Clean rooms, good breakfast, but terrible parking experience with my elderly mother due to parking lot upgrades no handicapped parking available was told to park across the street which was pretty much full and hard to park. Lack of communication with staff didn't let guest know doors are closed at 10 pm and need to use key card along wall . Instead they watched people standing outside the doors . Parking issue was each day we stayed. Should let guest know ahead of time any work being done on property so we can choose somewhere better fitting. Housekeepers were very nice and attentive the building was very clean. The pool had too much chlorine.

We stayed in a very good size suite with separate seating area. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of crockery, a big fridge freezer and a dishwasher. Easy to park the car at no extra cost. Pleased to see separate bins for recycling. We were able to walk to local restaurants and bars which although limited were good. Use of the small pool was good and was a good temperature. It did get quite busy with children.

Hotel is located in a nice part of town, 5 top rated restaurants are within walking distance Hotel is clean was impressed with the room quality. Highly recommend this hotel for any occasion. Lighted parking lot, security guard monitored, parking is free Complimentary breakfast looked descent didn’t really try it.

The breakfast is excellent. And the lobby is very welcoming. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the dishwasher in the room is not so great. I guess the cleaning crew too busy to forget about it. It's not only about having food waste left in the bottom of the dishwasher (maybe the wash cycle is not complete), and the surface of the dishwasher is sticky, like someone has poured syrup by accidentally. We were checking late, too tired to ask to change the room. It did look like it had been remodeled at some point, but the job was being done poorly. I understand "YOU GOT WHAT YOU PAY FOR"..thing. But to be honest, if I can compare the rooms differently between the original price and with a discount from Hotel.com, I would rather choose the room they have listed with the original price.

No towels , no carts, no coffee, and a dirty shower. The individuals at the front desk were nice but this place is so unorganized. Went to get a water at the front desk and I was told it was free. However, when I went the next morning another worker said I had to pay. I don’t care about paying just be consistent.

Was not impressed with this Hilton affiliated hotel. Carpets and couches were severely stained. The first room I was given, the couch was very stained and outright gross! The sand room wasn't much better. The floor was also stained pretty bad. The breakfast was not good at all. Food was cold and bare minimum. They had biscuits, but no gravy. They had breakfast burritos with no tortillas. I will not be staying at this location again. Would not recommend!

Our Room was clean, there was a football camp and the property had some loud tenants but overall everything was great- pool looked a little cloudy. I do however have a recommendation, rearrange the rooms so the TV is not to the side of the bed. We could not watch TV while laying in the bed, it was a little odd…

Clean, relatively new location. Room was clean. Nice open room with fill kitchen, living area with sofa. Desk that can be moved. Large bathroom with walk in shower. Vanity is separate so someone can be using the sink/mirror while someone else is in the shower or using the potty. Ceiling fan over the bed!!! Bed was firm but not like a rock. Breakfast was ok. We would stay here again if we are coming thru the area again.

Our stay was perfect. The bed was so clean, and the pillows were amazing. Having a balcony was a huge plus. We only stayed one night and to be honest I wish we would have stayed longer.

I absolutely love Homewood Suites! This particular one did not disappoint. I was visiting someone in the hospital and was tired after a 3-hour trip. The bed was sooo comfortable. It was quiet and clean.

It was in a good location, and looked good on the outside, but was just OK once we got inside. It was slightly shabby, and the desk clerk seemed a bit annoyed. And when we got to our floor, someone had vomited on the carpet right outside the elevator. The desk clerk then also seemed annoyed when we reported this. Plus, it took a long time to get hot water in the morning.

Clean rooms, well supplied with towels, etc. Staff are very friendly and assists any way they can. The breakfast was plentiful, and the Host Lolita kept the food hot, well prepared and she made sure the area was clean. The evening Social was amazing. The food was well prepared, The beverages were an amazing treat for the days end. These folks do a wonderful job and make you feel like family. Kudos to all!!! This is a nice hotel. The room was very spacious and very clean. We also had a small kitchenette. The hotel has quite a few amenities and is well maintained. We believe that the front desk needs extended training in Customer Service skills and arranging priorities while checking in customers.

We stayed three nights and had to ask two times for clean towels and then had to get them ourselves at the front desk. The worst of the stay was on our last night when the alarms went off all night from 1:00AM until 4:30 AM. The worst night I’ve ever had in a hotel and the staff didn’t even apologize for it. Staff was very rude.

From the front end to the backend at this location the staff was amazing. They truly work as a great team and they Go above and beyond to make you comfortable and have great recommendations for places to dine . If that wasn’t enough the location is great for JSU and of you are having to stay close to hospitals to n the area. We will be staying every time we are in the area. The breakfast was pretty good as well .
