So resort was dead, no life, no fun. Pool was beyond hot. Only 3 restaurants. Prices ridiculous for food. A bowl of oatmeal with tax and service charge which is always included would cost over $30. All the food was bland with very little taste. Couldn’t even get snacks as no real lobby gift shop for snacks. Staff was amazing service was top notch. Feel of resort is one of isolation and loneliness. Property is very well maintained. Oceanfront room was gorgeous inside and patio very nice. For the price pool should have chillers for August and September.

Incredibly beautiful property. Gym is fantastic, the pool(s) were amazing. The beach was incredible, and the views were fantastic. The staff was 5 star. My only regret was that we did not stay longer.

The staff was amazing and the property was gorgeous. Loved the aquatic center. The management staff was extremely accommodating. I do have a complaint with Expedia that the oceanfront room we received was not the one we paid for or in the photographs.

What a lovely place! We feel that we were there off season since it didn't seem to get busy until the end of our trip and we had much of the place to ourselves for the most part! The room was comfy, fabulous balcony with ocean view and we did see whales from there. The pool was perfectly warmed, beach nearby with cabanas and great snorkeling and kayaking available! The food was delicious at all dining locations and the customer service was above and beyond! Can't wait to return!

Best place we have ever stayed in Cabo! It is incredibly upscale without being snobby. The grounds and rooms and amenities are incredible. Sometimes I feel like I book an expensive vacation and we get there and we're all underwhelmed by how shabby it feels but Chileno Bay delighted at every turn. Staff was fantastic too. Special call out for our concierge Mauricio who thought of every detail and was so responsive and helpful, Andres our poolside server who was attentive, funny and sweet to our kids and finally Elizabeth at Comal who was so sweet to my baby.

The restaurants TNT and Comal were both disappointing and we would not eat there again, though in a stunning location and Comal is especially well decorated. I felt like the boutique was expensive and they could have more gift options at a lower price point. Would have liked to see more Mexican artwork/ small crafts for purchase.

We had a fabulous time at this property over the weekend. They truly made it such a special birthday weekend for my partner. The service was phenomenal, shout out to Pablo and Comal, Tathiana and her team at the pool, Maria at YAYA and special thanks to our amazing concierge Mau. We are vegan and they were able to modify many options for us at every restaurant. Through the weekend, they sent little birthday treats for my partner to keep the celebration going through the visit. The room was lovely and spacious. The outdoor shower attached to the room was truly lovely to use. We can’t wait to come back!

The most amazing thing about this property is the staff. They take hospitality to an entirely different level. I celebrated my birthday here Solo and it was not missed at any point during the vacation and was recognized when I checked in at the bar when I ordered drinks and even my last breakfast at Comal.

We had a fabulous time at this property over the weekend. They truly made it such a special birthday weekend for my partner. The service was phenomenal, shout out to Pablo and Comal, Tathiana and her team at the pool, Maria at YAYA and special thanks to our amazing concierge Mau. We are vegan and they were able to modify many options for us at every restaurant. Through the weekend, they sent little birthday treats for my partner to keep the celebration going through the visit. The room was lovely and spacious. The outdoor shower attached to the room was truly lovely to use. We can’t wait to come back!

Loved Chileno! Absolutely fantastic place! If you want to see paradise this is it. Prices are well worth it. This resort is centrally located between San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas which makes it a great distance between both. Overall amazing experience and we are definitely going back soon!

Incredibly beautiful property. Gym is fantastic, the pool(s) were amazing. The beach was incredible, and the views were fantastic. The staff was 5 star. My only regret was that we did not stay longer.

The staff was amazing and the property was gorgeous. Loved the aquatic center. The management staff was extremely accommodating. I do have a complaint with Expedia that the oceanfront room we received was not the one we paid for or in the photographs.

What a lovely place! We feel that we were there off season since it didn't seem to get busy until the end of our trip and we had much of the place to ourselves for the most part! The room was comfy, fabulous balcony with ocean view and we did see whales from there. The pool was perfectly warmed, beach nearby with cabanas and great snorkeling and kayaking available! The food was delicious at all dining locations and the customer service was above and beyond! Can't wait to return!

The good: beautiful hotel, accommodating staff, TnT restaurant and Yaya restaurant were both very good. The bad: Comal restaurant was disappointing. My wife has celiac and cannot eat gluten. During our three night stay at Chileno Bay, we ate at Comal twice (a dinner and a breakfast) and she food was cross-contaminated with gluten on these two occassions. Disappointing as we were only there three nights and she was sick our entire stay. Not so great when paying the price we paid.

The liquor prices were unfortunate and downright silly...325.00 USD for Tito's vodka when you can buy it in the supermarket for 37.00 USD....Auberge is being silly and or stupid treating people like that...The rest of wines and alcohol are equally silly....Also they tag guests for additional 700.00 for service charge when you check in....that should be disclosed upon pricing the resort....Will not go back nd the food was nothing inspirational and awfully salty.....Great people work there but I think management has let them down....

The restaurants TNT and Comal were both disappointing and we would not eat there again, though in a stunning location and Comal is especially well decorated.
