Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was ok and had several choices. The staff was very friendly. My only complaint is about the indoor pool. The water was very cold and the tile surrounding the pool is so slippery that my son fell. Why anyone would surround a pool with slippery tile I have no idea.

We stayed for five nights on a family vacation. Pros first: great breakfast with many choices and plenty of seating, convenient location for the event I was attending (NOT downtown, but only about a 10 minute drive), helpful staff at the front desk and breakfast room, great water pressure in the shower, convenient to have a coin-operated laundry room. Cons: not enough parking, including not sufficient handicap parking (it was so over full one time that some illegally parked between handicap spots). There was a funky (musty, urine??) smell in our room, hallways are not adequately air conditioned, the side door key pad did not work, so if you have to park in the side lot, you have to walk to the front door; the pool was sometimes “open” but not heated due to a malfunctioning heating element. Management did put up a sign to explain the situation, but we had planned on letting our kiddo swim a lot during the vacation. Our keycards stopped working at 6 am of our checkout day; there were stains on the carpet in the stairwell and guests were propping open the emergency door to the stairwell with rocks due to the lack of a keypad at that door. Our room wasn’t cleaned every day nor did they leave fresh towels.

Nice, clean and quiet. Check in was quick and easy. Not too many places to eat but the Mexican place in front was walkable and delicious. Pool has no heat so was really cold.

The bathroom was dirty. Had hair on the shower walls. They didn't get my room cleaned one day but were very quick to get up there and take care of it. Service and staff were very nice. I've stayed at this property several times and this is first time it was not clean.

We were able to check in right at 3. We were in a room on the corner and never noticed any issues with noise. We noticed some issues with cleanliness as the stay went on. We noticed hair on several parts of the shower. There was a K-cuo set out that has ovviously been used. Stains on the lampshade, etc. There was law enforcement driving through the parking lot at night and seen entering a side door. A gas station is right in front of the hotel, convenient to fuel up.on gas or snacks.

The staff was friendly. The rooms were modern and sheets were clean but the bathrooms need extra attention. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom and the shower floor needed to be scrubbed with bleach. I asked for a room change and the shower floor was not much better.

I got to the hotel and went out to celebrate my husband's birthday we got back late at night and went to bed we laid down on it to find out that it was soaking wet with a big stain, looked and smelled like pee. We had to go down and request a new bedroom at 3 in the morning.

My Husband and I were in Savannah for a funeral. We stayed at this property for 5 days and were very pleased. The property is extremely well maintained, very clean,and the staff was friendly and accommodating. We were very pleasantly surprised with all the choices for breakfast. We will definitely stay here again.

Beds were good. Would be nice for extra pillows in closet. A/C ran ok but often felt warm during the night. We checked in late around 11:30 and Dede I believe, night assistant, was so friendly and helpful. All other employees were very nice, and helpful for any questions. We stay at HI often as we travel frequently. Would definitely recommend. Kudos to all of your staff.

The property is a newer hotel, but the staff is what made the stay enjoyable. Sylvia was very accommodating and gave a personal touch to the experience. Our 2nd stay, and we’ll be back, if circumstances bring us to the Savannah area again.

Cold faced receptionist that seemed not helping by telling me “I don’t have a reservation confirmation for you in the system and I can’t help until the manager comes in tomorrow morning. You need to call Hotels.com and ask them.” I was like “What?” It was the worst response I encountered as a customer. Some moments later while I was having a hard time to reach hotels.com, she finally figured out by calling the manager. That was better than the earlier.

Sylvia was absolutely delightful, she checked us in when we arrived, and and out the next day. The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept on next to my own at home. Breakfast was good and hot as well. Would definitely stay here again

The receptionist was not very welcoming and snapped at me about my drivers license. The attendant for breakfast wasn't very attentive and had to be asked multiple times about coffee. The hotel itself was very pleasant, but the staff needs a little coaching on Customer Service.

Staff was absolutely incredible. The front desk were a joy to talk to, everyone we passed greeted us, and everyone would go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and cared for. My only complaint was that the pool was incredibly over-chlorinated to the point that it was green. It wasn’t dirty or anything, but whoever tended to the chemicals last just overdid it and so we sadly had to skip out on using the pool. The breakfast was delicious and had new options every day, which was a fun surprise. Overall, I’m so happy we stayed here and would gladly do so again if we are back in the area.

The hotel was located close to the interstate. Was about 15 minutes from River St. The room and beds were nicely kept and comfortable to be in. Breakfast was great to eat with hot and cold food available. All staff was friendly and helpful.
