Excellent staff Pool was clean Patio was spacious and partly covered

Was a perfect place off of 95 to stop while pulling a trailer. Lots of parking. And also nice sidewalks for walking dogs. The hotel is super clean.

Location is great with every amenity within 2 minutes. Close to ballpark, golf and Bass Pro. Interstate 95 is only a few minutes away. You do not have that typical highway exit feel when traveling. The entire area surrounding the hotel is nice and safe. I wouldn’t hesitate going walking or running in the morning. Large pool and spa with lots of space. Room was clean and looked brand new however the hotel I was told is 5 years old by the receptionist during check in. The hotel is layed out very well. Covered two lane entry for checkin. Walk in to a spacious lobby, The elevator is centered and is located at the dining area. Easy access in and out. Staff all smiled and polite. Dining room and breakfast bar area were spotless clean. The continental breakfast was well stocked. We only stayed for a few days but we will definitely be staying there when we return to the Treasure Coast.

Very spacious and clean hotel. The pool and hot tub is quite large with a lot of seating around the pool deck. Great hotel to stay at.

Love the safe, quiet atmosphere of this property. It's pet friendly and has lots of areas to walk your dog.

This is a newish hotel that is very clean and in a convenient location. The rooms are little efficiencies with a mini kitchen set up. No carpet which we love. Nice simple pool with grills if you want to grill out. Free breakfast with a few stations. Good enough and clean. Would definitely stay again.

Staff was great. They have beach towel use for the pool. We asked for a clean set of towels for the next days use and they brought them up. Quiet and close to shopping near by. Definitely would stay again if I came down

Clean, well kept. Studio apartment had everything needed. Hot tub was hot. Pool was cold. Breakfast had varieties each morning… best ever.

I was gravely disappointed toward the end of my stay due to the lack of availability of hot water and the unprofessionalism & unwillingness of the front desk personnel left me disheartened about a potential future stay.

The Entire hotel was spotless. Quiet. In a nice area/ location. The room was beautiful. It came with a full size fridge, microwave, 2 burner flat cooking stove, dishwasher and a sleeper sofa. The bathroom was very clean. I just wish they had balconies.

I stay here often but this was not the best stay. Three days with no hot water to shower had to go elsewhere. Also twice my room was not cleaned and when I brought it to the attention to the front desk they said your sign must of been out IT WASNT. Put a call in to the manager still waiting. I literally stay her at least three times a year but thinking of changing.

I found 2 cockroaches, one in the kitchen of my bedroom and the other one inside of the key holder.

There were ants in the room and not near any food source.

The ac in the room did not seem to operate correctly and the tub/shower combo as well. No water pressure and the knob to pull for shower would not go all the way up therefore water was coming from the spout and shower head as well.

Sooo quiet. Clean. Safe. Staff were super nice and helpful. Room is awesome with real fridge that is cold, microwave, stove and dishwasher. Lighting was great and AC was cold and quiet.

The ait conditioning was slow to cool my unit, and the beds were not very supportive and became quite uncomfortable after sleeping on them 2 nights in a row as I woke with a severe backache

The room, just a king size studio, was large and beautiful. I've traveled a lot and it was one of the most impressive rooms I've stayed in. Especially considering how low the price was.

The property was clean and neat and the staff very friendly and accommodating. My wife was surprised our room has a full size refrigerator and pretty much everything we needed to warm a meal. The Smart tv was great as we could easily access and login to our streaming service Apps.

I am in PSL for business every three months for 1-2 weeks at a time. This was my first stay at this Marriott. Room was very clean and comfortable and I am picky! It was a wonderful stay. The only issue that I had was the water pressure in the shower. It took me forever to get the soap out of my hair!

The walls were very thin as we listened to our neighbor’s tv all night. Even their snoring! The air conditioning unit in the room was exceptionally loud waking us up each time it turned on.

It’s a shame when you go on vacation & you encounter a person who hates people & there job. That what we encountered the 1st day of our stay. This front desk person was so rude & disrespectful I couldn’t believe this was actually happening. She ruined the entire stay at this hotel. The vibe she gives off is appalling! It’s a shame cause it’s a nice property. But the staff is a nightmare!! Beware if you don’t have patience for ignorant humans.

Had an issue checking in, I booked 2 rooms they could only find one. They were accommodating with refunding the other room. The staff member was rude when we were down in the lobby for breakfast. We were there before breakfast was scheduled to be over and the lady refused to bring more waffle batter so I could make my kids breakfast. My husband ended up going to McDonald’s to buy the kids breakfast which defeated the purpose of me booking a room where breakfast is included.

Excellent staff! This hotel has a 5 star staff. They are the epitome of excellence. Be proud of them. Please recognize each one of them for their outstanding customer service.

I booked here for my boyfriends birthday weekend. The hotel is nice but my stay experience was horrible. Once I got there to check in Friday afternoon, I paid the room deposit off of my card, then the next morning on Saturday I noticed it was an extra $100 missing from my card. They told me that my deposit didn’t go through but how when the card machine said approved and I had money on it. They then made me pay another $40. So in Total they took an extra $140 from me. They then called AGAIN later Saturday afternoon to say that they didn’t get the second deposit either and this is when I started to get upset. Because the money is coming off my card and I can see the transactions. So they tried to take the room deposit from me 3 times. Imagine it’s your bday weekend and all of your money to spend on your vacation is being stolen by the hotel. After finally believing me when I showed them my card was missing money they noticed it was a glitch in the system and that they actually did owe me my money back that was taken from the 3 deposits. This completely ruined the mood for my weekend and ruined my plans due to me losing money. I was told by the front desk woman that my money would be returned to my card and I still have nothing yet. This is the worst service I had at a hotel. I don’t think I’ll ever book here again. If my money isn’t returned to my card soon I will take further action because this is ridiculous.

Convenient location, quiet and tucked away but close to restaurants and shopping.

It was very close to where I needed to be to visit with family, had plenty of shopping options and also restaurants close by

This hotel is fairly new and modern! Located within a 5 minute drive of the I-95. Lots of nearby shops and restaurants, some of which are walkable if you don't mind dodging some traffic. Room had a full kitchen and a grocery store was within a few minute drive of the hotel. All staff I encountered during my stay was friendly, pleasant and helpful. Room was very clean and the kitchen/bathroom were adequately stocked. Hotel seems to be on an every other day room cleaning schedule so plan accordingly. I didn't have to ask or remind them to clean the room, which was a change from some other places I have stayed. My room was located near the elevator but it was very quiet. The only thing I didn't care for was the breakfast. It was the same thing each day and after multiple days I got tired of it. The food itself tasted good and there were multiple options. I would not hesitate to stay here again if I return to the area!

We stopped in Port St Lucie as a close stop before heading to Miami for a cruise. This hotel was very clean and staff was excellent. The breakfast was a typical continental style but it worked. The area around the hotel was beautiful and was great area to take a walk around. Upscale restaurants around a lake and a town commons area were very scenic.

We had a great stay at this location. The hotel was super clean and all the people were friendly. Breakfast choices were amazing (mini quiche, sausage/egg/cheese muffins, cereal, oatmeal, etc). The breakfast area was clean and the attendant was always around restocking and cleaning. Beds were comfortable and hot water plentiful and good water pressure. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone.

This is a new hotel, staff was very friendly. There is new development around with plenty of shopping and dinning options. Hotel had complimentary hot breakfast and everything was fresh and tasty.

Breakfast was lame every day. On our last day at 9:30 the only thing left was cereal and waffles. Only one EV chargers ant 4 EV's in the parking lot. Staff was great, the place is clean, it feels new.

The breakfast food needs to be kept warm with heating underneath. When something is reported broken, it should be addressed as soon as possible. If this isn’t possible then don’t have appliances in the room. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
