diverse metrostations en bussen waardoor je snel in centrum bent. Zelfs te lopen. Heel veel eetgelegenheden in de buurt. Grote Biowinkel met restaurant om de hoek. Het ligt wel aan wat drukker kruispunt maar met raam dicht hoor je het niet. Ook goede isolatie zodat je geen hinders hebt van andere kamers. Een zalige douche en gewone en handzeep, bodylotion en champoo ruim aanwezig. Thee , koffie en speciaal water staat in de lobby hele dag beschikbaar. Voor € 12,— per je een zeer uitgebreid ontbijt. Zeer vriendelijk personeel en lobby 24 uur open. En zalig dakterras.

Friendly and helpful staff. Quality refurbishment of rooms that were surprisingly quiet. The beds were comfortable. Public transport with buses stop near the hotel, the U and S-Bahn are a 10 minute walk away with many attractions within a 30 to 40 minute radius. Green initiative offered a free drink any day you did not to have your room cleaned.

Hervorzuheben ist definitiv das Personal. Alle waren sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren sauber und zweckmäßig und dennoch stylish eingerichtet. Eine Streammöglichkeit, ob per Anschluß oder Internet sollte heutzutage beisolch einem modernen Hotel zum Standard gehören. Wir kommen im nächsten Jahr bestimmt wieder.

Die Betten sind gut aber hart…-. Leider sind nur die Komfortzimmer nach hinten raus wo es wesentlich leiser ist als zu den Straßen gewandten Straßen. Allerdings würde ich mir wünschen, dass man nach 3-4 Besuchen auch so mal ein Upgrade bekommt. Treue sollte honoriert werden und die Hotelzimmer sind eh nicht günstig

The property was not walkable to the train, shopping, or restaurants. Anything you wanted to do you needed to take a taxi. The property was very clean, staff was friendly. The property was either new or newly renovated. All the rooms had wood floors which was great in terms of hygiene. The downside, you could hear the footsteps of the people above you. With each step you could hear the pounding into the floors which made it next to impossible to sleep. For this reason I would not recommend staying here.

Entspannter Checkin an der 24h Rezeption mit freundlichem Personal, dass auch Tipps zur Umgebung gibt. Preis Leistung im vergleich zu anderen angemessen. Einrichtung wirkt neuwertig und sauber. Zimmer interessant gestaltet und viele Beleuchtungsoptionen und Spiegel. Minikühlschrank und Safe sind nette Optionen, genau wie die bereitliegenden Pflegeprodukte von B wie Bodycreme über Kamm, Nähzeug bis Z wie Zahnbürste. Foyer mit hübschem Barbereich. Negativ: Be-/Entladung leider nicht optimal, da es diesen Bereich für das Hotel offiziell nicht gibt (ggf. direkt vor dem Biomarkt auf dem Gehweg halten). Wäre auch mein einzigster Kritikpunkt

We did not have hot water for two days during a three-night stay in Berlin in December, with outside temperatures around –1°C. When I reported the issue, the staff did not seem surprised or particularly concerned. No compensation was offered, and despite sending a message after our stay, I never received any response. Technical issues can happen, but a minimum of empathy and a commercial gesture would have been appreciated. In my opinion, this hot water issue seems recurrent, so if you are sensitive to the cold, I would not recommend this hotel.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmte. Nachts wurden wir jedoch durch einen Fehlalarm aus dem Schlaf gerissen, mussten in der Kälte warten und waren erschrocken. Eine kleine Entschädigung wäre hier angebracht gewesen, doch außer einer Entschuldigung gab es nichts.

I enjoyed my experience very much at the Ginn City. The staff was extraordinary! Friendly, efficient, helpful, and very welcoming. The room was flawless, and the breakfast was a perfect start to the day. The neighborhood was such a joy to be in. Great people, food, and shopping. It was so charming. I loved it!

The hotel was clean, nice updated and pleasant. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. So no complaints about the hotel itself. The surrounding area, however, left something to be desired. There was a great deal of graffiti, and not the pretty artistic kind, and it was a 10 minute walk to both nearby UBahn stations. There were very few eateries within close walking distance for someone who was tired from having been sightseeing all day. Many businesses in the immediate area were closed or seemed abandoned. All that lent to a less than positive feeling for a solo traveling female.

Es un hotel muy lindo. La mayoría de su personal es muy amable, le doy menos estrellas por que nunca nos hicieron la habitación. Jamás nos dijeron que hasta las 11 la hacen y si no, ya no hay manera. Nos tocó toallas y ropa de cama, y dejar la basura en el pasillo la cual se veía muy mal. Nos ofrecieron una bebida de cortesía por la molestia pero igual no fue agradable esa parte. El hotel tiene un sin fin de comercios cercanos para todas las necesidades, tienen una terraza muy linda y se puede acceder muy fácil en transporte público. Las bebidas en el bar son muy ricas. Ofrecen tés de cortesía.
