Really impressed with the hotel. Staff for friendly on arrival and the hotel was pristine everywhere. Room had everything you needed, even complimentary drinks. There was a cafe downstairs and a lovely small relaxing pool area. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Ideally located around the corner from bars and restaurants but not noisy.

Very clean, modern and welcoming. Pool area was particularly lovely, we had the pool to ourselves every morning. Staff very attentive, checking if we wanted our room cleaning every morning. My only regret is not staying for longer but if I return to Paphos I will definitely book to stay again. Thank you for such a pleasant stay.

Lovely stay at this small hotel, which was perfect for us. Lovely clean rooms and equipped well. Lovely pool area and the staff were great. Just a short walk to bars and restaurants.

Das Hotel lag zentral und hatte einen eigenen Parkplatz. Die Mitarbeiter waren herzlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war gut und man konnte sich diverse Warmspeisen a la carte dazu bestellen.

Staff ware great room could do with bedside tables. The shower was so bad the water come out into the bedroom. Building works next-door and the swimming pool was far to cold.

Would never recommend to anyone coming to Cyprus to stay here. 1. I had paid for breakfast and when I got there it wasn’t showing on their system - after some time they realised I was right but where I had added 2 days onto my stay it removed the breakfast from the booking. Naturally mistakes happen so I thought they would see the fault and say ‘no problem we will sort this for you and allow us to have breakfast’ unfortunately the people working there and the manager could not have cared less at this problem and told me to contact who I booked with (Expedia) so we did… Expedia then contacted them and explained to allow us to have breakfast but the hotel still said no. 2. We had to change rooms due to the air con system leaking all down the walls and onto the floor. 3. There is no one at the hotel working after 11pm till the morning which I feel is extremely unsafe. 4. Right next door to the hotel over looking the pool area was huge construction work going on every day which was so loud you couldn’t have a conversation with others. - we explained it would have been nice for the hotel to have allowed guests to know this when booking as this affected our trip hugely. We also noticed during our stay no one in the daytime was around the pool so it clearly affected all guests. We ended up every day going to another hotel down the road where our friends were staying as it was much more enjoyable. 5. It was hugely over priced for what you got and breakfast should have been included i

We enjoyed a pleasant two night stay in Paphos at Regency Boutique Hotel. The room was clean, onsite parking was available, and the homemade crepes at breakfast were delicious. The hotel is very convenient for walking to the Paphos harbor, castle, and archaeological park, as well as the many restaurants nearby. We especially appreciated Arthur’s recommendations for dinner, sightseeing, and general friendly conversation. We would gladly return to Regency on our next visit to Paphos.

The hotel was well situated and an ideal size for a couples trip. The pool was fine, and the breakfast good if a bit slow to arrive when they were busy. The room was very nice; the bathroom fine but a bit short of hooks, rails or storage space for one’s own toiletries. The shower needs a shelf rather than balancing the soap on top of the tap. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

magnifique sejour au Regency !! une belle équipe , pro et discrète et a notre service et aux petits soins!, pool au top! et spritzs aussi!!! de belles finitions pour les aménagements c etait top, seul bémol, tres bruyant sur la rue pour les chambres de ce coté, , "boulequies " obligatoires !!mais j en porte donc ca allait !

I only stayed for one night and did not use the pool or other facilities. But the location was good for my purposes and the staff were very friendly. Room wasnt fancy, but it was clean and comfortable and decently sized.

This was our second stay at the hotel. We enjoyed our time here. The breakfast is fantastic and the rooms are incredibly clean and comfortable.

A small friendly hotel, great location to walk to the harbour and all the restaurants. Breakfast was great, good selection. Hotel was extremely clean and great service.

Great location, perfect for exploring the city. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was rich and delicious. All areas were spotlessly clean, and the hotel was very quiet—ideal for relaxation. I highly recommend it!

However, the room was overly warm and there was no possibility of cooling it down—the airconditioning had been turned off for the winter, and while the window could be opened the hotel is on a busy road and it was simply too noisy to sleep with the window open. In addition there was an appalling smell coming from the bathroom which made the room all but uninhabitable. Unfortunately by the time we realised how bad it was the staff had left for the night and there was no possibility of changing rooms.

Nice designed property, Came late night there and as no one in reception however I got instructions through email on where to find the keys and some further instructions so I checked myself in , Room was facing a road which was extremely noisy even though there was very light traffic I could hear the cars as they were inside your room, there was a monster dog on a house in front of my balcony that barked every time a car passed by or ppl walked on the street, it was disturbing.. I couldn’t sleep for several hours till I crashed around 3 am, it was very noisy for the rest of the night and as early as 7 am you could hear the doors of other room open and closed very loudly, It’s a nice place if u don’t mind noise If u like quiet places do not go there , or maybe ask for room that does not face the road (if there are any)

The building is just beautiful and modern .. nice touch with nespresso pods in room.. breakfast was a bit pricey 18€

Spacious room was great. I didn't like that the room was always hot, even on a cool day.

The staff are so lovely, they are helpful and friendly and make a pretty good hotel excellent. We really enjoyed the breakfast (unless you have a huge appetite it might be cheaper to buy from the menu though). The room was great, we booked at a very cheap rate so didnt expect much but it felt luxurious compared to the cold, basic apartment we had come from. It is smaller than it looks in the pics but totally functional with a big balcony. Location is also pretty good with everything within walking distance.

Great, courteous and helpful staff (reception, catering and room service). Nice, wholesome breakfast. Didn't try lunch. Located a short walk from the beach. On the local public bus route direct from the airport.
