Know that this is a typical small Boston room. There is no dresser. The microwave is in the hall and there is no parking. However, the shower and the toiletries provided are great! Overall, if you can get past the size of the room this hotel is really nice. Make sure to get coffee and pastries from the French bakery next door.

Sonder 907 Main was great. Super friendly at the front desk upon check-in. Lobby is very welcoming. There is also a great bar/restaurant on the 5th floor. Convenient if you're in town for events/meetings in and around MIT. Would stay here the next time I'm in town!

Very disappointed in this property in relation to price versus comfort. I thought this was very expensive for what it offered for a very small room with basic facilities. The floor did not feel clean though the bed was comfortable and the hotel did feel safe. Noise does not worry us normally but for a light sleeper the stomping from upstairs and the noise from next door would keep most people awake. The shower was very basic and poor pressure. I would definitely not stay here again and would choose something for better value. The receptionist was friendly but could offer no map of the area but he was very pleasant. I also had a lot of trouble communicating with the hotel in regards to the booking in process even though I had downloaded the app. Did not feel comfortable giving them all my details of my credit cards online including my code. This really concerned me. I would certainly choose a different hotel to this one.

I booked a “spacious room with bay windows” but was assigned a dumpy shoebox. I asked to change to the room I paid for but there were none available (I’m trying to get a refund for the difference). There was barely any room to move around the bed and I hit my shins on the bed frame. The bathroom light kept turning off when I was in the shower. The towel bar placed behind the toilet made it impossible to keep the toilet seat up. The shower curtain was dirty and had stains that appeared to be blood on the top. The walls are very thin so I could hear people talking and babies crying all night. The location is good but that’s the only nice thing I have to say. I never write reviews but this place was overpriced and very disappointing.

This was a great stay the receptionist was so nice she made conversation with us and was so helpful. The room was great it was pretty clean! Loved the view and it wasn’t bad. There was some hair in the shower and bed nothing to bad but for those who are a little bit on the cleaner side that might be a no for you. Other than that it was a beautiful stay. !

Trying to be fancy without practicality- no service - lengthy account setup and not that clean linen. The location is great for business in Cambridge - and if you go to the lobby level restaurant, don’t order the celery octopus (worst in a long time), but the rest of the food is ok. Overall, probably choosing other options in the future

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Sonder. The location was great, there were supplies on every floor, and the design of the room was very modern, but there are two things that I am dissatisfied with. Firstly, the staff member who helped me check in had an attitude. I tried to check in at 1:30 PM and she asked me to input my credit card information on my phone. Even though I told her beforehand that my phone was about to die, she said, "I don't know how to help you, usually people do it themselves." After waiting 30 minutes for another staff member to help me, I asked if she could update the early check-in charge since I officially checked in at 2:00 PM. She completely disregarded my request and did not explain how to get to my room or provide the brief explanation she gave to the people she was helping previously. Secondly, the bed sheets had noticeable stains from previous guests, which raised concerns about their cleanliness and sanitation. Given these issues, I kindly request a change/waiver of the early check-in charge. Thank you for your understanding and attention to this matter.

Confronted with the light of 1,000 suns when you just want to pee in the dark is not fun. Also, no way to contact the lobby without going down. And they heavily scent the rooms and hallways. Really not worth the price.

Sonder 907 is in a fantastic location, right in Cambridge and surrounded by an array of bars, restaurants, and cafes. The building itself is beautiful, and the lobby is clean and stylish. The room was small and had nice design elements. The Roman shades on the windows looked nice, but they did not effectively block out the morning sun. Unfortunately, the shower was disappointing, with water barely trickling out and no pressure. During our three-night stay, we didn’t receive any housekeeping and had to request clean towels. Would not stay again.

Great location, very close to the T. Does not mention that the rooms are directly above the patio of an outdoor bar area. SO loud. Hated that there was no staff on site, couldn’t get issues resolved in a timely manner. Thermostat doesn’t go below 68, the comforter is So hot. The next night they brought me a small desk fan. This place should be half the price. Cleanliness was good, rooms were fine otherwise but LOUD and not at all relaxing. Couldn’t read in my room due to noise

I had a two-night stay at the hotel. I planned to work from hotel, but the internet went out and well as cable the first night (Friday 1AM) I was there, and the internet was never restored. As result, I had to go to coffee shops and McDonald's to conduct limited work due to privacy. In addition, I had schoolwork which I could not do when I needed to do it. There was never an update on the status from anyone in the hotel. In these times, internet is a staple for travelers. There should a partial refund for the lack of communication on the situation which caused inconvenience for customers staying there those nights.

Every thing was good. I just wish the AC worked better. I had the AC at 65 degrees for the whole time I was there but the temperature stayed mid 70’s the whole time. Didn’t seem strong enough to get below 70 degrees.

I was a little bit hesitant due to the DIY nature of this hotel, but it all worked seamlessly. I received my entry code and my room via email 48 hours before I checked in and it also appeared in the app once I registered the reservation. The room was large with a king sized bed and a nice sitting area near the window. The bathroom was a tad small, but workable. Everything was extremely clean and modern looking. The room had plenty of outlets but no USB plugs. My only real complaint is the fact the "blackout shades" let in a lot of light in the morning.

Check in and out were both fast and easy thanks to the app. My only gripe is if you happen to be staying on the 4th floor like I did, be warned that there is a rooftop bar on the 5th floor so you’ll hear chairs pulling in and out until they close at midnight, followed by what I’m assuming is a garbage or mop bucket rolling around for a few hours after that. The patio from the adjoined restaurant Althea can get a little noisy as well, but it does die down around 10pm.

Other than the location, this place is very mediocre and even sub-standard. Esp the shower was very disappointing with only a little water trickling out. There is usually no one at the reception and you need to call the main number for any requests. I needed to store my luggage on the day of checkout as I had a late flight out. I found no one on the reception so I called the main number where they told me that they don't store any luggage and instead pointed me to a 3rd party paid storage at some other location. I have travelled all over the world and have never ran into this issue before. Even the most mediocre places provide luggage storage! Never coming back to this place again.

Excellent for access to T station. Room had very comfortable beds. Stayed for 5 nights, and had no cleaning of room in that time. Notice in room to say if this was required we would need to download an app, and any services like cleaning and fresh towels may incur an extra charge.

This hotel's service model is terrible. You cannot book at the desk, only through third party so if there are any issues they tell you to contact them...so they collect the money but don't provide any service or help. The staff are completely unwilling to help and are outwardly apathetic, which I'd assume they are instructed to be. Prepare for unexpected cancelations, unexpected upcharges, and piles of forms to fill out so they can write a code on a piece of paper to access your room. About as hands off as it gets - might as well rebrand to being a bank!

Getting in and out was seamless. It's extremely easy to rely on the codes/app to get in and out. If you ever needed any help there was always someone at the front desk -- even when our flight was delayed and we got in after midnight. You can tell that the hotel experience is built to happen exclusively between the guest and the app. But for anyone who isn't tech savvy, there were plenty of staff around happy to help.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Sonder. The location was great, there were supplies on every floor, and the design of the room was very modern, but there are two things that I am dissatisfied with. Firstly, the staff member who helped me check in had an attitude. I tried to check in at 1:30 PM and she asked me to input my credit card information on my phone. Even though I told her beforehand that my phone was about to die, she said, "I don't know how to help you, usually people do it themselves." After waiting 30 minutes for another staff member to help me, I asked if she could update the early check-in charge since I officially checked in at 2:00 PM. She completely disregarded my request and did not explain how to get to my room or provide the brief explanation she gave to the people she was helping previously. Secondly, the bed sheets had noticeable stains from previous guests, which raised concerns about their cleanliness and sanitation. Given these issues, I kindly request a change/waiver of the early check-in charge. Thank you for your understanding and attention to this matter.

Great location but check-in process is terrible. They require that you do it on line and they ask a lot of private information and pictures of you and drivers license that is not necessary to upload onto the internet and their website. This also allowed them to send me numerous emails (more than 15) subsequently which is extremely bothersome. I am still getting marketing emails from them weekly. What happened to the regular check in procedure where the front desk looks at your ID?

All in all an excellent place to stay, close to the red line for easy access to the centre of Boston but in the more relaxed Cambridge. The Sonder was great but definitely set up the App before you arrive.

Great location. Very comfortable room and easy to get in and out. Used an app to find a parking spot close by and very reasonably priced. Excellent bed, good bathroom, equipped with TV and Chromecast for entertainment!

The room was a great price for what you get and the hotel in a convenient location. The rooms, lobby- everything was new and clean. Noise level was a bit loud through our room door and above our heads, but luckily not too late into the night. The incidentals available on each floor were scarce. I asked for washcloths and I was handed exactly one washcloth. My biggest complaint is that I asked for our bags to stay in the room for 20-30 min past checkout time (no bellhop) so we could eat in their on premise restaurant Althea and they said no so we ended up checking out and eating somewhere else. They did offer to keep our bags at the front desk but I didn’t feel my stuff would be safe. If you want to provide good service, my simple request was not unreasonable. 10%off at the cafe next door for guests but skip it, it was overpriced and not great.

I had such a wonderful time during my stay at Larks Hotel due to the amazing welcoming experience from Jack & Tyler. I was greeted with a warm welcome, a great description of everything I needed in the hotel and my room was spectacular! I even booked an extra night that I didn’t plan to, since I felt so relaxed and at peace in my room. I also really enjoyed the bar/restaurant downstairs the staff was immaculate, the food and drinks were outstanding but the icing on the cake was the warm smile from Thomas. Thank you all for your amazing care during my stay.

Sonder 907 Main was great. Super friendly at the front desk upon check-in. Lobby is very welcoming. There is also a great bar/restaurant on the 5th floor. Convenient if you're in town for events/meetings in and around MIT. Would stay here the next time I'm in town!

Trying to be fancy without practicality- no service - lengthy account setup and not that clean linen. The location is great for business in Cambridge - and if you go to the lobby level restaurant, don’t order the celery octopus (worst in a long time), but the rest of the food is ok. Overall, probably choosing other options in the future

I stayed for 4 days and everything was very pleasant! I didn't spend a lot of time on their app to know what I was doing but the app has dining recommendations and also has an Uber/Lyft tab. The staff was very courteous. The room was very clean and comfortable with a bay window overlooking main Street. There is a bar and a restaurant on the top floor Vietnamese cuisine only open from 5 to 11 pm and going outside you can smell a sweet smell of candy with the Tootsie roll plant kitty corner of the hotel. I did find it odd that check in was 4 but there's plenty of things to do in town to kill time. They are about a block from the subway that I got to learn pretty fast especially coming from a state that barely has any public transit (Utah) but everything was within walking distance from the subway. I recommend and plan to go back and stay there again real soon

Jared at the front desk was a delight and so helpful in helping us get settled! Would for sure stay there again, and it was a nice location near Central Square, with a lot of places to eat/drink there, all walking distance and close to the train stop. Loved it! 10/10
