We don’t want people to find out about this place… we love it and want it to stay affordable! The 2nd time we have stayed here, a great alternative to central Prague if you prefer somewhere a little quieter. close to the train station with good connections. We love the village too, a good restaurant and a few locals bars that are open until late. The rooms are modern, comfy beds, big high ceilings and windows, great breakfast facilities. Please don’t go here..: because we want to keep it a secret for ourselves 😆

El hotel cumple en términos generales, pero la falta de personal es un problema muy serio. A partir de las 15:30 h no hay nadie disponible para atender a los huéspedes y tampoco existe ningún teléfono de contacto para resolver incidencias o emergencias, algo que considero inadmisible. Durante mi estancia, una de las noches ni siquiera se limpió la habitación. No pude reclamarlo porque, sencillamente, no había nadie a quien dirigirme. La excesiva dependencia de sistemas automatizados puede resultar cómoda en algunos aspectos, pero no debería sustituir por completo la atención humana. La falta de personal y de información al cliente genera una sensación de abandono que afecta negativamente a la experiencia en el hotel.

Wir waren zu hundert Prozent zufrieden mit unserer Unterkunft! Das Familienzimmer unter dem alten Dachstuhl war wunderschön eingerichtet, sehr geräumig und sauber. Auch der Rest des Hotels war sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet. Beim Frühstück wurden sehr viele, abwechslungsreiche glutenfreie und laktosefreie Alternativen für meinen Mann bereitgestellt. Und auch sonst war die Auswahl absolut ausreichend. Auch die Lage des Hotels war für uns perfekt! Mit dem Zug waren wir sehr günstig in einer halben Stunde in Prag. Mit den Fahrrädern konnten wir die Gegend entlang dem wunderschönen Fluss erkunden und im Ort gab es alles was man braucht. Eine wundervolle Bäckerei gleich nebenan und einen sehr zu empfehlenden Biergarten an der Brauerei. Die Räder konnten wir in einem Kellerraum abstellen den wir mit unserem Schlüssel über den Aufzug erreichen konnten. Unser Auto konnten wir auf einem Parkplatz nebenan abstellen. Wir hatten einen fantastischen Urlaub mit mehreren Trips nach Prag und tollen Ausflügen in der Natur und haben uns im Hotel und mit dem Personal sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank!
