Positives: the room was clean and bed was comfortable. There were lots of storage with hangers for clothes if you’re starting a few days and want to put things away. We appreciated the tea and kettle in the common area which is very handy. Negatives: the property is in dated condition and especially the bathroom could do with being renewed. Checking in was difficult and information was not sent in advance. We were sent a long message via instant messaging which was hard to read and work out how to gain

Remember when booking this isn’t a hotel. What it is, is a clean spacious very handy located room which is price point is excellent value for money. You are 5 minutes walk from the beach the river and the old town in any direction. We would definitely recommend this accommodation
