The hotel was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Staff was very welcoming and friendly, we loved the patio with firepit and it was nice to see all the amenities (gym, area for grilling out, etc), ever though we didn't use them on this trip. Our room was very nice, extremely clean, everything worked as it should, linens were fresh and bed was very comfortable.

The hotel was excellent and in a great area. Very clean and would stay there again. Only 30 minutes to Aquarium. One thing is that the pool gate lock needs to be replaced or fixed !!

Only concern was some sort of issue with the entrance with doors propped open. The hotel was well kept with nice amenities. Just wish whatever happened with the doors was resolved quicker. I dont want to feel as though anyone could come in and access room

Our only complaint is a big one. All 3 of the EV chargers that we found did not work. The two Tesla chargers had no power at all to them and the Chargepoint charger had power but showed a power fault error light and would not charge the car.

The property was welcoming on a Thursday check-in. On the way to our room, my son read the elevator certificate to discover the permit expired months prior. By our 3rd day, laundry needed to be done. One of the two dryers was out of service, and both washers were loaded and had finished their cycles. I asked the front desk to follow their policy of removing unattended items and I was just stared at. After waiting for another 10 minutes, one of the washers became available. The person using the dryer overpacked it and ran another 80 minute cycle. I ended up having to take my wet laundry to a laundromat in a sketchy part of town to dry my clothes. On Sunday, my son couldn\'t use the pool because it was cloudy and murky. The staff was made aware and said "yeah, our maintenance people don\'t work on weekends". The staff was then made aware of the possible health implications, and just stood there and stared. To top it off, the breakfast warmer was broken, so the only way to get certain items was to speak to the attendant who barely spoke English.

The grounds and hotel were beautiful. The small kitchen and hot plate were appreciated. The pool could have used more tending. There were a lot of debris in the water. We would definitely go back.

Breakfast had variety but very low in flavor. Also our room task chair arm rest were all broken but the rat of the room was in good conditions. Pool cleanliness was terrible, it was already green in some surfaces. Also when we were about to jump into the pool a staff member started to do maintenance out of nowhere with no warning, did not speak to us at all. He also did not put up a sign or anything and someone could have jumped into the pool without knowing if they needed to wait for chemicals to settle down.

The staff was nice however this hotel needs to do better with cleaning. The room had a lot of gnats the kitchen sink smelled really bad there was on odor in the room the shower drain was starting to form pink mold until i cleaned it there was a bug trap in the restroom and in the room which means the property is aware of the bug situation i would not be back

Friendly staff. Very clean rooms. Soft mattress, sheets and pillows. Loved the kitchenette with full-size refrigerator and microwave. Not to mention the dishwasher!! Breakfast was awesome. Lots of choices. Lovely dining area.

Unfortunately, my stay at this property left much to be desired and I was very disappointed considering I have stayed there in the past and had no issue. The staff was gracious and accommodating but the issue I had was my blanket on the bed reeked of body odor and was very obviously not clean. There was hair in the shower, the tile was filthy. The iron had something melted on it which damaged my shirt and they gave me a new iron but overall - Yikes!

We were not made aware of a fire drill, prior to checking in, which caused me to miss a global meeting for work! Then we were denied breakfast due to the police being on-site, due to an altercation, from what I was advised of. The door lock on 204 is BROKEN & our door was open & unsecured an entire day! Most disgustingly, the shower had long brown hair from a previous guest in the inserts of the wall. I never world have thought that I'd had to deal with such things, in Alpharetta of all places!!! And I have still yes to be contacted by anyone, even after reading out, via text, multiple times, since there was no one available during the time of check out.

The night we arrived and checked in to our room, my husband had to go back to the lobby and request clean linens. Both the beds in our room had dog/animal hair all over the sheets and pillowcases. Overall the room did not feel clean. They gave us new bedspreads, and we changed them ourselves. The area around the hotel is beautiful and the common areas inside the building were better maintained, but based on the conditions of our room we would probably not be staying here again. I think you can be a “pet friendly hotel”, while also ensuring all your guests are offered cleanliness in their room.

It was unconscionable that after having made reservations a moth and a half ago we arrive and the day that due to overbooking they could not honor the reservation that was already paid in full. That they were changing the room with 2 queen beds for 1 king and that the second guest could sleep on the pull out couch. I for sure did not pay for a pull out couch sleep. In the end they switched back the room for what I had paid for I assume because they did not want to provide a discount. Additionally the WiFi never worked during the stay.

Very welcoming staff at check in and throughout our stay. Clean, with comfortable beds, nice sheets. Full kitchen with all basic necessities. Very good water pressure in shower, lots of bathroom counter space. Nice breakfast choices and good workout facilities (one tv did not work). Very nice pool area. Our bathroom door was very squeaky and walls are very thin. Neighbors weren’t being loud in the wee hours, but we could still hear them talking and moving around (I’m a light sleeper). Our daughter had room next door and was disappointed that no housekeeping staff showed up during our three day stay (supposed to have service every other day). Despite that, we would stay again.

The stay was alright. Breakfast was monotonous. No one came to clean my Room not even once even though the policy says every other day. Everytime i tried to get something from the breakfast station the person taking care of it was very sarcastic.

We were told upon check in (11/7/24) that the hot water heaters were out and that they were scheculed to be deliver on 11/8 and installed on 11/9. We were intown for a wedding and this was not going to work as we had 3 social engagements in as many days and would need hot water for showers. Gie at the front dest was amazing and called the near by Double Tree to get us a room at the same rate as Home2. If it were not for Gie and her FIVE STAR customer service, going above and beyond, i don't know what we would have done!

Has lost its touch little by little. Have stayed here 3 times and each year we notice it’s gone downhill a bit. Spent 4 days before they finally cleaned our room and that was because I had to request it multiple times. Trash by the ice machine wasn’t picked up often leading to overflow.

We didn't have any issue with the suite itself during our stay. It was very clean, roomy and well maintained. The only thing was the sofa bed had sheets but no blanket to cover up with. I ended up getting charged more than once for our stay for some reason. I called to speak with a manager a few times but was not able to speak with the manager and never got a call back. I did end up getting a refund for the additional charges. All in all it was a good trip.

Understanding that I booked through a 3rd party service such as hotels.com, but I wasn’t able to stay at my reservation location due to them overbooking and not informing anyone ahead of time. Although the front desk associate was kind enough to find accommodations, coming in town on a trip shouldn’t begin with no being able to check into a hotel due to wanting to take people’s reservations without securing them a room. And hotels.com charges me $20 for a reservation that I COULDNT keep due to the hotel.

The breakfast was absolutely AMAZING. Many great tasting choices. The shared areas were extremely clean. The rooms had everything you could possibly need to cook for oneself. My only complaint was that as I was working outside in one of the guest areas, a housekeepers decided to sit out there and play a very loud video game on her phone. As a guest, I didn't pay to have that part of the experience.

Nice overall. Breakfast was not stocked to last the time slotted. The waffle maker was broken. My family ended up eating out at a restaurant due to there not being food around 9:00 am when it was not to end til 10:00 am.

I wish they would offer a better breakfast. It was not good at all and not a lot of options. On Sunday, they was hardly anything, even at an early hour. That was disappointing. The room we had was clean, the little kitchen area nice with bigger refridgerator. Bathroom was clean. Bed was fine.

Ran out of tons of items at breakfast (creamer for coffee, no cream cheese for bagels, no hot item as listed). It seemed that everything I asked for, the reply was, “We are out of that.” This was one hour before breakfast ended. There was no cart at all available to help bring luggage in and out the whole time we were there and the Front Desk said she was too busy to go finding which guests left it in their rooms. Well- no cart ever appeared in multiple days. Front Desk person was overwhelmed and was of no help in answering questions. I will not stay here again.

This is a more updated/modern hotel, even their approach with the breakfast offered, but it was not good. The breakfast eggs, and meat were served in pre packages that were held in a type of warming oven. One day the meat was unrecognizable, nor was I able to tell by taste what it was.
