This hotel is very conveniently located to all the restaurants we enjoyed. The breakfast buffet offers fresh fruit, veggies, chef made omelettes, a wide assortment of pastries and smoothies. The workout room is sufficient with weights and a few treadmills. The huge pool is warm and very visible on the dining floor. We loved it. I highly recommend this hotel.

Dejligt moderne hotel. Generelt rigtig god servce, med undtagelse af bartender, der ikke informerede om happy-hour og promotions and regler derfor. Stort morgenmads udvalg, flot anrettet, dog tørt brød og kaffemaskinen var sat alt for svagt med bønner, så kaffen var super tynd. Gym godt. Generelt et deligt hotel med god service.

Lovely hotel booked when the rates were lower, usually rates are quite high. The pool is not actually heated and my card was charged fully instead of a holding amount so be careful with that.

Stayed in Nairobi for 2 nights. Hotel was wonderful, location great beside a lovely forest great for morning walk. Staff were wonderful especially John the concierge and Judy at the spa! Food was lovely, power bowl exceptional! Would definitely return here on next trip to Nairobi.

The Staff and management responded to requests promptly. The cleaning was great but inconsistent. I ended up losing my apple air Ponds on check out. Following up we were told to file a police report. That really sounded weird and unfortunate. We hope to stay again despite this mishap as our overall stay was very pleasant.

The best thing if the hotel is the STAFF: adorable… Location is also one of the bests in town! Room is like many others of the chain, but comfortable. Did not have time to check spa! The pool seemed fun for the kids - not my style. Breakfast is good.

The staff was professional and welcoming throughout the entire stay, and helped with transportation and other issues and questions I had. The property and room amenities were fine and comfortable. The security around the hotel area was strict but expected since it was near the President's State House. Unfortunately, the only one issue I had was late night noise. from the room above and early morning carts rolling outside the hallway. If I were to stay at the Radisson again, I would definitely ask for a top floor room and for a quieter room. Otherwise, a wonderful hotel overall.

The hotel has a superb location beside the beautiful Arboretum park with the bonus of free access for hotel guests. It is a great place for a walk or run from sunrise to sunset and is filled with meadow, forest and open green spaces with seats as well as friendly small monkeys. The hotel service is friendly and efficient. Rooms have a large storage space for clothes and personal items and comfortable beds. The wifi works very well too and is available all over the hotel. The breakfast is excellent with a superb range of fresh fruit juices, prepared or freshly squeezed to order. There is ample choice of coffees and teas and plenty of fruit, salads, eggs and smoked salmon. There is also a Chinese and Indian section. Overall the hotel offers a very comfortable and relaxed environment with easy access to CBD and other areas of Nairobi.

Great location - nice and central but sadly avoid any rooms near the event space. I'm the middle of a meeting and a 6 night stay and whooooommmp, Dufft,Dufft a huge PA rig starts up with no notice in advance. Absolutely deafening in the room (110) Management moved me but not willing and no prompt response.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff at the restaurants and room service were excellent. Price at the restaurant a bit expensive. However, I was shocked when the front desk asked to withhold $1,000.00 for incidentals. I have paid the hotel stay already but, they needed to withhold $1,000. I have never seen this anywhere in the world.

I was disappointed the hotel failed to pick me up despite the fact that I had communicated the flight change and cancellation. It is not OK in this day and age with the multiplicity of apps and flight tracking capability for the hotel of that standing to mishandle airport transfer.

I booked a 2 twin room for me and my adult son with breakfast and paid in advance. We showed the reservation and they still said we had to pay for breakfast and put us in a single bed room. They had to move us to another room, then charged over $50 for breakfast. Very disappointing stay.

The team at this property is extraordinary. The service, food, my room (upgrade), location, safety, - everything was a 12/10. They really have gone beyond the call of duty in delivering a 5-star hotel. I will definitely be back and recommend it to all my friends traveling to Nairobi.

The Radisson Blu at the National Arboretum in Nairobi is a solid all-round exquisitely put together property. The staff go out of their way to cater to special tastes, however subtle. Being close to the new expressway also means that it takes just 20 to 25 minutes to hit the airport even during rush-hour. Thorougly world-class establishment.
