The staff are very kind and helpful. My only suggestion is you use a local coffee roaster called Rockbern for the coffee you serve in your restaurants. They do a fantastic job and I think your guests would enjoy their coffee. Thank you for everything I had a wonderful stay.

The hotel is beautiful and comfortable. We booked the junior suite so we can enjoy a large space outdoors privately. We truly enjoyed our time and the staff was very helpful and kind. Also the dining area is beautiful and the food was delicious. I highly recommend this property

Room was always cleaned. Staf was friendly and very professional. Shout to Mary with the welcoming smile as soon as I worked into the lobby, John also was a very patient chauffeur. I enjoyed our conversations. Cannot remember all the names that were exceptionally pro-active. Spent so much time here I felt like I was part of the Blu family. Security is guaranteed and I love it.
