This was a delightful place to stay. It was super clean, quiet and we felt very safe, as well as parking in the area. The bathroom had a super-sized bathtub that was amazing!!! I love the fact that each room has a punch code, and that code opens the entrance door as well. I would totally stay here again.

We stayed in the annex building of Geronimo Guest House and loved it. The location could not be better, it is very close to Belem's main street by the river with all the restaurants, the Monastery, museums etc. Our room was quiet, comfortable and quite large. The owner has 3 cats and as cat people we loved it. One cat is so friendly that she will stay with you for a little while. The only improvement needed is to clean the spa tub and covered porch so they may be used.

Lovely, quirky, property immediately behind the Jeronimos Monastery. The room was small but clean, had a fridge, free bottle of mineral water, the bathroom full size and clean. There are about 6 bedrooms in total. The garden is small but wonderfully lansdscaped with several fruit trees, a dining table (if needed) and 2 person hot tub. The cul-de-sac is so quiet you wouldn't know that you are less than 5 minutes walk from the monastery. Easy street parking in neighborhood. Checkin was easy.

Such a wonderful find -- the rooms and the house are elegant and full of character, and there's a garden with cats and flowers and blossoming orange trees. Everything was meticulously clean and so comfortable. Just an ideal place to stay. Finding street parking was very easy.

È una struttura situata a pochi passi da tutte le attrazioni turistiche del quartiere di Belem...l'ho trovata pulitissima e silenziosa con le camere che si affacciano su un delizioso giardino. I proprietari sono davvero gentili e disponibili..i mezzi di trasporto sono raggiungibili in pochi minuti...unica cosa da tener conto è che la prima fermata di metro dista 25-30 minuti con il primo mezzo disponibile.

The manager met us when we arrived and explained everything. The room was neat and clean. The place is very quaint with a nice backyard with fruit trees. I was able to get one of my favorite fruits, anonas from their tree.It was a pleasant stay, very close to town and restaurants.

We had a very pleasant stay in this charming, quiet and lovely place! The host was very kind and charming, the gardens were beautiful, the room was very comfortable and clean and quiet. The bathroom was freshly remodeled and large, and had French doors that opened to provide light and ventilation, so uncommon in older buildings in Portugal! The water pressure was excellent — also uncommon — and there is sister conditioning and heat in the room. We are looking forward to our next trip to Lisboa so we can stay here again! It’s a fantastic location, with beauty all around. Highly recommended!

Our stay at the Geronimo Guest House Belém was the most pleasant surprise!! I was only here for a few days for work, but every night I was so looking forward to returning to the Guest House with its charming appointments, luxurious bubble bath and river views! Ricardo was an absolute sweetheart -- so accommodating with an early check-in and so generous with an automatic upgrade of the room! Will certainly be staying here again next time I'm in Lisbon!!

The owner greeted us when we arrived, said to use the place as if we lived there and we never saw him again, and that is not a bad thing. We were able to come and go as we pleased. It’s right around the corner from the Pastéis de Belém. The room was large. Bathroom was very large. No real place to put luggage though, but that is probably only drawback. I’m happy we selected this place

It was very noisy, you could year every cat walking around during the night and every conversation from the neighbors. There were also cats IN the house which was not mentioned anywhere and I am allergic to cats. Room was very humid and stuffy and all my clothes smelled bad because of that. There was a lot of clutter in the garden and the terrace.

Each room is very unique, and had all the amenities we needed. Coffee was always available, and the cats were a homey addition. George was a wonderful host and shared his history over a glass of wine. This house was walking distance to everything.

Very popular guest house and I can see why, charming and comfortable, great location close to good restaurants and activities. Ricardo and Jorge were super helpful in getting us situated. Only there for one night but we will be back again in November.

The staff was excellnt from start to finish. Jorges was a delight to talk to and was very knowledgeable about the area and I liked the recommendations he made as a local. The property itself was very nice and very different from what you would expect from a chain hotel. The property was well kept and clean. Thanks for making the final leg of our trip memorable.

Beautiful guest house with the most amazing backyard I've ever seen at a guest house/airbnb! The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. We only wish we had more time to spend in the guest house. The location is also phenomenal - just minutes walking distance from the monastery, monument to the discoveries and belem tower!

The place was charming, very clean. The courtyard was enchanting and peaceful. It was within a 5 min walk to Starbucks, restaurants and shops. Famous pastry shop. Geronimos Monastery and Belém Tower are a 5 and 10 min walk. The harbor was 10 min away with magnificent views. You can stroll along the pier and just enjoy a beautiful day in doing that. Sintra with all its wonders are nearby. would rate it a 10

The Guesthouse was beautiful with a lovely back patio area in a very quiet neighborhood. Jorge the owner was very accommodating of arrival before check in time. It was nice talking with him on the patio and listening to his stories. The location was great. A short walk to Belen’s sites with many good places to eat. And downtown Lisbon was just a short Bolt ride away. Train and bus was also very close. Would definitely recommend and would stay here next time we are in Lisbon.
