Only reason I didn't give it perfect marks is the bad coffee and muzak on the patio. Great patio for pipe smoking. Fitness room was outstanding.

It is a new hotel that is very clean and comfortable. The night staff was very friendly and informative. The reason I gave two stars is the only reason we stayed at this hotel was due to the convenient location to the airport. This was to save us a long drive early in the morning and we were ensured that the shuttle ran continuously starting at 4:30 am. When we got down there, the staff was nowhere to be found. We were very late getting to the airport. Thankfully another shuttle that dropped someone off was kind enough to take us to the airport.

We had no warm water. Called downstairs and was told they will check in on it. They never called me back. No warm water the next morning either. I reported it to reception. She just said she will tell management. I will bot stay here again.

Not sure why we were given handicap accessible room. It was fine and clean, but the carpet was damp on one side of the bed. I hoped they had just shampooed it and that is why it was still damp. The screen on the window rattled all night and kept me awake. I reported it, so hopefully it will get fixed.

Check in staff was SO nice - the room features were great - lots of little things I noticed - the bed & pillows were super comfy - I could not believe how quiet it was being right there by the airport - Wonderful stay!!

We stay here often, even when we are not traveling. We often get the suite so that kids have their own space to watch TV. Unfortunately kids were disappointed when the TV didn't work. It was too late at night to change rooms and we were already starting to settle in. Otherwise nice stay!

Great having the airport shuttle; was the reason I booked. Only downsides are the walls are quite thin and late at night and early morning rooms around mine were blaring the TV and it was quite hard to sleep and was woken up really early and the bed is not very comfortable. Staff were pleasant, helpful and property nice and clean. Good amenities.

Very comfortable, quiet and close to the airport. Staff was friendly. Two recommendations though. Evidently the front desk person was also tasked with picking up guests from the airport. My wife’s plane landed at 9:20 pm and she had no baggage so was able to get through the airport rather quickly. She called the hotel front desk and the lady said she would be there in five minutes. 20 minutes later my wife called back and the lady admitted she got busy and forgot. She did come to get her right away. I would recommend management have someone else other than the front desk person available to pick up guests. Secondly, check out is 12:00 noon. I went out to load are things on the Harley and as I attempted to get back in the hotel the key card wouldn’t work. It had worked two times prior a few minutes earlier. It was 11:30, so evidently they shut the card off. I had to knock on the door and fortunately there was a maid close enough to open the door. If check out time is noon, then it would be nice if they didn’t shut it off till then.

Shanna was amazing as usual with her impeccable customer service, as well as the bar tender - she was awesome, very attentive as a good tender. The trip to the bar for the first time on all my stays just added to the list another reason why I'll only stay at Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott Little Rock.

It is a new hotel that is very clean and comfortable. The night staff was very friendly and informative. I don’t know who was working the front desk because all she did was mumble, but this was the worst, rudest, and most incompetent person I have ever met. I will never stay here again. I will likely never stay at a Marriott again

Hotel was clean, modern, and in excellent condition. Comfortable bed and free on-site parking. The one drawback is that the hotel is really not close to much of anything except for the airport, a Waffle House, and a couple of gas stations. Given the extremely limited restaurant options, the hotel does have a mini convenience store where you can purchase frozen entrees and snacks.

Ran out of coffee and breakfast around 9am. The door to room 102 was really loud when opened. Made a loud rubbing noise. Too tight. Room was clean but not enough hooks or lights. Thank you.

This amazing hotel was Excellent! I would stay there again! The only thing I recommend is that serve breakfast past 9:00am. But the breakfast was delicious and had everything!

When we arrived at the hotel it was late and we were concerned about being able to find a restaurant nearby in the dark as this hotel is right at the entrance to the local airport we were pleasantly surprised to find out that the restaurant bar served actual food. The mozzarella cheese sticks were not great but the grilled chicken sandwich was very delicious as were the French fries. To top it off the lady running the grill called our room once the food was ready so we didn’t have to wait at the restaurant/bar. The hotel itself appears relatively new. The bathroom had a clean and spacious shower. The room was very clean. The breakfast the following morning was good although we didn’t sample a wide variety of the food offered. All of the staff we met both at check in and in the food service areas were friendly and efficient. If I had to give a negative it would be that the bed was a little hard and the hot water took a long time to heat up. I would definitely stay here again if I am ever out this way.
