The facility smelled. The room had no closet and no place to hang clothes The head was loose at the connection with the water pipe and when I turned it on water sprayed everywhere. Previous occupants had put what looked like food into the bathroom sink drain and the drain was blocked. My room faced the back of the facility and there was a pool back there with no water and trash spread all around. I felt uncomfortable staying at this facility.

I like the big rooms here, it’s nice to have a refrigerator and microwave when traveling on business too. The room was again very clean and comfortable. The staff is nice, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The WiFi and television are good for work and entertainment. Parking is ample. It’s a great location for access to highways and shopping and restaurants. Rates are a good value for this small business traveler. And I always feel safe here with lots of cameras and staff as a woman business traveler.

Pros: comfortable Beds, Amazing Air-conditioning and Staff. Location was great as well. Lot of parking. Cons: Dated properties with almost no Amenities. Should provide towels as per number of guests few towels were provided. When requested, although promised, but never provided.

Our room was dirty. There was mold under the sink. The pillows and sheets had red stains, possibly blood, and were dirty. The floor was covered in water because the refrigerator was leaking. I would definitely not stay here again and I hope others do not. Cheap shouldn't mean unclean.

Complex reeked of marijuana, lobby, hallways, rooms! Trash piled in hallways. Room had used bedding, recent body fluids and pubic hair on sheets, totally gross bathroom cleanliness. This hotel is very dirty. Trash on the hallway floor. Something sticky/nasty on doorknobs, desks, table tops, basically everything you touch. So gross. Shower was very dirty, and had tiles in the ceiling with very bad water stains that were falling into the bath tub. The shower curtain was covered in nasty stains. The towels had nasty stains. The person at the front desk was super nice, but you can't find anything else good to say about this place. So very dirty.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Disgusting, not clean, cockroaches everywhere, blood stains on the bed, horrible customer service at the front desk. I do not recommend anyone stay there unless you’re willing to live in filth for your stay.

It was the worst motel I've ever been to in My Life. Place was very warm pain hanging off the walls feces around the toilet bowl grouting mold that was covered up with caulk in the bathroom around the tub the whole place was nasty don't ever stay here

When we first opened the door a cockroach fell/flew from the wall onto the floor. There was blood in the sink. The sheets were ripped and the blankets had burn holes all over them. The TV was falling off the wall and there was brown stuff all over the walls.

This is by far the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Asked for non smoking and ended up buying stuff to get rid of the smoke smell, no shower curtain, the walls were absolutely stained and there was definitely black mold under the sink and the shower head. If it weren’t for the fact that every Single hotel being book around us due to a festival we would of left. This place needs to be condemned

The price was very attractive, but this property needs updating. For starters, we requested non-smoking and maybe that room was but adjacent rooms and the hallway smelled of smoke. The mattress was thin, hard and flat and the room felt a bit like a cellblock. Not one picture on the walls. A smile from the staff on arrival would mean a lot.

Room was advertised to sleep 5- 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. They don’t have any such room on the property. Room we were assigned was filthy with stains all over the walls of the room and bathroom. Conditions were so horrible we left and requested a refund. Very loud highway noise as well.

I don’t mind if the rooms are simple and don’t have a lot of amenities, but what I do mind is when the room has not been cleaned. The bathroom was dirty, and the soap was a used bar that had hairs in it. No excuse. Also, they advertise free Wi-Fi Internet connection, but their Internet is down for days. Unable to do my meeting and had to go to a public area to find a connection. it seems like they’ve gone downhill a lot

No Internet all day yesterday and last night. I needed it for business. No shampoo or soaps. And the towels appeared to be dirty and re-folded and put back. The rooms are not fancy, which is fine, but they’re usually clean and put together. I’ve stayed here before and on another occasion the Internet was out for over 24 hours. Last couple of times, no one seems to care.

Not a bad place for the money but they definitely need to upgrade the beds. The king bed that I had was very very uncomfortable to sleep on. I got hardly any sleep for the 4 nights that I was there. Other than that it's really not too bad of a place to stay for the amount of money you're paying.

I still didn't receive my refund, soon as we move in and went to bed the next-door person was on the phone fight with someone and every second word was FFFF so loud for about one hour, I asked to be quiet no change, I went down to the staff and the old man from front desk called me too if I don't like it to get out when we already was in the bed and ordered food, when we received and finish our food, some other person like hotel manager knocked the door and said what he will refund everything, but we still didn't receive it.

Facility was disgusting. I was switched 2 times due to rooms not clean, toitel dirty, cigarette smell, holes on the sheets. Costumer services horrible. Our friends room was not available at check-in after reservation and payment was completed.

One of the managers was very nice and helpful. The manager on Sunday was yelling at me in front of other guests accusing me of booking my room for 2 people whereas I booked it for 2 adults and 2 children. He said he was going to charge my card extra, that I was banned from his hotel and Expedia. Very unpleasant experience.

The place is totally run down. The front desk was sealed off from the lobby with bullet-proof glass. The service was terrible as they had me go to a room that was already occupied. And this was at 12:30 AM. They took me to three other rooms where the first two had issues. The third one had lights but the TV didn’t work. At that point I didn’t care. I just wanted to go to sleep. There was good hot water and the heat was too good: I woke up stifling and had to turn it down to 60. Blanket (1) per queen bed was thin and one had holes in it. Towels and pillowcases were clean but stained. The first morning shower was with no shampoo or bath towels. It was cheap. A place to sleep and shower. No fresh towels or maid service of any kind. No complimentary breakfast. No restaurant. If you want amenities, go elsewhere.

No complimentary breakfast. No restaurant. If you want amenities, go elsewhere.

Staff was really friendly. Checked out, next day there was a partial refund on my card. Called to ask why the refund. They explained that it was a mistake on their end. I offered to pay it back. Manager said it was fine and not to worry about it. Will definitely stay there again.

I like the big rooms here, it’s nice to have a refrigerator and microwave when traveling on business too. The room was again very clean and comfortable. The staff is nice, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The WiFi and television are good for work and entertainment. Parking is ample. It’s a great location for access to highways and shopping and restaurants. Rates are a good value for this small business traveler. And I always feel safe here with lots of cameras and staff as a woman business traveler.

I have no real complaints really. The TV was too small but still perfectly servicable, and there wasn't a drain stopper for the tub so I had to get creative when having a bath. Also one of my pillows was also so stiff you could probably beat someone to death with it. I also wasn't a fan of the dumpsters being locked behind a gate, I like throwing my garbage out in bulk during stays but without access to a dumpster I had some trouble getting rid of my trash using the smaller garbage cans. There were a lot of those trash cans at least though. But overall it was pretty decent and I can easily see myself coming back. The complaints I listed are all fairly minor and nitpicky, and were easily outweighed by the positives. There's a nearby hiking trail, a great ice cream shop and minigolf just next door, you're in walking distance of a couple of grocery stores, the wifi was fast and stable, and all for a pretty reasonable rate.

Horrible! Located in sketchy part of town. Parking lot was run down, reception area dark, dingy with a hint of weed smell. But the room!! It did was old, and did not looked cleaned well at all. The floors were not swept and there were dead bugs. We quickly asked for a refund and left. You get what you pay for!

The photos of the place are not even close to what we received. It was a very old run down hotel, we arrived and didn’t have any towels in our room. The lobby smelled like an ashtray. Pretty sure this was a drug hotel, I walked out to my car to get something and there was a small group of people that started howling at me like they were wolves…. Luckily our car wasn’t broken into. Terrible place

No coffee maker, iron, or hairdryer in the room, but mini-fridge and microwave were provided. No breakfast, but host did offer coffee when we checked out. Area is commercial/industrial but seemed safe enough. Just off the turnpike. Great breakfast at the Vernon Dinner nearby.

There was no one at the front desk to check me in. The smoke alarm was beeping and the phone in the room was broken so I had to go back to the front desk and no one was there again. It was freezing in the room and no coffee maker to get warm

This is a bare bones motel. It had a comfortable bed. Curtains had holes and there was hair in the tub. Morning coffee had no lids for the coffee, no napkins. We still got a good night sleep though. Served the purpose.

The place is totally run down. The front desk was sealed off from the lobby with bullet-proof glass. The service was terrible as they had me go to a room that was already occupied. And this was at 12:30 AM. They took me to three other rooms where the first two had issues. The third one had lights but the TV didn’t work. At that point I didn’t care. I just wanted to go to sleep. Arrived and there was no one at front desk. Did not return for 10 minutes. Room was supposed to be nonsmoking but hallway leading to room reeked of smoke. Went back to ask for new room and again no one at front desk. Found him outside smoking. Instead of coming right in he asked to finish smoking. Room had one light bulb out and another that appeared to not work but was not plugged in. Had to unplu microwave to plug it in.
