When traveling we look for Red Roof Inns, because they are pet friendly. I can't ever remember paying an additional fee for our dog, and we really appreciate that benefit.

The woman at the front desk was lovey and helpful. The room was dirty; I could not use the towels as they had someone’s hair on them. The bedsheets also had hair on them and were stained. Very minimal amenities.

Although the room was clean, the bed comforter had sticky candy-like stains on it, the towels had darkish spots and the refrigerator had black spots resembling mold. The bathroom tub had stains on the rim and the bathroom could be updated. It looks old with crackly floor spot. It was quiet during my stay, however, occasionally you hear the rumble of the trucks that pull into the gas station next door. I would not stay at that facility again.

Tire place had large yellow stains on the comforters and one comforter. Also had pink stains on it. There was some kind of residue of dirt refrigerator. Parking lot Q-tips, dental flossers and garbage bags all over the place the pool is covered up or healthy condition.

I always request a hotel including breakfast..somehow Red Roof ended up with no breakfast. I asked specifically during check in if the wifi was working. I was assured that it was. The clerk seemed to be having connection problems and once in the room, the wifi was not working adequately. A speed check showed 2.4 mbps.

We did not ask ahead of time for ground floor which was our fault. An elevator would have been a great help for us senior citizens. The front desk person was very helpful and kind but the problems were not things he could easily fix. We could not get the television to work but he came and got it working! Beds were very comfortable and it was quiet. It was overpriced in our experience.

I was traveling on a motorcycle and my room was on the opposite side of the building from the available parking. I asked about getting another room so I could be on the same side near where my bike was parked. This wasn't possible, but the staff offered to let me park it right next to the office, under a covered area that was also under video surveillance. They didn't have to do this but they graciously did and it was very much appreciated! Great job!!

I can't believe how rude and condescending Victor was to me and my friend. He talked over me, obsessed over what I didn't do correctly in booking the stay and even hung up on me. I tried to be courteous but he really did not give me a chance to speak. I will never recommend this location.

When we arrived to check in, it took 15 minutes for person to come to the counter. Accepted a 10 minute phone call before checking us in. Then asked for $50. Deposit for insadentals because we booked through Expedia. Wouldn't take a credit card. Was refunded at check-out. Very noisy after 11pm and cigar smoke was coming into our room due to fact the door was damaged.(bottom of door was open about 1") not staying here anymore. Asked for a partial refund and got an apology. Sad

We were glad to find a hotel that we were sure we could stay in with our dog. It is nice that all rooms are pet friendly. Check in went fine and the staff was nice. Our biggest problem was that the soap dispensers in the room were empty and when I went back to the front desk to ask for soap, no one would answer the bell or my calls for attention. We just didn't use soap. The double beds were comfortable enough but small for two people. The A/C was very loud.

The front desk staff were amazing. So friendly and accommodating. The housekeeping staff were very strange. The woman cleaner had cleaned our room then proceeded to come find me and asked that I tip her. I usually leave a pretty nice tip at the end before I check out however she stood right by me outside and waited for me to go in to get her some cash. It was very odd and I was very uncomfortable

Encountered a temporary issue when red roof did not receive my reservation and confirmation in a timely manner. It was, however, taken care of in a very professional manner by the front desk and Expedia. My main complaint could be that their coffee is like colored water. It would only take another scoop of coffee grounds to make it good. They might try that.

Hotel is very handicapped unfriendly. Long walks to rooms, no elevators, no breakfast, no vending machines. Front desk had no idea about nearby places to eat. Soap and shampoo dispensers were empty. Could had gotten better nearby for less. Bed was comfortable and room was clean.
