We enjoyed our stay at Urbano. We had the superior room and paid more for the extra space. We were on the 5th floor and the elevator only goes up to the 4th floor so we had to carry bags one floor. The shower was slow to drain. Breakfast was good. Staff was very courteous and helpful. We would stay here again.

Close to the waterfront, near the cruise boats. There was an acceptable walk to the main sights. The famous tram passed very close and relatively empty at this point. Easy street parking.

The staff was extremely friendly, every single one of them greeted us warmly as we entered or exited the hotel. Breakfast included. good central location and they recommended a great parking garage nearby. On a busy street but quiet at night. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent location - walkable distance to Praca do comercio. Lots of restaurants nearby. It is relatively on flat terrain. Very helpful front desk. Breakfast was delicious. Very clean and comfortable beds. There isn't any laundry service in the hotel though.

From the moment you check in with friendly staff, you are greeted with a smile and they make everything so convenient. The complementary breakfasts are incredible as well as having coffee, tea, and water 24/7. I will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future.

Friendly and polite staff, great breakfast.clean room.great location.easy walk to both Alfama and Baixa. Easy access to metro and ferry. AC was working very well. We were in room 12 on the second floor , no view, small windows to the other building so room was a bit damp but very quiet. Very good coffee and snacks available all day long. No parking at the hotel but there is a public parking close to the hotel which is free on weekends and €25 for 24 hrs on weekdays

Wonderful, friendly staff and amazing food!! The lobby is very comfortable to just sit and enjoy complimentary coffee, tea, cookies or port wine! Breakfast was a big surprise with the variety and quality they provide with this complementary meal.

I booked FLH Urbano Hotel through Expedia because it was advertised as recently renovated. I even double-checked photos from both the hotel and past guests on other platforms to make sure it looked clean and updated. Unfortunately, what I walked into was far from what was promised. Upon arrival, I was hit with a strong musty odor in the room. Within minutes, I suffered an asthma attack due to mold exposure. I requested a room change, but every room I was shown had the same issue—visible mold, dampness, and poor air quality. I had no choice but to leave and book another hotel for my health and safety. The frustration didn’t end there. FLH Urbano Hotel refused to issue a refund and told me to go through Expedia. I did, but Expedia never received a response from the hotel, and I was left with no refund and no resolution. So now I’ve paid for two hotels, even though I couldn’t stay at the first one due to a legitimate medical concern. This was not just disappointing—it was infuriating. The lack of accountability and basic hygiene is unacceptable. If you value your health, your money, and your peace of mind, do not stay here.

Hotellet ligger virkelig godt og alle ansatte var utrolig søde og hjælpsomme. Morgenmaden var lækker og frisk og dér gratis kage og kaffe hver eftermiddag. Desværre kom der der en ubehagelig lugt fra badeværelset hver nat og vi vågnede et par gange fordi der lugtede så dårligt fra badeværelset der lå lige ved siden af sengen. Vi fortalte det til 2 forskellige i receptionen, men de sprayede bare noget duft på badeværelset som ikke hjalp noget.

Staff was excellent, and ultimately this hotel did the most important things: provided a good night’s sleep and was clean and in a great location in Lisbon. Unfortunately, I won’t be going back because of the bathrooms. The glass (!?) door wouldn’t close all the way so you could hear, smell, and partially see your traveling companion whenever they had to use the facilities. The bathroom is so small you have to sit sideways on the toilet. Neither sink nor shower would drain properly, causing water to back up onto the bathroom floor and out into the bedroom. There was literally zero counter space for toiletries and only one very small towel rack to hang wet bath and hand towels. They do not supply washcloths. But the beds were comfortable and the staff were wonderful.

Great location and excellent service. The rooms are "cozy". My room had a bed and a small stool. Plenty for me alone. It may have been a challenge with two people. The bathroom was approximately 4 feet deep by 11 feet wide. The shower was plenty big for me (not always the case in Europe). An issue may arise with the bathroom being a frosted glass was with a sliding glass door. This amplifies sound and does not offer a lot of visual privacy. If you are in a relationship that, "keeps the mystery alive", you may want to use the facilities in shifts. The lobby is quite nice and would be a good place to be out of the room if needed. Everything was decorated very nicely. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice.

Very friendly staff, great breakfast, very good location! We stayed in two different rooms. Room 26 was nice and quiet, ample space. Our second stay we were in room 2. The room was very small and very noisy. It was facing the street. Closing the window did not make a difference. I highly recommend this hotel, but be aware of the noise if you are facing the street

Overall- Lovely boutique hotel. Room- Our room was small with no natural light as our room faced a construction site so did not open the windows. Great staff - friendly and helpful. We had a basic double room which was compact but pleasant. Nice modern bathroom with shower cubicle. Kettle provided in the room but no mini bar fridge. Free coffee and cakes downstairs all day. Nice cheerful vibe to the hotel. Good location close to cathedral.

This hotel is in a great location and walkable to most things. It is in the heart of downtown with many restaurants, cafes and attractions nearby. The breakfast was great as are the staff. The rooms are very small, but fine since we were out most of the time. I would stay again.

Would highly recommend this hotel. It’s not far from the airport. We arrived early, and were asked if we waited 30 mins we can have our room early. And were given complimentary welcome drinks and pastrie. The room was perfect as we were there to explore and not spend the whole day in our rooms. The rooms were very modern and freshly decorated. Bottle of water filled every day. A kettle was available in the room. The bathroom had shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, clean towels, hairdryer. The staff were very welcoming and very friendly. Always acknowledging our presence.
Would highly recommend this hotel. It’s not far from the airport. We arrived early, and were asked if we waited 30 mins we can have our room early. And were given complimentary welcome drinks and pastrie. The room was perfect as we were there to explore and not spend the whole day in our rooms. The rooms were very modern and freshly decorated. Bottle of water filled every day. A kettle was available in the room. The bathroom had shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, clean towels, hairdryer. The staff were very welcoming and very friendly. Always acknowledging our presence.

The staff was very kind and helpful even though we arrived before our check-in time. Everyone at this hotel works hard to make it a great experience. Perfect location for walking around Lisbon and getting to the cruise port. Breakfast was nice - delicious coffee and food options.

I booked FLH Urbano Hotel through Expedia because it was advertised as recently renovated. I even double-checked photos from both the hotel and past guests on other platforms to make sure it looked clean and updated. Unfortunately, what I walked into was far from what was promised. The staff was very welcoming when we arrived well before check-in time and let us store our luggage until the room was ready. There are several restaurants in the neighbourhood for dinner. Maria Cantita is fabulous but helps to have a reservation. Highly recommend getting a 24 pass from Tourist Information for 31 euros which gets you on all forms of transportation and access to 51 tourist sites including museums, castles etc. When it comes time to leave Lisbon allow 3 hrs. We weren’t prepared for the 1 hr line for passport check after going thru security.

Perfect boutique hotel for my stay in Lisbon. Located in a very central location so it was easy to walk and access public transportation. Breakfast every morning was delicious, rooms were clean, staff were amazing. Highly recommend!

Close to the waterfront, near the cruise boats. There was an acceptable walk to the main sights. The famous tram passed very close and relatively empty at this point. Easy street parking.

The Urbano FLH (short for Feels Like Home, their tagline) was in a good location in the Baixa area of Lisbon, very close to the Praça do Comércio Lisbon's main square. The rooms were a bit small, but adequate considering the time spent in the room. Staff was quite friendly and helpful, and the Continental Breakfast they served each morning was outstanding. There were many options to choose from, and although there were only small daily variations, there were enough choices that we were not bored of them in the 5 mornings we were there. There were also many restaurants in the immediate area and walking the city was easy from there. It is in a busy area of Lisbon and the noise at night wasn't completely blocked by the double-paned windows. There is, however, one negative thing that detracted from our stay. The hotel lobby and all the hallways had electronic fragrance dispensers that were quite strong scented and operated 24/7. We are sensitive to these fragrances and became congested over time. The scent was so strong for us, that despite it not being in the individual rooms, it pervaded our clothes and luggage completely and has not dissipated even several days after departing.

Fantastic breakfast, staff was very nice and accommodating. The only downside to me was the air conditioning. It shut off if you weren’t in the room. I had to get an extra key to leave in the room to keep it running. I came back the first day and my room temperature was 29°C. Even with it running all day, I couldn’t get it to go below 21°. If you are a person who “runs hot”, this might be an issue for you.

Très bon établissement, très bien placé et personnel très aimable et à l’écoute. Seul bémol, la gestion du petit déjeuner est compliquée. Il faut réserver son créneau car il y a peu de table et donc de l’attente, malgré notre arrivée à l’heure prévue pas de table de disponible . En revanche la qualité du petit déjeuner est très bien.

Cute hotel good location and super nice staff. Just be aware if u book the big room or comfort room it’s on the 5th floor and the elevator only goes up to the 4th floor so there’s like sorta two small flights of stairs you have to take. Wasn’t a problem at all but something you may wanna know ahead of time. Hotel was safe and clean. Tea in the room but no coffee but coffee is in the lobby 24/7 as is water and some snacks. Can get instant coffee for your room if anything.
