Staff were very friendly and helpful. Cabin was very clean and cute. Lazy river short course but very nice. The Place has a good size pool. Restaurant’s dinner food a bit pricey but was delicious. Staff goes above and beyond to make your stay a fun and safe place to enjoy as tour guides are present in the Cenote, lazy river all the time. Thanks to everyone in San Ignacio.

I stayed with a friend for only one night, but I think this property is perfect to spend the whole weekend and relax. You will find here the most helpful and kindest staff. Cinthia and Paloma guided us to enjoy the Cenote at night, and the river and pools during the morning. The restaurant's staff was also super nice, and the food was really good. Try the tuna tartara ❤️ They have these “casona” style rooms for families or bigger groups and they look amazing from outside.

Pictures here can be beautiful with the nature and the lighting at night, things we did not like the fact that there was hair in the bed and stains in the sheets they also don’t have anyone to help you with luggages and there’s no walk path lots of rocks so it was tuft getting to the room , the water in the river or the heart was standing water dirty. Restaurant closes early nothing on the streets no restaurants It’s better to do a day trip but is not Great. food was a nice presentation was ok had better mexican food not worth the $400 dollars no coffee included .

It is not a Hotel boutique as announced. Restaurante and swimming pool are, opened to the public; gardens very poor. It is a 2 star hotel, suites are not too bad. Too expensive for what,it,is. Disappointed. Traveller from Mexico.

Lo único que no me gustó que el primer día no hicieron limpieza en mi habitación y había como una ranita muerta en mosquitero
