Nice hotel, the ladies up front were nice. The only thing I wasn’t aware of was that they didn’t have people come restock your rooms daily or at least every other day. We had to go the front desk multiple times for more clean towels, because they don’t have pool towels so we had to use our room towels.

The motel itself was great. Parking was a nightmare, spots are too narrow to gain access into your own car every morning. Lots of homeless people roaming around made me uneasy. The breakfast food was not good at all.

The staff is always helpful and polite … the hotel is new and clean! I would not stay in the room across from the ice machine is my only complaint since you can hear every ice cube drop when filling ice buckets! The walls are a little thin as well for noise but never enough to be bothersome or stop me from again at the hotel! AND FREE PARKING, since many hotels in Dallas charge for parking! Kroger’s is around the corner and the full-size refrigerator is really a nice feature, microwave and dishwasher! Cupboards have all the utensils you need.

The area of town is a little sketchy, but the room itself was clean and roomy. Also, the pool was outside and tiny, which is not usable when the weather is cold and rainy. And given the area of town, I did not feel safe using an outside pool, even if the weather permitted. An indoor hot tub would have been great though!

Very clean throughout. Plenty of facilities such as a gym and laundry. Surrounding area has some construction and a few homeless but during the day the area is fine. Outside doors require keycard access after dark, so it feels safe.

Very clean room and lobby, smelled wonderful. Stayed here overnight to be close to the hospital for my son's surgery. He loved the large rooms and beds were very comfy. Loved the body wash products. Would stay here again for any future needs. Also, super nice front desk gentlemen upon check in and check out. Thank you!

The rooms were nice and clean with plenty of space for luggage, groceries and still to sit and chill without having to sit on the beds. I especially loved that there was ample surface area to set things down on (counter tops, night stands, etc) and lots of drawer space. One thing I really did not like having a barn door for the bathroom! It didn’t give much privacy at all. The staff was kind and accommodating.

I was super excited for our family vacation and it was our dirst time at that hotel and it was beautiful and spacious. But everything change for us when we saw roaches in our room and the manager said that it was normal and that all hotels had them. I quickly let her know that wasn't true and that she cant speak for every hotel chain. We wanted at total refund but they just only gave us our money back for the rest of the time. So please be aware they do have roaches at that hotel and they are okay with them.

Condoms and old food under the bed and in mattress. Front desk came to clean she was very sweet . She let me know the manager would take care of this but that never happened. Overall clean place and nice breakfast.

Great location for downtown events. Bed was not comfortable- so hard! Neighbors could easily be heard, including walking from upstairs hotel rooms. A/C was loud coming on during the night. Tough to sleep.

Everything was great but the bathroom. They have a sliding door so it is not at all private. The shower is also clear so even if you walk by there’s a 2 inch gap. So if you like privacy while bathing or going to the bathroom you might want another hotel! Besides that, everything was clean and the room was really nice.

There’s a good bit of highway noise, but they provided earplugs in a mask which was appreciated. I was there for a week for work. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was decent. I would definitely stay there again.

This hotel was very nice, and very clean! Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable! We really enjoyed our stay here! The Home 2 Suites are very convenient with their compact kitchenettes and roomy areas. Bathroom is wonderful with a beautiful led lighted mirror.

This hotel was advertised as having a full kitchen. The kitchen does NOT have a stove. You have to sign out a small single burner induction cook top with a 10” frying pan. The air freshener in the lobby is not pleasing at all, it is very strong and repugnant.

1 of 2 room booked had wet carpet from tile/kitchen area to the carpet area. Area 3x6 wet and soaked. Was not aware until I asked my daughter why her socks were dirty and then found out after I took my shoes off and walked through it and socks were drench. My daughter almost slipped with socks on going into the bathroom. Called service desk, no way to comp or switch room as they were fully over booked. Was told that maintenance will check the next morning. Spouse was not happy. Called service desk again, they brought up a fan and towels to lay over the wet area. I showed the service lady when towels were brought up - walked in the area, showed her how wet it is when stepping on tile. Pictures- you can see foot prints on the tile. Was told that it could possibly be spot cleaning and there was no time to dry. Nothing they could do so we just had to walk over towels and use the blower.

Upon arrival, I was informed my reservation had been canceled. I had to pay additional deposits just to be able to have my prepaid- for room, and the attitude of the front desk clerk, “Alan,” was less than welcoming by far and his sarcasm toward me for arriving “late” was highly unsolicited. He claimed because I didn’t check in on time or call by check-in is the reason they canceled; I explained I was in surgery on Christmas Eve and just got released to travel to my father’s operation for Christmas Day; because they didn’t hear from me by 3pm, they cancelled my reservation, yet kept my money, then put me in a smaller room, with no discount to the rate from the king room I had reserved. I called the front desk to extend for another day and the female desk clerk rudely told me to check out then hung up on me. Housekeeping and “Sean” at the front desk were great, thankfully. The others… not so much.

Due to my condo being uninhabitable, I made reservations for one night, but needed an additional night. The Brilliant Professionals collaborated and added the extra stay. Also, they provided clear, concise instructions on what I need to do before 11:00AM(CST). My apologies for not recalling your names. Continue to make a difference in the Hospitality industry!

Hotel is located near downtown Dallas and ten mins from Love Field, which was convenient for us. The room was huge and clean, very much like pictured. The front desk service was terrible. You barely got a grunt in response to your questions. One of the two elevators was out during our two night stay making things a bit slow. I used the stairs when the wait got to be too long (we had two rooms, one on the third floor and one on the fifth.) Free and ample parking. The breakfast was horrible so we went to a local brunch place. The "free" coffee carafe downstairs was either empty or cold so that was frustrating. I would not stay here again, I felt like we overpaid for what we got.

The girl at the front desk was polite and friendly. Loved the selection of weights in the gym. And parking can get a little crowded at night, but during the day it was excellent. Had the complimentary breakfast the next morning and it was decent, the eggs could be better. Convenient for my needs in downtown Dallas

I visited with my family to attend the Texas State Fair. Being retired now I was looking for a bargain and this property was well reviewed on most travel sites. I got a deal from BOA thru Expedia. For a mid to high level budget hotel this property was mostly good. Very clean, safe area, nice size rooms, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, decent TV with plenty of good channels, free parking and breakfast and pool. The outside pool and breakfast were only fair. The worst part was the staff and housekeeping. In a 3 day stay they never cleaned our room, despite several requests. They have a front desk clerk that lacks hospitality skills and showed little respect to a paying guest. It turned into her claiming a “he said-she said” situation. Total BS. So, I complained upon check-out and the front desk manager did call me and he was very understanding, apologetic, and respectful. However, no compensation of any type since I used Expedia versus Hilton website. In sum, if you stay here it is hit or miss if you’ll get your room cleaned. Plus, nothing to brag about the pool and breakfast.

Rooms weren't ready for over an hour after check-in time. One room smelled like someone had either vomited on everything or had atrocious body odor that clung to every surface of the room. . I asked to be moved and was told that i couldn't be and that was because i booked thrift a third party. Very disgusted and will never stay there again.

We love this place. We stay twice a year for business while at the market center. Staff is super friendly, rooms are really comfortable. They have a nice breakfast. The facility is clean inside and outside. Only complaint is that it can be a little hair raising trying to turn left out of the driveway at certain times of day. Greta location and super close to DAL airport.

Extremely comfortable room with workspace. Good service, clean, free coffee available 24/7, good variety at breakfast. My only complaint was that the prepared omelettes at breakfast were dried out -- minor disappointment there, but I didn't have time to bring it to the front desk's attention. Would definitely stay again!
