My truck, as well as 4 other cars had windows smashed in the parking lot. I had nothing in there, so nothing stolen. Leave your windows down if there's no rain in the forecast. Parking lot is "gated" to cars, but there's no fencing to prevent people from smash-and-grabs. Otherwise an excellent stay....Bed was great, good pillows as well. Room was clean. Would stay here again for the hotel, but not for the theft.

Clean and friendly staff. But, if you’re a light sleeper or travelling with children I wouldn’t recommend staying here. My family and I were woken up super early because of all the traffic noise from outside. You can also hear everything inside the hotel too—people in the hallway, neighbours alarm clocks and especially people walking above. Gym was insanely way too hot. It was difficult to workout in. Peloton bike wasn’t working (this was part of the reason I chose this hotel)

Large clean rooms, which look new. Hotel lobby is nice to sit in. We had an early flight and the shuttle only starts at 7 am, so we didn't have a chance to use it.

We absolutely loved the hotel. It looked and felt as a brand new hotel and the industrial vibe was great. The only thing I might add was the parking issue, we got charged $10.86 per night and nobody told us that there was a fee. So when I asked what the charged was for the lady in the lobby didn’t quite knew about it and then she realized it was a parking charged per night because now they added a keyless gate but the entire parking lot is open for anybody to walk in and out..but there is a gate for cars???

This was our first time staying at this lovely hotel and we will definitely come back! All staff were friendly and helpful. We appreciated the cleanliness throughout the facility, as well as the comfortable bed and large shower stalls. A beverage bar was available at all times and the included breakfast was a bonus. The lobby had a variety of different, but comfortable seating options as well as a pool table. This hotel takes security seriously by having a closed gate to enter the parking lot after certain hours with a locked front door as well. You either need a provided code or room key to get in or a staff member can let you in. The location of the hotel is perfect if you want to shop the South Center area. There are also many restaurants and other attractions to keep you busy. Despite the daytime busy traffic, it was surprisingly quiet at night which made for a good night's sleep.

Have loved staying here for the last couple of years but when I showed up this time I was in for a change. They added a security gate…This was a huge pain and you have to basically drive up onto the curb just to reach the sensor. This is for coming in and going out. Not sure why they felt they had to do this but I am not sure if I can come back.

Newer building that is clean and modern. The lobby had an odd smell the entire time I was there (2 nights). I didn't like that the parking lot had a gate at night and there weren't any instructions or notice about how to get access before checking in. Plus there wasn't a well covered loading/unloading area outside the lobby either. Additionally, I loathe the idea of paying a daily fee for parking in an unsecured, uncovered parking lot with signs posted everywhere warning you that you park there at your own risk. Since hotels seem to be the only businesses with parking lots that charge their customers to park there (other than amusement parks and such), what exactly am I paying for?

Shopping and dining literally just a 5 minute walk down the road. Hotel has shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the shower & hand soap and lotion by the sink…it’s so convenient. There is complimentary tea/coffee in the lobby along with a pool table. Really a nice relaxing hotel.

The room itself was mostly good. Nice bed & shower. Bit of water damage in the bathroom that was gross to look at. And the fridge made some terrible noises on and off through the night. Then, from 6:00am on it was very loud. Almost like sleeping right on the road or with a window open, which we didn’t. For one night we survived but wouldn’t want to stay here for any longer.

My stay here was overall enjoyable. The room was very spacious; I got a two-queen bedroom. I was very impressed with the restrooms in the lobby; they were extremely clean and well maintained. The breakfast was minimal, but well prepared and it served its purpose. The staff was friendly which made it a positive experience. The only downside was finding leftover salmon in the mini fridge, which was very unpleasant. Aside from that everything about the stay was excellent.

The room I was placed in was right next to a road so from the window I can see passing cars and the noise was very disruptive throughout the night, you can hear cars passing by and when cars had their music very load you can hear that too, it was hard to sleep and when I finally fell asleep I was woken up by the noise once again.

Great hotel for the price. Nice, clean, simple room. Served it's purpose for the 5 days in Washington. If we had to nitpick, the thermostat runs a little cold and the pillows weren't comfy bit that's most hotels. Overall great experience and I would stay here again.

Room was exceptionally small with very thin walls. High security for entering property with gates reflecting a higher crime area. Hard tile floors cascaded sound above and below. Sounded like both car and motorcycle drag races were being run on the street outside hotel.

I recently stayed at the Tru by Hilton in Tukwila, Washington. The customer service was impeccable. Within 30 minutes of checking in, I received a text asking how my room was. When I reported that the air conditioning was not working, someone was sent immediately to check on it. Unfortunately, it did not work, so I was quickly moved to another room where the air conditioning did work. The room was comfortable, and the bed was medium firm, which I like. The hotel is close to many great restaurants and shopping. I would definitely book and stay here again.

This is a very nice hotel and we will definitely return. Dee at the front desk was phenomenal. Absolutely the best experience because of that guy. There were also a couple of ladies that came out and helped us with the pancake maker in the morning. They were wonderful also!

We liked the cheaper parking rate, the convenience of the location to the mall, and the great customer service upon arrival, but during our stay, other guests were so loud until 4 am, then the room clock alarm went off at 6 am and we didnt set it, we wanted to sleep in. The breakfast was complimnentary, which was nice, and it was okay. This was our first time staying, and we probably wont be staying again.

This hotel was weird in the fact it was hard to get into the parking lot. When I went into the hotel to check in, it looked like a concession stand. It was just strange. The front of the counter faces the street, and you enter from the backside. They really should move the counter around. It makes no sense. Rooms are really small. Bathrooms are nice. The check-in and out process was my biggest issue. The girl was NOT friendly when I checked out. Not really impressed, probably would not stay here again.

It's a bit isolated if you don't have a car. However, it's next to the 150 bus line that takes you to the heart of Seattle for $2.75, a lot better than driving. The staff are terrific. Breakfast and coffee are excellent. If you want a surprising non-chain place to eat, you can walk about 4 blocks to Lam's Asian market and have Banh Mi or go to an excellent Vietnamese restaurant. They really do provide shuttle service to the airport. If there's no staff to drive, they really do pay for an Uber to take us. A very pleasant experience.

This was my second stay at this hotel in less than 4 months. It is very accessible to the Rental Car facility and the Airport. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. Our room was at the back street and there was a lot of noise from the traffic.

The bed is comfortable and the location is great! Breakfast was a disappointment. The oatmeal was so watery you couldn’t eat it. The configuration of the room has the light from the bathroom shine right on the bed, so if one person is in the bathroom and the other is still sleeping, the sleeping person gets a lot of light.

We followed a gps signal to find the hotel. It told us to turn left into the parking lot. But there was a fence across the entry way. We had to circumnavigate the building to find an entrance (which was poorly signed). A large sign should be placed on the fenced entrance telling drivers where to go. The hotel itself was very clean and modern. The pancake maker could use some explanation and some doughnuts or danish would be a nice addition to breakfast.

Great rooms and nice staff. Offers a lot for anyone traveling. Didn’t love the breakfast options, however, they had a lot that was for purchase for snacks / food. Great locations to a lot of other foods and shopping.

Great hotel close to the airport. The free breakfast was subpar and needs improvement. Watered down fruit juices, poor quality bacon, toasting machine very slow (needed 3-4 times through). Easy to fix this.

Our room was clean, however the beds were worn out and too soft. They caused us to have back pain. Also, the sheets and bed were hot which caused us to not sleep well. The shower and bathroom were excellent with a lot of counter space. The breakfast was O.K., but not great. They had no hashbrowns, no hard boiled eggs, no pastries like muffins or danish only plain yogurt with no fresh berries to add to it. The scrambled eggs were too salty and the orange juice tasted bitter. The free breakfast buffet includes cooked eggs, bacon or sausage, plain yogurt, pancakes, bagels, english muffins, apples, whole fruit-bananas and oranges, oatmeal with a few toppings, coffee and juice, The hotel has a free water bottle refill station and ice machine in the lobby area. Also, there is a board near the elevator with info about things to do in Seattle and bus info. The front desk staff were nice. The parking fee is ridiculous considering it is just a locked gate. Anyone can walk into the parking lot because there is not a fence around the entire parking lot. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby including fast food-Panda Express, Subway, etc. We would not stay here again because of the worn out beds caused us to get poor sleep.
