I want to start this review by saying we had a great stay. However the sheets wouldn't stay on the bed because they had no elastic in them, there was a large cob web in our room in the far corner. There were clothing left by the previous tenant in a cabinet, and I had to go to the front desk every day to ask for dish washer detergent because housekeeping never left any. The pool was awesome but so cold we didn't really wanna get in it. Every morning we went to get breakfast there was a lady in the lobby watching us. Not like she was at a table watching us, she would get up from her table and come into the room with food to see what we were getting, and there was an exterminator there spraying rooms beside us. We didn't see bed bugs in our room but that made me a lil sus on if they had bed bugs in the hotel. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The sign at the pool said it opened at 7 a.m. but at 8 am our key card wouldn't let us in the pool. Went to the front desk to be informed it didn't open until 10. We found a dead cricket in our bathroom. The housekeepers left their spray cleaner bottle in our room while they were cleaning and by the time we noticed it they were already five rooms passed ours. Wonder what they were cleaning those rooms with. I had to report to the front desk one morning that a pile of dirty rags were in the elevator. Breakfast was good but we had to microwave it every morning because it was cold fresh out of the warmer.

Great clean hotel. Room was spacious, pool was perfect and our beds were comfy. Staff was very friendly and we loved the room had a full size refrigerator, dishes, microwave and dishwasher. Perfect for a traveling family with a toddler.

We lost power .While it wasn't their fault they did a poor job on site and onlie helping during the process. I do believe i should have gotten a discount on my stay we weren't able to be there for almost a whole day.

We are a family of four, 2 adults and 2 kids. We will never come back to this hotel. There was a mold on the ceiling, trash was not empty daily, breakfast had very limited choices and usually not enough food even at 8 am. Pool also not heated.

Staff was friendly. Hotel was ok. Mostly clean but not attention to detail. Beds were not made neatly - sheets only half on. Kitchenette was sparse at best - only a couple utensils not even one complete set, very worn out beat up pans and no dish soap or dishwasher soap. Bed covers stained. Felt like they prepared the room in a hurry and didn’t really make sure everything was there. Pool was nice and warm. Breakfast - again very sparse. Waffle maker, toast, yogurt and cereal. All disposable dishes and utensils. Hotel just seemed worn out and minimalist.

Second time I tried to stay at this property. The first time elevator was out and at 76 did not want to climb stairs. This trip rooms were not ready at appointed time. Girl at checkin was rude 5 couples waiting for room.

This was my first trip to the area and I really enjoyed the room, easy parking, and kind staff!

Room was nice but highly disappointed the pool was freezing cold and there's a awful smell in there ,, wouldn't stay here again. Sadly was looking forward to pool

The room was spacious and clean. Gym on site. Unfortunately the pool was freezing and smelled like too many chemicals were being used. Overall a good place to crash.

When we checked in we went to the room and went to use the bathroom and the door handle came off, there were no bathroom complimentary shampoos and such, no dish soap and the toilet was broken. I immediately phoned down to the front desk from my cell phone because the phone in the room didn’t work, also the pullout bed didn’t have sheets, blankets or pillow cases. I was told some would be up to fix all the problems and I could go down to get the sheets and such for the bed, which had white stains all over the cushions, and the bed had spots on it. We were there for 3 nights, the 3rd night someone was smoking weed in the hall or their room with the door open and again we immediately called down to the front desk via our cellphone cause the room phone didn’t work. We were told “what do you want me to do about it?” There’s nothing I can do. The breakfast was not what it had been. We’ve been staying there for 4 years multiple times a year and this is by far the worst I’ve seen. There was trash all over the place, trash bag left in the elevator, towels down the hall. It was just disgusting and disturbing knowing we have sent all of our friends and Corvette members to stay at this hotel because it was so nice and for this to happen. It’s disheartening. We had a reservation for the end of August, but we no longer wish to stay there, however, I found out today that they have a no refund policy. But from everything we’ve experienced this past weekend, I do not want to stay there!

Everything was good except that we had fleas in our bed and had to be moved to another room. Was a pain since we had worked all day and wanted to relax and lay down only to be bitten by fleas and have to move

If you despise being warm at night be sure to bring your own fan, the room temperature only goes as low as 74 and eventually kicks off as it doesn't register you being in the room anymore and won't cool it. The bathroom door would not close so that was frustrating as well. I opened our fridge to find the last guests leftovers and soda so that shows the attention to detail they do for cleaning. Other than all of that the bed was very comfortable and the room was nice.

We were put in an unclean room. The bed was unmade. The dishes on the shelf were dirty. There was no forks. The shampoo dispenser was broken. There was some sticky on the floor by the bed. The coffee table was dirty. Plan on eating waffles or yogurt for breakfast.

The room itself was spacious & has potential. The kitchenette was poorly stocked. Barely any utensils or needed supplies. There was no water pressure in the shower & the bathroom sink was slow to drain. Within our 3rd & final day it was completely clogged. We saw housekeeping in our hall & we needed fresh towels & did not put a do not disturb sign on the door. Upon our return our room had not been touched. We called the front desk to request towels & was told we would have to come get them. There was no one there but the one person at the front desk who had a very dry personality. However the guy at the front when i checked out was very friendly & was apologetic about our problems during our stay. Again the place was nice size & beds were decently comfortable but they need more staff & some restocking in the rooms along w/a lil maintenance. For what i paid I expected more.

Staff were very nice and accommodating. The hotel was extremely clean! The rooms were very big! I would definitely book again!

Heating/Cooling system did not work AT ALL. Couuld not cool down the room. Only Heat up no down, no ability to cool . Finally ended up unplugging the machine!

Stove did not work.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Mainstay. We really had no negatives. The room was a nice size and very accommodating with a full kitchen. The staff were always friendly and helpful. And breakfast in the morning was a nice bonus. I highly recommend this hotel.

We travel frequently and stay in hotels about 15 times a year, and this was by far the best place we’ve stayed! Check-in was quick and seamless, the entire hotel was spotless, and our room felt like the perfect tiny house—thoughtfully designed with everything we could possibly need. But the absolute highlight? The bed! The linens were luxurious, the pillows were incredible, and the mattress was unbelievably comfortable. We had the best night’s sleep. Without a doubt, we’ll be staying here every time we travel back home from Florida! This keeps your original sentiment but makes it flow smoothly while keeping it engaging. Let me know if you’d like any tweaks!

Very nice comfortable hotel. Beware the bathroom door. It has a serious pinch point that will hurt your hand if you’re not careful. Also, had problems with the door latch working properly.

The suite was very nice except for the heat/air unit. It was so cold you had to wear a winter coat. It wouldn't turn off. And if you tried the heat, it didn't heat. Very uncomfortable. Eating breakfast in the lobby was unbearable. It was so cold we were shivering. We left early because of this.

Very friendly, courteous staff.

I had stayed at this property before and absolutely loved it! This time, however, I was unable to check-in early due to some recent “audit”. The front desk agent failed to me I could pay for an earlier check-in, which I finally did. That should have been mentioned initially instead of making me think I had to wait around for three hours. Communication is key!!

Quick and easy check in. Clean, comfortable and convenient.

My check in was bad. They checked another person in my room that had the same last name that I did. I had to settle for a different room on their other side. Then I was locked out of my room and they had to use a special contraption to get me in the room. It was one bad thing after another and I received no compensation. The staff was really nice though.

Great location to stay. Close to Beechbend Raceway and Coevette museum. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good with a good selection. Definitely recommended to stay here.

Nice place. Quick check in. Very close to the Corvette museum. Quiet and clean. Breakfast was a little light on choices, but it's included. Minor point - There is only 1 mirror in the bathroom. A second mirror outside the bathroom would help when multiple people are trying to get ready.

The hotel was clean and the room was nice. The staff were not super friendly but no issues checking in or out. The breakfast was a basic continental breakfast but worked fine for us! It was a convenient location, near the corvette museum.

Location was great for my trip. Room was clean and comfortable. While there were several choices of cereal, fruit, and bread for breakfast, the "hot" items (potatoes, gravy, and biscuits) were not kept warm.

the room was clean but the shampoo bottle was empty and there wasn't any hand soap. we had to ask the front desk to supply our room. also, hair conditioner & skin lotion was not offered. the breakfast did not offer any protein, only cereal,oatmeal, bread, and waffles.Improvement if at least hard boiled eggs were offered. the kitchen was nice and the overall space was roomy and comfortable/clean.

It was nice. Very quite. Good location. Areas we used were clean. Breakfast could use some improvement. My Danish was extremely hard & stale. Juice machine was broken.

Could not get maintenance to fix TV. Free breakfast was the absolute WORST I have ever had at a hotel. Will never stay at this chain again 😞

The room and property were clean and quiet. The serve a breakfast but if you don’t eat cereal or waffles, plan to find your own. Wish they had a toaster, at least. But overall, a good place to stay.
