No laundry service. No iron or ironing board in your room. You have to go to a separate "ironing room". Ridiculously small rooms. You have to climb into the bed from the bottom and no place to put your phone alongside the bed.

Very conveniently positioned hotel in Old Town Geneva. It is very modern and quite IT focused but there are still plenty of staff to assist and they do so with a smile even when they are very busy. We were recommended a room on the rue de la rotisserie side of the building which was nice as it was quiet and we woke up with the greenery of the trees.The room was spotless but is quite small with the bed wedged in between the outer window and the wall of the bathroom with no circulation space around. Clearly it's for those who won't spend much time in the room which was perfect for us as we were out all day. The washbasin is in the room and not in the bathroom, which was also fine for us but may not be for everyone. The bathroom is modern and clean with a good walk-in shower. There is space to hang up clothes and there is a safe but no tea and coffee making facilities. You can't open the windows but we didn't think this was an issue. The 24h bar downstairs is a nice touch. We didn't have breakfast but we ate there once in the evening and the food was good. All in all we had a really good stay and we would definitely recommend the hotel for those on a city break.

Loved this hotel, same quality as its Zurich counterpart, only difference was some staff are less friendly (other staff were wonderful!) A little smile on their faces would make the hotel much more welcoming. Unlimited tap and sparkling water, linens/towels were clean, room was comfortable and clean too. Location was perfect, right at the old town.

VOLEURS !!! - Chambres extrêmement petites pour le prix, on ne peut même pas faire un tour du lit car collé à la fenêtre et au mur. Impossible d’ouvrir la valise a moins que de la mettre sur le lit -pas de parking!!! Et aucun renseignement de comment se garer car self checkin -petit déjeuner pauvre et digne d’un hôtel économe sur autoroute -le pire c’est les 50€ qu’on m’a prélevé 30 minute après le départ alors que j’avais déjà tout réglé chambre et petite déjeuner ainsi que la taxe de séjour. Au checkout on m’a dit que tout était ok et zéro à payer. C’est simplement du vol!!! Impossible de joindre l’hôtel pas téléphone même en attendant 10 minutes en ligne. Plus jamais je ne remets mes pieds là-bas, à déconseiller vraiment car rapport qualité prix médiocre. Trop cher pour rien. En plus ils se servent sur y’a carte bancaire après ton départ.

The hotel is very modern and very clean. Although the rooms are small, they are awesome - king size beds, blackout shades, and a rain shower. Strong wifi throughout. The bar and lounge space is casual with a nice variety of seating options. Staff were friendly. We chose a courtyard facing room and there was zero noise at night. Highly recommend!

Modern, comfortable and great location. This was a great place to stay for our time in Geneva. The room is fairly small, but the space is used well. The use of technology is great, with smart lighting and motorized blinds controlled by ipad or phone app or physical switches on the wall. 15 minute walk to bus/train station. The king bed is comfortable, the air conditioner was perfect and the shower pressure and water temp were excellent. All the main sights are within walking distance or hop on the tram for 15 minutes to get to the UN building. Overall a great experience staying at this hotel.

Great location and customer service. Room small but high tech so very user friendly. Shower and bathroom is compact and has an excellent water pressure. However, limited amenities in the room. It is in a great location and walking distance to shops, restaurants and site of interest. Recommended for those quick weekend trip to Geneva. Thank you.

The bed is against the walls and the window on three sides, so there is only one side to get in and out. Whoever came up with this idea?? Also, the bathroom walls - glass - are semi-transparent, so there's very little privacy. The room is very small and there is barely any space to unpack. The hotel itself is in a great location and is clean and good-looking.

Great location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel close to everything. Only issue we had was the cleaning staff on the day our room was to be clean completely. We believed they forgot to do our room and by 5pm, we contacted the front desk and they had someone go to our room to clean it. However, they did not empty the trash which had 3 days worth of garbage in it nor did they replaced the toilet paper. I had to call the front desk to have someone take the garbage away and bring us toilet paper. Besides this, I highly would recommend this hotel.

The hotel meets expectation but they unfortunately double booked and we were told there was no room for us on arrival at 1am, despite having paid and secured booking well in advance. They accommodated us elsewhere but it was vey poorly managed, taking over an hour to arrange alternative accom. We were totally exhausted.

From check in to check out the staff was amazing! The friendliest during my entire trip. I am excited to hear this is becoming a Marriott hotel I work fot the JW Marriott brand and would steal your associates if I could! Thank You for an amazing experience! Kathy

This hotel is centrally located, and on the more affordable side for Geneva. Although prices become unjustifiably astronomical during off season - extortion in January anyone? Bear in mind too that while they costs slightly less than the neighbours, the rooms are significantly smaller. As a regular traveller staying here, however, my worst experience was this past week, when my jacket was stolen from my room. I had forgotten my jacket on the chair in my room upon check out. I immediately contacted the hotel and asked them to recover the jacket from my room and put it aside for me. However, they did not go check in the room that day, and waited until the next day....WHY? No one knows. Surprise surprise, by the next day, my jacket has already vanished. Was it the cleaners? Was it the person who stayed in the room that night? Was it someone else? We will never know. What remains though is that theft is unacceptable. Beware of leaving any items in your room in this place.

Our stay at the hotel was remarkable from start to finish, especially with the seamless self-service check-in/out process. What truly set our experience apart was the extraordinary service from Nabil, the barman. Very helpful staff, lovely area around the cathedral a 6 minute walk uphill. Many attractive bars and very smart art gallery (De Jonckheere). Easy access to/ from airport bus number10 which takes under 30 minutes and stops 3 minute walk away towards lake side.

A nice hotel in the centre of Geneva. It is right on the edge of the Old City, so a short walk up the hill gets you to many interesting restaurants. In the other direction it is a five minute walk to the promenade on the lake.

Alles lässt sich per Ipad Mini bedienen. Ich hatte einen tollen Blick auf Place du Molard und ein Stückchen vom Genfer See.

A great experience at CitizenM hotel. Super location with shops and restaurants right on our door step. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. 24 hr food service!! Complete automatic blackout blinds, very nice!! Our room was on the smaller size, which didn’t bother us but might be an issue for some travelers. The king size bed was perfectly comfortable but the bed is flush with the window so whom ever is on that side of the bed has to climb over the other person to get out or the other person has to get out of the bed to let you out…… I would stay at a citizensM again

Excellent place to stay in the best part of Geneva, but room was very small and you have to be okay with controlling the lights, et al on a digital device/app. I loved the cheerful public space downstairs, and overall vibe. Breakfast was excellent.

Nice hotel in an excellent location right in the hub of everything. The room was very clean with a very comfortable bed and given the location the soundproofing and blackout blinds were spot on for a quiet sound nights sleep. Breakfast was good and staff lovely, very accommodating - fab coffee baristas! My only criticism is that there was no wash/freshen facilities available as there is with most hotels so if you’re staying on in the area on check out day storing luggage isn’t a problem but freshening up for your onward journey is .. but aside of that it’s a nice city hotel and I’d recommend it.

Great location and really helpful staff! The downside is the quite a small room where you need to climb over your partner to get to your side of the bed and where the toilet is behind plastic walls in the middle of the room but for a short stay worth the money.

This was the ideal hotel for our short stop in Geneva before heading to Chamonix. Very comfortable bed and pillows. The bed was long enough for my feet and we had a corner room. Nice location and very efficient use of space. The breakfast was great! The staff was very helpful and friendly.
