The hotel was ok. We stayed for one night. It had everything you need to sleep. It’s definitely not a 5 star hotel. It was close to the ferry we actually walked there when we arrived. Maybe a 10 min walk. They had construction next door literal next to the pool so we didn’t use it. The area around the hotel looked like it was hit by a hurricane. Very dirty, very poor. It’s about 3 blocks from the beach which was nice.

This is a budget friendly hotel in a quiet area of Holbox, but within a short walk to all of the things one would need. Friendly staff, clean pool, and a huge deck off our suite that we thoroughly enjoyed.

Decent budget hotel just outside the main center of town. Room was pretty comfortable. Water pressure left a bit to be desired. We had a fridge and a sink area with a microwave, which we didn't use. Balcony overlooked the pool area. As to the pool, the beds and umbrellas were fairly dated and tired. The pool itself was cleaned every few days, but was very warm the entire time. Not a refreshing pool at all. It rained a lot when we were there, and the surrounding pool area was flooded a lot of the time we were there.

A quiet, family-friendly hotel. It's just a few minutes' walk to the beach and the town centre, but in a peaceful spot away from loud bars. Lovely pool and hammocks for relaxing. Staff are very welcoming.

En general el hotel es muy bonito y agradable , buena atención del personal en todo momento , muy buena limpieza en la habitación y el hotel . Puntos malos están haciendo remodelaciones y empiezan hacer mucho ruido desde las 8 am , no dejan tomar o consumir ningún alimento en área de alberca , teniendo muchas habitaciones disponibles siempre daban las de PB que para mi gusto son las más feas porque no tienen balcón esas fueron la que siempre estuvieron ocupadas , de repente se iba la luz y el agua caliente fuera de eso fue agradable nuestra estancia yo creo que si regresaría.

Établissement agréable au 1er abord chambre spacieuse bien équipée propre et proche du centre ville.personnel agréable .Nous avons passé une 1ere nuit chaotique car des jeunes ont fait la fête et du bruit mais bon cela ne s'est pas reproduit . Sinon gros problème avec la piscine qui était très sale et qui avait pas beaucoup d'eau . Nous ne nous sommes pas baignes . C est dommage .

Ne vous fiez pas aux photos. Il n'y a pas de terrain de volleyball, ni de table de ping-pong. Les photos de vélos sont en realité non inclus mais à louer et sont dans un état lamentable. Il y a de la construction sur le site et même si le gérant affirme que c'etait indiqué au moment de la réservation, c'est faux. Apres qu'on se soit plaint de la construction, le personnel, à commencer par le gérant, nous ignoraient completement. L'hôtel à la base est ok mais l'extérience négative. Je n'y retournerai pas.

Friendly reception. We arrived a little before check in and our room wasn’t ready but they kindly offered to store our bags and gave us good recommendations for lunch. We did have an issue with the tv not working, but it was fixed for us right away. Beautiful little boutique hotel with hammocks and a nice pool with loungers, umbrellas and a nice seating area in the garden. They are in the midst of building a little restaurant for the hotel which will make this place perfect. Easy walk to the beach. I would highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful small hotel, super clean and in very nice condition, the staff were very friendly. This hotel is a quick 4 minutes from the best part of the beach and some really great places to eat.

Muy buena opción para hospedarse en holbox, comodidad y accesible a la playa y zona centro. La única observación es que no cambiaron las toallas en las noches que estuvimos y no lavaron el baño. De ahí en más nos encantó el hotel.

Our room (#1) was really not that clean. Could use some deepcleaning. Roads after the rain in Isla Holbox are full of water and the area of the villas is in not very tidy neighbourhood. As room was on the 1st floor we heard everybody passes through our vindow and actually there was little of privacy.

The front desk staff were friendly and also helpful with providing us with fresh towels. We liked that we were in a quiet part of town and that we couldn't hear our neighbours at all through the walls. Housekeeping was extremely average, most days leaving our dirty towels and not replacing them unless we asked. We were happy to have hot showers, though the shower leaked and there wasn't an adequate bath mat to soak up the water (instead, a rubber door mat was provided which was useless). The fridge is tiny and the safe is so small you can't fit a laptop in it so we didn't bother using it. The bed was comfy and it was an easy walk to Centro and the beach from this location.

Les abords de l'hôtel sont sales (mais c'est un peu partout comme ça si on n'est pas dans un hôtel situé directement sur la plage). La piscine est sympa et agréable. Les chambres sont correctes, la literie confortable. La salle de bain aurait eu besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement. Bref, ce n'est pas le grand luxe mais compte tenu du prix, c'est correct.

The location is ok and maybe the price of this accommodation is appealing outside of high season (we travelled at Christmas and got high prices), but it’s best to stay in a beachfront hotel when staying in Holbox for a short stay. The amenities of the property are fine and the accommodation itself is comfortable and has no issues. It’s also a 5-10 minute walk into downtown and the beach. Wifi isn’t amazing on the top floor.

We had a room with a big private terrass Which was very nice. The room was on the second floor at the end so it was quiet. Comfortable beds, coffee machine with provided coffee and a small fridge. To walk to the ferry around 10 minutes, to centre around 7 min. There is no restaurant at the hotel but easy to walk to the centre where there are plenty of cute and nice restaurants.

Hotel en buen estado, confortable. A 8 minutos de la playa. A 7 del centro de Holbox. Ofrecieron bebida de cortesía la cual no nos entregaron. La alberca está chiquita pero siempre limpia y se disfruta con el calor intenso de Holbox. Check in y out muy eficientes. El internet aunque con cobertura lo más que daba era 4 Mbps. Agua caliente en las habitaciones.

Nice outdoor area. Rooms are basic but have a small fridge and a microwave. A light blanket would be a great option and the ability to kick the door with a key from the outside. There was alot of early morning door slamming as that is the only way to kick up when leaving

AC was great and hardwoorking cleaning staff kept the property and rooms clean. In room coffee machine, bar fridge and microwave were appreciated. Good water pressure and hot showers! Far enough away from the tourist zone in town but less than 10 minute walk. Beach is about 15 minutes away. Pictures were better than reality. Room was ok size but thought we had a balcony. Turned out that you have to look very closely at the room type and amenities. No privacy from the noisy construction of a new hotel right beside this one. Only security tape separated the properties and the TV wasn't receiving any channels. Very average in terms of quality relative to cost.

Hotel is fine, tv didn't work for us. Also pool was very shallow. Just beware of the tons on bugs and mosquitoes. And wear comfy shoes as streets are full of mud.

Hotel en buen estado, confortable. A 8 minutos de la playa. A 7 del centro de Holbox. Ofrecieron bebida de cortesía la cual no nos entregaron. La alberca está chiquita pero siempre limpia y se disfruta con el calor intenso de Holbox. Check in y out muy eficientes. El internet aunque con cobertura lo más que daba era 4 Mbps. Agua caliente en las habitaciones.

Mauricio was great and helpful with what he could, always smiling and asking us how we were doing. If he was not at the front desk, was easy to reach on what’s app. The room was fine - basic, but what we needed. Wifi terrible (but that’s an island thing…). Hammocks were nice to lay in and pool was kept clean. We wanted to play volleyball on the court, but there wasn’t a ball, told to use a soccer ball that had been used in the pool…that was disappointing. Property overall could use some love and care…Was very quiet, but convenient to the beach and restaurants nearby. Visit the fruit stand nearby for delicious mangos!

The front desk staff were friendly and also helpful with providing us with fresh towels. We liked that we were in a quiet part of town and that we couldn't hear our neighbours at all through the walls. Housekeeping was extremely average, most days leaving our dirty towels and not replacing them unless we asked. We were happy to have hot showers, though the shower leaked and there wasn't an adequate bath mat to soak up the water (instead, a rubber door mat was provided which was useless). The fridge is tiny and the safe is so small you can't fit a laptop in it so we didn't bother using it. The bed was comfy and it was an easy walk to Centro and the beach from this location.

Ne vous fiez pas aux photos. Il n'y a pas de terrain de volleyball, ni de table de ping-pong. Les photos de vélos sont en realité non inclus mais à louer et sont dans un état lamentable. Il y a de la construction sur le site et même si le gérant affirme que c'etait indiqué au moment de la réservation, c'est faux. Apres qu'on se soit plaint de la construction, le personnel, à commencer par le gérant, nous ignoraient completement. L'hôtel à la base est ok mais l'extérience négative. Je n'y retournerai pas.

Friendly reception. We arrived a little before check in and our room wasn’t ready but they kindly offered to store our bags and gave us good recommendations for lunch. We did have an issue with the tv not working, but it was fixed for us right away. Beautiful little boutique hotel with hammocks and a nice pool with loungers, umbrellas and a nice seating area in the garden. They are in the midst of building a little restaurant for the hotel which will make this place perfect. Easy walk to the beach. I would highly recommend staying here!

The hotel was ok. We stayed for one night. It had everything you need to sleep. It’s definitely not a 5 star hotel. It was close to the ferry we actually walked there when we arrived. Maybe a 10 min walk. They had construction next door literal next to the pool so we didn’t use it. The area around the hotel looked like it was hit by a hurricane. Very dirty, very poor. It’s about 3 blocks from the beach which was nice.

AC was great and hardwoorking cleaning staff kept the property and rooms clean. In room coffee machine, bar fridge and microwave were appreciated. Good water pressure and hot showers! Far enough away from the tourist zone in town but less than 10 minute walk. Beach is about 15 minutes away. Pictures were better than reality. Room was ok size but thought we had a balcony. Turned out that you have to look very closely at the room type and amenities. No privacy from the noisy construction of a new hotel right beside this one. Only security tape separated the properties and the TV wasn't receiving any channels. Very average in terms of quality relative to cost.

Ligger ca. 10 minutters gang fra centrum, og der er ca. 5 min gang til en dejlig strand.

We had a room with a big private terrass Which was very nice. The room was on the second floor at the end so it was quiet. Comfortable beds, coffee machine with provided coffee and a small fridge. To walk to the ferry around 10 minutes, to centre around 7 min. There is no restaurant at the hotel but easy to walk to the centre where there are plenty of cute and nice restaurants.
