Nice place with great vibes. A lot of activities for families and playful adults with board games, pool, table tennis (ping pong) and cornhole. Great centrale location. And overall high value for money. Also a very nice cantine with great quality and a nice selection. We didn’t try the breakfast. There is community dinner every evening and an entrainment in the basement. Only downside - the cleaning is very poor. We found bandages in the private shower and a used Kleenex on top of the bed lamp. Cleaning in the community areas could be better. Very dusty in the ping pong room.

I was missing a guestkitchen to prepare my own meal or coffee. It would nice to have the option when you chose a hostel because your budget is limited or just don't want to eat out. It was very clean and stylish and the location next to the park and close to citycenter was great.

Roberta’s var super hyggeligt! Det ligger jo helt perfekt - lige i smørhullet af Aarhus. Fin service, venligt personale og hyggelige glade gæster. Dejlige siddeområder, mulighed for bl.a. bordtennis mm. En dejlig STOR kop kaffe købes i receptionen for 25(!)kr. Det vil vi 100% vende tilbage til.

Virkelig fremragende sted. Centralt, utrolig smuk lobby og bar, god stemning. Jeg har prøvet både en af de lukkede bokse og en seng med forhæng- begge dele fungerede superfint og føltes privat. Og jeg er en kvinde over 50, der følte sig godt tilpas. Fine toiletter og brusere, alt var rent og pænt. Kan kun anbefale på det varmeste - og jeg ville vælge en seng i det store område - der er god plads. Til en ekstremt god pris!

Centralt inde i centrum til shopping, restauranter, transport, samt seværdigheder (fx Aros og Den Gamle By) til et mindre beløb, end det billigste Airbnb i området, hvis man kun har overnatning i fokus. Dejlige køjesenge (inkl. puder), som man faldt i søvn i med det samme. Det var skønt, at sengelinned og et enkelt badehåndklæde per person i vores private værelse var inkluderet i prisen. Ekstra håndklæder koster 20kr per styks, hvilket også er ok. Og det var også ret positivt, at vi havde vores eget bad og toilet på værelset, når man tænker på, at det er et hostel, og ikke et hotel, eller motel. Det var dog lidt klamt at finde 2 linser (til øjnene) oven på en af de øverste køjesenges lamper. De var højst sandsynligt fra en tidligere gæst, der satte dem dér, inden vedkommende sku sove, hvilket var lidt kvalmende at tænke på. Når man bader, så synes jeg, at vandet tog en lille smule ekstra tid (end hva der forventes at være normalt) at sive ned igennem risten. Om det er "normalt" hos dem eller om der er en lille smule tilstoppet under risten, aner jeg ikke.

I know Denmark can be expensive, but even so, I don’t think the room was worth the cost. It felt like I paid hotel prices for a hostel service. There was no room cleaning during my stay. Thankfully, I didn’t have breakfast included, the day I paid extra for it, i found it was pretty basic.

Hôtel bien situé, personnel très gentil et aidant. Le déjeuner était excellent. Cependant, l'un de nos lits n'avait pas été lavé et la chambre était extrêmement chaude sans possibilité d'ouvrir la fenêtre. Le personnel a été très réactif, heureusement.

Alt i alt var det et rigtig fint ophold, men deres rengøring på værelset trænger til en opgradering. I den ene seng var der en masse lange sorte hår , der var støv i vindueskarmen, og snavs på gulvet flere steder.

Very dirty room. Had leftover food from the previous guest in the room. We booked a double room with private bathroom, but it was a bit dirty. Seemed like only the bed sheets and towels had been changed. No vacuuming and still trash and bread crumbs everywhere. It can get very noisy, since it’s a hostel. But the location is very good.

The wifi in my room was terrible so I have to use mobile internet or be in the lobby in order to use Internet. And I do think it's dishonest to hit people with sneaky charges that are compulsory but somehow are not included in the price. In this case, they charge 50 DKK (around 7 eur) PER NIGHT for "linen rental" so if one stays over one night it can turn potentially into a substantial sum even though they only have to wash it once. Moreover, they only informed me of this a day before my stay when the booking was already non-refundable. I see this as a very shady and unfair business practice. Otherwise it was fine, I especially appreciated the curtains and good sound isolation between the rooms.

Rooms are clean and the sleeping pods have good ventilation, but the noises in the area of the bed location (had the sleeping pod at 163) was terrible and haven't been this sleep deprived in a long time. Spent a weekend at the hostel and slept barely anything during my stay. The comfort of the bed mattress is also below average and quite stiff. I would say that this is a good place for a one night stay, but not for longer stays. Staffs are friendly and common areas are clean.

Vi boede i stueeplan, ud os hovedindgangen, hvor der var larm til 23.30. Lyset i rummene tænder og slukker automatisk, hvilket var meget irriterende. Vi købte morgenmad, men blev her meget skuffede, da udvalget var meget begrænset og særligt børnene have glædet sig til pandekager, som ikke var at finde.

Checkin was fast and easy with friendly and service minded personell. Was lucky and found parking right outside (aprox 600DKK for 48 hours. Hotel has interesting concept with very nice common areas and a central location in Aarhus. Booked a 4 bed room and got what was expected (looks like a cabin on a ship) but room was clean and beds quite comfortable. Only negative experience was the temperature in the room (Like a sauna inside the "cabin") and had no means of opening a window or setting temperature setpoint. Had to open the emergency exit door towards the common area to get some cooler air inside, the downside with this was reduced feeling of security and the 24/7 music they play in common areas was clearly felt inside the "cabin" all night long.

Jeg bookede på Roberta's, fordi det var nyt og spændende. Det er også et virkeligt fint sted, hvor der er sat fokus på fede detaljer, community og det lille ekstra - i fællesområderne. Rigtig venlig personale, god stemning og høj kvalitet. Jeg sov i dobbeltmadras køjeseng og det fungerede rigtig fint og var hyggeligt. Stort plus at der var 220v og USB stik i rummet.

Checkin was fast and easy with friendly and service minded personell. Was lucky and found parking right outside (aprox 600DKK for 48 hours. Hotel has interesting concept with very nice common areas and a central location in Aarhus. Booked a 4 bed room and got what was expected (looks like a cabin on a ship) but room was clean and beds quite comfortable. Only negative experience was the temperature in the room (Like a sauna inside the "cabin") and had no means of opening a window or setting temperature setpoint. Had to open the emergency exit door towards the common area to get some cooler air inside, the downside with this was reduced feeling of security and the 24/7 music they play in common areas was clearly felt inside the "cabin" all night long.

The installations are ok for the price, but the quality of service is terrible, we got food by delivery and they didn't let us est in the lobby tables where other people were eating. They send us to another area were they said a table was but they were not sure about chairs and said we will have to figure out the chair for ourselves, in the end we came back to lobby and they offered one from there. we requested for board games and playing cards in English and they said they had none, 30 seconds later another guy comes and ask for the same in danish and they have it to them, a bit racist ? (I was speaking English because so my partner could follow the conversation but I also speak Danish) Lastly having to pay 20dkk for leaving each backpack it's something I have not experienced in any other accommodation. I'm general the room was clean and ok comfy. The service was extremely poor We stayed in a family room

Centralt inde i centrum til shopping, restauranter, transport, samt seværdigheder (fx Aros og Den Gamle By) til et mindre beløb, end det billigste Airbnb i området, hvis man kun har overnatning i fokus. Dejlige køjesenge (inkl. puder), som man faldt i søvn i med det samme. Det var skønt, at sengelinned og et enkelt badehåndklæde per person i vores private værelse var inkluderet i prisen. Ekstra håndklæder koster 20kr per styks, hvilket også er ok. Og det var også ret positivt, at vi havde vores eget bad og toilet på værelset, når man tænker på, at det er et hostel, og ikke et hotel, eller motel. Det var dog lidt klamt at finde 2 linser (til øjnene) oven på en af de øverste køjesenges lamper. De var højst sandsynligt fra en tidligere gæst, der satte dem dér, inden vedkommende sku sove, hvilket var lidt kvalmende at tænke på. Når man bader, så synes jeg, at vandet tog en lille smule ekstra tid (end hva der forventes at være normalt) at sive ned igennem risten. Om det er "normalt" hos dem eller om der er en lille smule tilstoppet under risten, aner jeg ikke.

Roberta’s var super hyggeligt! Det ligger jo helt perfekt - lige i smørhullet af Aarhus. Fin service, venligt personale og hyggelige glade gæster. Dejlige siddeområder, mulighed for bl.a. bordtennis mm. En dejlig STOR kop kaffe købes i receptionen for 25(!)kr. Det vil vi 100% vende tilbage til.

I know Denmark can be expensive, but even so, I don’t think the room was worth the cost. It felt like I paid hotel prices for a hostel service. There was no room cleaning during my stay. Thankfully, I didn’t have breakfast included, the day I paid extra for it, i found it was pretty basic.

Bon séjour, restaurant agréable, localisation parfaite. Chambres cabine très petite, petit déjeuner à améliorer : on est arrivés certains matins 20 minutes avant la fermeture et il manquait beaucoup de choses, pas de croissant, plus de lait, pas de pancakes..

Dejlig centralt, gåafstand til det meste. Havde lille dobbeltværelse, alt var fint. til en virkelig god pris. Ærgerligt med automatisk lystænding på badeværelse om natten - vækker den der sover. Nød at sidde med udsigt over Mølleparken og Aros, med DJ spillende fredag eftermiddag, go' musik. Social dining fredag aften var godt, dejlig mad, synd der ikke var så mange, men det kommer måske, når vejret er mere til at sidde indendørs.

Nice place with great vibes. A lot of activities for families and playful adults with board games, pool, table tennis (ping pong) and cornhole. Great centrale location. And overall high value for money. Also a very nice cantine with great quality and a nice selection. We didn’t try the breakfast. There is community dinner every evening and an entrainment in the basement. Only downside - the cleaning is very poor. We found bandages in the private shower and a used Kleenex on top of the bed lamp. Cleaning in the community areas could be better. Very dusty in the ping pong room.

I would like to express how disappointed our family was with our stay at your hotel. Our experience started before we even arrived. Around 36 hours before check-in, I called to ask if it would be possible to postpone our stay by one night because the ferry from Läsö to Fredrikshavn was fully booked. I was told this was impossible. We also had a separate two-night reservation with your hotel, which I could have cancelled, but I decided to keep it. To make matters worse, I did not receive any Hotels.com reward credits because the first night was cancelled by you?, even though I never accepted or agreed to that cancellation. When we arrived, we were initially given Room 212, which our children (aged 6 and 9) were very happy with. After unpacking, making all the beds, and settling in, we discovered that the toilet could not be flushed. Eventually, the staff at the reception managed to arrange another room for us, Room 202. Unfortunately, this room was located directly above the outdoor smoking area. Our youngest son felt sick on several occasions because of the cigarette smoke, and we ended up leaving the hotel. I explained all of these issues to your staff, but they referred to a policy and said there was nothing they could do. I asked them to escalate the matter to their manager, but I have no idea whether that ever happened. I emailed you twice but you still have not answered (3 weeks ago)

Mixed age groups and social activities on a broad scale - can recommend if you are a good socializer and like to connect with all types of people. OBS: Caution adviced if your on business.... All in all good, but with no daily housekeeping, it would have been nice with extra towels, more toilet paper and a bigger trash can. No aircondition, so the room becomes warm in the summer. No iron clothes hangers, hair dryer etc.
