I placed my reservation online through Expedia, which was very easy and convenient. I was to have a room with one King-sized bed. I got a room with two queen-sized beds, which felt a bit cramped and had no comfortable chair except the one at the desk. My electronic devices could locate the WiFi signal, but the password did not work. The person at the desk treated me like I was an idiot when I tried to get that resolved. At least the WiFi was free. It didn't matter to me, but the place advertises a pool, but it is not in service. At least that was free, too. The person at check out was friendly.

The Hotel is under some reconstruction so with the reconstruction the hotel was still very clean. Management was very kind and helpful. We was able to get more towels as needed!

I have stayed 4-5 times now and no pool and no wifi! I'm pretty bummed about the lack of wifi, for real. You advertise for both of those things, in your Amenities,and it's false advertisement ,when you don't really,offer those amenities,at all!

It appears there has been some efforts made to improve this property, but there’s a LONG way to go. Still reeks of old cigarette smoke. Needs paint and new trim. Needs new carpet. Etc etc. Our bathroom door was broken. When you moved in the shower, the floor creaked really bad.

They are doing a remodel but our room was done and really nice. The front desk clerk was friendly and helped us find a place to eat. we will stay here again.

Extensive remodeling taking place. Garbage overflowing. Front desk was rude about where I stood because “his tile was new” when all the tile was new. I don’t know if he wanted me to fly in or what. Door to the outside didn’t close so was not very safe.

Didn’t like anything! Room wasn’t finished remodeling. Light blinking outside off window. Refridgerstor noise. Bathroom shower was dirty. Blanket on bed was ripped. Door to bathroom wouldn’t close. Remodeling wasn’t finished in room. Smelled bad like they tried to hide the smell of cigarettes. No breakfast like was advertised. Room was too expensive. Said it was pet friendly and charged $20 for each dog. Must not have installation in the walls because you could hear the people next door. Only good thing was the manager was friendly.

Dirty, no toilet paper or towels and wouldnt give us any. Burning incense in the lobby you could barely breath. Rooms had trash and dirt everywhere. Do not stay here

Hotels.com lists the hotel as pet friendly, but then there's an additional $20 per pet per night fee when you check in that they did not mention. The room obviously used to be a smoking room, it smelled pretty heavily of old cigarettes. The tables all had burn marks. The bathroom door didnt have a latch, it looked like someone had kicked the door in at some point and broken it. There are cigarette burns on the toilet seat. We reserved a king room and got 2 queens, not a big deal. There was hair in the beds and shower. Lots of lottle things like the tissue holder missing and the sink plug missing and the smoke alarm missing. It was quiet, which was nice. The hotel is obviously being remodeled, so hopefully it's on it's way to being much nicer.

Not recommended for anyone except low budget travelers. This is an old motel in a dismal part of North Sioux City. Holes in the carpet, wallpaper peeling, various things broken and unfixed. Every room smells strongly of cigarette smoke. Staff is friendly and competent and it's not unsafe so OK for those on tight budgets.

Staff was friendly, but the property had an awful cigarette smell throughout. Upon arrival, our room was “clean” but the odor of the room stuck onto clothing and bags which had to be washed multiple times just to get the stench out. Can’t complain about the price for one night.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The stale smoke smell is horrible, the air conditioner works, but makes a horrible noise. There are stains on the bedsheets. We booked thru Expedia, which had a 6.6 rating, I should have looked closer.

No breakfast. Toilet broken. Dirty shower curtain. Hallways a disaster. Room clean, beds and pillows nice, but no table, one chair, no hangers or even a rod to hang them on. Manager or whoever did the check in rude, not friendly at all. I will never come back, as there are many other choices at this price.

The owner was very rude and accused me of wanting to smoke in the room. He repeatedly said I would smoke in the room. There is a $50 hold for incidentals they did not state on the website. The room had no lamps the bathroom only had a shower will cracked tile needing replaced. And the tv didn’t work correctly.

They wouldn’t let me go to my room. Then they refused service. The owner cussed me out and spit in me and my freinds faces. Hadda call the police to get a refund come to find out I can’t get a refund. Like is this a scam they run or sum. Highly unsatisfied.

Front desk was horribly rude. Would not let me in my checked in room and started accusing me of stealing my own debit card info that I wanted to provide to him because I had lost my wallet. Will not go back and do not recommend

For the most part I really enjoyed our stay however, when I got up and walked to the lobby I was not pleased to find no coffee waiting as was promised. There are also no coffee machines in the room. Not being able to start my day with coffee was not good.
