Shuttle service ended at 10 pm. Our flight was delayed for 3 hours and we arrived in FLA at 9:10. Due to the delay in getting our luggage, we couldn't call the hotel for pickup until 9:45. Both phones used to try to reach the hotel were placed on hold and someone finally answered at 10 pm to say that there was no more shuttle service. We wound up having to take an Uber at a cost of $40 (plus tip).

Stayed overnight to attend a concert locally. Have stayed here before. Very clean. Safe area/environment. Downfall for us was the cleaners they use for the rooms and hallways. Rooms smelled heavily if Fabuloso or similar heavy fragrance cleaner. Hallways smelled like old man Sandalwood cologne (maybe it wasn’t the hotel, but it was smelt the entire stay) we don’t recall the odors last time we stayed a few months back. Easy to get to, although no walking/close by food services.

Would have preferred a 2 bed room with a tub. We stayed for a week but staff would not switch us to a different room. Told me to come back every morning. Cleanliness was good except pool was never vacuumed and had green around the sides and dirty bottom. The carpet in our room 413 was filthy. Our feet were black. Lots of mold on outside chairs also. Loved the breakfast and social hours. Very nice touch.

Very clean hotel. Room was very clean, could use more towels in the rooms. Very quiet. Great breakfast, love how they do an evening social Monday through to Wednesday. They provide complimentary drinks, wine, beer and food. House keeping very good at their job. They kept this place spotless. Front desk staff were great upon checking in but then during the 10 day stay, they were hit and miss. They could be nice one day, rude the next. The staff around cleaning, cooking could also be more friendly but overall 9/10 stay! Would come back.

Great size 2 bedroom, clean and had everything you needed. Was great breakfast choice and friendly staff but unfortunately air con was so so loud, either had to have on and suffer noise all night or turn off and be very hot! Also dishwasher which we had not touched beeped all night and could hear from bedrooms. Was also some noise from the road! Would not stay again because of noise!

The room size we had one king bed, and two queen beds for two adult children so it was nice to have the room in the little kitchen area even though we didn’t use it I would definitely stay here again the room was awesome everybody there was super nice and I appreciate that.

Value for the money was very good. Having transportation to The Hard Rock and airport is a plus. Also the breakfast was a nice bonus. Ample parking and convenient. Room was very clean with the exception of the couch, it was stained and I would not even sit on it. Needs to be steamed cleaned.

The hotel itself was perfect for our needs while in town. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. On the other hand the front desk staff I felt was lacking. When checking in the woman at the desk didn’t greet me or even look up from her phone. She then went straight to the computer and asked what the name was for the registration. There was another staff member doing something behind the desk with his pants almost below his but with his underwear showing. Not very professional from either employee.

Yolanda the front desk clerk was PHENOMENAL and treated our family of 5 my mom(we stayed at the same hotel) like actual family and helped with literally ANYTHING we needed! The amenities made it feel like home and the staff accommodated us in every way! We will be staying here again!!

Everything about our stay was just perfect. A special thanks to James who waited with the shuttle for us when our bags were delayed. Also the front desk staff was super friendly and made us feel so welcome. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Refused to pick me up at the airport though says clearly airport shuttle after asking about it the night before. Basically called ma a liar when I said I already asked about it. Reserved a shuttle for the cruise port Tuesday night. After the airport fiasco asked and weren’t on the list. Luckily we’re still able to get the shuttle. Desk staff were not knowledgeable and messed most everything up. Most of the food was burnt.

We've been staying at the Staybridge in Plantation and this one in Florida for over 15 years. This is the first time we've had our door banged on at 11:03 a.m. to vacate, and it was very rude. We stayed from August 27th to September 9th and traveled to Kentucky for three days, having already booked from September 11th to September 17th. They refused to store two small suitcases for us during that time, which caused us a series of inconveniences and expenses since it was a Sunday at 7 a.m. and the airport locker was closed. They weren't able to make an exception; they only allowed us for one night. ...? We've always let them stay without any problems, so we didn't ask beforehand. I agree they have their reasons, and we have ours. It's a shame that two employees ended a relationship of so many years because they didn't consult their bosses. Thanks for the good times.

Very clean, updated and nice staff. Convenient location off the Florida bypass and a short drive to the Hard Rock casino. The area of Davie, however, is very busy and a bit run down. To be expected. Despite that, we felt safe.

The breakfast is excellent. The complimentary drink/reception Monday - Wednesday evenings are great. The room has smart TV which you can cast streaming from your phone/pad, which is very convenient. The room also has a small kitchen with a big refrigerator, a big microwave oven and a small stove, nice to make some quick meal when we are tired of restaurant food. Will stay there again if I visit Fort Lauderdale area.

This hotel was awesome! Kiki at check in was a delight. There are 2 cats that live at the hotel & are such sweeties. We did not want to leave! Saw a concert at Hard Rock Hollywood & this hotel was a short ride away-easy to get in & out of. Free parking & an amazing free breakfast too!
